07/08/2026: Thursday evening in August at 8pm: 50 minutes to get my order which arrived incomplete (without fries) and cold. No more ice.

06/08/2026: A disgrace!!! The bins are overflowing (to put it politely). The tables are dirty, only one of the six ordering kiosks is working... In short, if you're in the area, I recommend the McDonald's in Étoile-sur-Rhône.

07/03/2026: This restaurant is Italian in name only. The decor is questionable, the staff unfriendly, and the food is extremely poor. The lasagna was swimming in cream (which is definitely not Italian) to the point of being inedible, and the side salad arrived without dressing. It was impossible to even get a vegetarian pizza "without mushrooms," clearly due to pre-prepared frozen ingredients. For a high price, the quality and service are unacceptable. A very disappointing experience—avoid it.

28/10/2025: An unforgettable experience at La Ravioline! For €16, we received such a tiny portion that we thought they'd made a mistake and given us a children's menu. To top it off, there were three hairs in the ravioli, one in each container—a "house touch," no doubt? 🤢 Between the price, the quantity, and the hygiene, it's a complete disaster… Thanks, but no thanks, we'll eat somewhere else next time.

09/09/2025: Very good ravioli, average location. I had a smartbox for €80, the bill was only €73, I wish we had been offered an extra coffee instead of a mandatory tip!

02/08/2026: I'm used to Subway (which I love), but this was different because I came with my son for the first time (he's 4). We wanted to get the kids' pack, but it's only available with turkey or tuna. We asked if we could add plain chicken, even though it was an extra charge, but apparently that was impossible because "it doesn't exist." So the chicken was right there in front, but we couldn't put it in the sandwich... I was very surprised to encounter this invisible barrier. He didn't get his kids' meal, but instead a Sub15, which was much more expensive, didn't have applesauce or any extras, and was less suitable for children because it was bigger (half of it ended up in the bin). Unfortunately, after reading the reviews, I realize there's no attempt at self-reflection on the part of the owner. I would add that the sign proudly displayed regarding the hygiene rating expired on January 1, 2026 (issued on January 1, 2025 and valid for 1 year).

14/07/2026: Disgusting food, unpleasant service, cockroaches in the kitchen, dirty table, overpriced. The only positive point was the drink, which was excellent.

12/07/2026: The interior was unclean. Neither the waitress nor the cook, who seemed to be the owner, was helpful. She quoted me one price, then another. The same thing happened with my second order.

12/07/2026: Absolutely unacceptable! I came with my child. I ordered a grenadine syrup and a Coke for €4. So far, so good… until they served me a grenadine syrup without water. When I simply asked for water to be added to the glass, they told me I would have to pay an extra €2! Charging extra for water with a syrup is simply shameful. And that's not all. My son was stared at every time he took a step in the establishment, as if his mere presence was a problem. It's unacceptable. A child shouldn't have to endure that kind of stare. Given the service and the completely exorbitant prices (€17 for the cheesy tacos meal!), it's no wonder customers don't come back. Avoid this place. First and last time for us.

24/07/2026: Cold fries, filthy dining room, uncleaned tables, sticky floor... the hygiene of the dining room leaves much to be desired; I wonder what the kitchens must be like!! Avoid at all costs!!!

20/07/2026: I came last night and, unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. Both my drinks (Americano and iced tea) were disgusting. I also had to wait about ten minutes before I could get my Americano myself, and it wasn't even fully ready. When I spoke to the person there, I felt like I was asking for the impossible. A little more friendliness and professionalism would have been appreciated. I understand that the end of the day can be tiring, but when you work in customer service, you remain professional until closing time.

19/12/2025: Very disappointed for the price. It has no taste, it's bland, not good. I placed my order and the cashier on the phone ignored me. The toilets were dirty, nothing was right... avoid at all costs.

04/12/2025: First time, very disappointed. I won't be going back. Cheap for what it is, late delivery, arrived cold and it wasn't good, avoid the cheddar sauce. McDonald's is much better.

30/06/2026: The only restaurant within 20km of La Ronde, we called ahead to make sure it was open. It was already 8 pm and we were able to eat without any problem. The waitress was very welcoming. The prices were reasonable. We will gladly return. Ngon lam 🙂🥢

08/09/2025: An excellent daily menu, a perfect welcome and service. We were served quickly because the storm was approaching and we had to take off again for Aix-en-Provence immediately. Thank you to all the staff for this excellent meal; we highly recommend this place. I came back a week later for lunch with my daughter, and we had a wonderful time. The pomegranate was delicious. 19/05/2026: If I could give zero stars, I would without hesitation. An extremely disappointing experience from beginning to end. The welcome was deplorable, the staff clearly lacked professionalism, and the way they spoke to customers was unacceptable. The most shocking thing was the manager's attitude, who dared to tell me, "It's better if you don't come back to my restaurant," simply because I pointed out poor service. I have never seen a manager react so disrespectfully to a customer. Instead of listening to feedback and trying to improve the situation, they prefer to disrespect customers. This kind of behavior is unacceptable in the restaurant industry. I strongly advise against this establishment. Personally, I will never set foot in it again, and I advise others to avoid this place if they want to be treated with even a modicum of respect.

02/03/2026: One of the worst paninis I've ever eaten in my life.

20/07/2026: The products themselves were fine, but the woman who served me, wearing a pink T-shirt, glasses, and a bun, was incredibly unpleasant. She didn't smile and her responses were very curt. The orange juice machine wasn't working, and she just blew on it. It's a shame for the store's image; it makes me not want to go back.

02/07/2026: I went to La Mie Câline to buy a cookie, which I unfortunately left on the counter when I left. Once I got home and realized my mistake, I called to explain the situation, hoping for at least a small gesture of goodwill, especially since I really wanted one… but nothing at all. Despite everything, I decided to ignore it and went back the next day to get another one, making sure to point out that it was me who had forgotten the cookie the day before. And then, huge disappointment: the cookie was awful, rock hard, completely dry, nothing like the usual soft and chewy texture. Between the complete lack of consideration for an oversight I pointed out immediately, and the clearly subpar quality of the product, the experience was very disappointing.

14/07/2026: Horrible, there's no more meat even though it's not even 12:30 pm, I'm paying for this crap! My friend Leni must have stolen a kid's snack to fill himself up.

18/05/2026: Day 234 of my forced diet: survival is becoming critical, I'm going to have to eat my roommate. This is a warning: don't come if you're hungry, because apart from bulgur or rice with vegetarian stuff, you won't see anything else. Don't even think about coming after 12:30 PM, when all you'll find is the bottom of the sink. I think meat is illegal, it's so rare to see it here. I emphasize "see" because unless you finish your classes at 11:00 AM, you won't get to taste it. Anyway, the good news is the diet and the price...

15/08/2026: The saleswoman seemed annoyed and drunk when we spoke to her, unfriendly, the cakes looked stale and had a rancid taste, we won't be back, there are much better options in the neighborhood

02/05/2026: Honestly, they might as well close this place down if they're going to treat customers like this. No politeness whatsoever, a frosty reception, you clearly feel like you're bothering them. I ordered a simple cheese pizza, and they brought me a ham pizza even though I don't eat pork. That alone is unacceptable. I remained polite, thinking that mistakes happen… but then I sent a message to report the problem: seen, ignored, no apology. Zero respect for the customer, zero professionalism. And to top it all off, the pizza was as hard as a rock. Frankly, between the deplorable service and the mediocre quality, this is a place to avoid.
