29/06/2026: Your bread is absolutely disgusting! How can you use the phrase "good bread"?! You need good ingredients, right? You deliver to a retirement home in Lyon (69008) belonging to the ACPPA group. The bread is not good.

04/06/2026: I regularly come to this bakery during my lunch breaks. I'm a big fan of the sundried tomato/pesto/mozzarella sandwich on sesame bread; it's delicious. The pastries are good too. See you soon! 😊

16/08/2026: Not very clean and the coffee was too strong. Too strong, but it's still a McDonald's.

14/08/2026: The service was incredibly slow. I waited at least 15 minutes for my takeaway order, and you have to wait to order because three of the kiosks were out of order. My large fries were only half full, my burger was poorly made—in short, paying €13 for half-baked food? No thanks.

20/07/2026: Clean place, fast service and very friendly staff

11/07/2026: I placed my order at the drive-thru today, ordering two World Cup meals specifically to get the cups. Upon checking my order, the cups weren't included, but they conveniently forgot to charge an extra €1.50 on top of the meal price! I then realized there were only 8 nuggets in my order of 9. But the worst part was the fries! INEDIBLE. I've eaten at many McDonald's, but at this one, the fries were disgusting. You wonder if they'd been reheated or soaked in oil multiple times. And then there's the price: €18 for a meal at McDonald's??? It's outrageous to pay such a price for such poor quality! You might as well spend a few extra euros and get a proper, higher-quality meal at a restaurant, or even go to Burger King where it's much better!! I then called the restaurant and explained the situation to a manager. He tells me that forgetting cups happens, that the fact that one nugget is missing from my order isn't such a big deal, and that the fries are good because he tastes them every day…🤦‍♂️ Very arrogant young man who doesn't accept criticism… in short, AVOID!

19/07/2026: Next door to the great place, the kebab shop is very good; I eat there often. Impeccable service.

05/07/2026: This restaurant is one of the best in the city of Sète and the meat is incredible!

29/08/2026: As usual, everything was perfect. I highly recommend it; the quality is excellent.

28/08/2026: Extremely unpleasant owner + waiters who are more like robots than humans + very expensive for what it is + the cherry on top: they charge you for bread if you ask for more (the two small rolls provided initially are hardly enough for two people). Conclusion: avoid this place!

17/08/2026: The waitress's t-shirt reads "More taste, More smile"... As for the taste, the fish is undercooked, and as for the smile, it's forced. Otherwise, it's not too expensive, it's relatively clean, and there's a TV. But we definitely won't be back...

13/08/2026: The staff are friendly, the food is basic. But the toilets are really filthy; it's unacceptable in a place where you eat!

08/09/2026: Things have been getting complicated at the drive-thru lately; tonight the sauces are missing, the ice cream is gone, and the potatoes are almost raw... Next time, I'll have to check the bag in front of the person and slow down the service a bit more, which is already not fast.

07/09/2026: ‏I came to this branch at 10:11 PM and tried to ask the cashier a simple question about the menu before ordering. He completely ignored me and was really rude just because I only speak English and Arabic, even though he could have easily listened to me. ‏I tried using the touch screen ordering machine instead, but I had a problem with it and then the screen locked up. When I asked the staff how I could complete my order (and told them it was for takeaway, not to eat inside), one of them literally made fun of me and sarcastically said "come back tomorrow!" It was only 10:20 PM and they don't even close until 11:00 PM. ‏I had to leave and go to the other McDonald's in the city center next to the mall, where the staff actually speak English and treat customers properly. ‏Worst customer service ever. Avoid this place

06/09/2026: One of the worst, if not the worst, McDonald's I've ever experienced. Simply put, having been there four or five times, something was always missing from our order. The question isn't whether something would be missing, but rather what would be missing. For example, we went today just to get a McDeal meal, two McFlurries, and an extra drink. The McFlurries had no topping (just plain vanilla ice cream), no ice in the drinks (which were barely lukewarm), and no sauce or napkins on the tray. The fries were cold and soggy. Waiting 20 minutes and paying €19 for two ice creams and a small meal, knowing the order wouldn't arrive complete and that we'd have to get up at least twice to ask for sauces, napkins, and ice... it's appalling. At least the servers are friendly, unlike the managers who look down on you and laugh when you complain. I absolutely do not recommend it, even as a temporary solution.

07/03/2026: This restaurant is Italian in name only. The decor is questionable, the staff unfriendly, and the food is extremely poor. The lasagna was swimming in cream (which is definitely not Italian) to the point of being inedible, and the side salad arrived without dressing. It was impossible to even get a vegetarian pizza "without mushrooms," clearly due to pre-prepared frozen ingredients. For a high price, the quality and service are unacceptable. A very disappointing experience—avoid it.

28/10/2025: An unforgettable experience at La Ravioline! For €16, we received such a tiny portion that we thought they'd made a mistake and given us a children's menu. To top it off, there were three hairs in the ravioli, one in each container—a "house touch," no doubt? 🤢 Between the price, the quantity, and the hygiene, it's a complete disaster… Thanks, but no thanks, we'll eat somewhere else next time.

09/09/2025: Very good ravioli, average location. I had a smartbox for €80, the bill was only €73, I wish we had been offered an extra coffee instead of a mandatory tip!

19/07/2026: The waiters were completely unfriendly and almost refused to serve us a glass of water even though most of us were ordering. Overall, an unpleasant experience; I do not recommend it.

19/07/2026: We were very disappointed by our experience at this bar. Upon arrival, the atmosphere seemed pleasant and the menu looked appealing, so we had high expectations for the evening. Unfortunately, things quickly went downhill with the service. When we asked for a simple glass of water, the servers reacted as if we were asking for something extravagant. They were curt, looked annoyed, and showed a clear reluctance to fulfill a basic and perfectly legitimate request. We ended up feeling uncomfortable, even though we had simply come to have a good time. What makes the situation even more incomprehensible is that more than half the table had already ordered drinks. It wasn't as if we weren't spending any money at the establishment: we were regular customers, and a glass of water for the others didn't seem like an unreasonable request in that context. Another point worth mentioning: prices increase when they show sports matches. We end up paying more for the same drinks simply because there's a sporting event on the screen, without it being clearly announced beforehand. This kind of practice leaves a bad taste and makes us feel a bit ripped off. This kind of behavior is all the more regrettable since water service is supposed to be free and standard in an establishment like this. It gives the impression that customers are a nuisance rather than welcome. It's a real shame, because the place has potential. But such a cold welcome and such inattentive service prevent me from recommending this place for the time being. I hope management will take the problem seriously, because it could quickly drive customers away.

22/08/2026: No toilet paper in the men's room, no working pumps, and then after a 2-hour drive, I demand toilet paper in the men's room.

21/08/2026: The food was what you'd expect from McDonald's, and we arrived in the morning, shortly after opening. However, we were very disappointed by the overall cleanliness of the restaurant. The restrooms are particularly outdated and dirty, with a bad smell. The faucets, toilets, and all the fixtures are in dire need of renovation. The cleaning also seems very basic: door handles, doors, light switches… many surfaces are dirty, and it gives a bad impression as soon as you walk in. The same was true inside: the booths were dirty and stained, as were some of the tables and chairs. We couldn't eat inside and preferred to sit outside, where it was reasonably clean. A major overhaul of hygiene and general maintenance is really needed at this establishment. It's a shame, because it significantly detracts from the experience, despite the food meeting our expectations.
