14/12/2025: We regularly go to the Urtxola restaurant in Sare as a family, and it's always a real pleasure. The food is excellent, prepared with quality ingredients, and the service is warm and attentive. The setting is pleasant and welcoming. A must-visit that we highly recommend.

We opted for the tasting menu and were not disappointed. Everything was delicious and the portions were generous. The waiter was very friendly and offered helpful advice.

A dish you don't find everywhere anymore. Very reasonable value for money, and a great view to boot.
