01/09/2026: Despite a dedicated and service-oriented waitress, the hygiene of the buffet was truly catastrophic (flies and gnats everywhere, whole wheels of cheese not even pre-cut, disastrous presentation, no guarantee of cold chain for the salads and ice cream tubs, everything open and in complete disarray). It's a shame because with good management, professionalism, and proper team supervision (which is definitely needed), the place could be very pleasant.

29/08/2026: We ate at Relais de la Tour and the experience was very disappointing. We chose the salad and dessert buffet. On the savory side: the salads seemed mass-produced, the cold cuts were also mass-produced, and there was very little choice. The cleanliness of the dishes and salad containers also seriously needs improvement. As for the desserts, the selection was very limited and, again, nothing justified the price in our opinion. We ate in the indoor dining room. The decor is certainly period-appropriate and could have its charm, but the whole place desperately needs a good cleaning. The same goes for the restrooms in the basement, which we didn't find very clean. The bill came to €78 for three people for a buffet of this quality. At that price, we really expected something else. Very poor value for money. We won't be back, and based on our experience, we recommend avoiding this place.

25/05/2026: I travel every week. I've never seen a hotel in such a dilapidated state: carpets and walls in a terrible condition, mold in the bathroom, unidentified substances stuck to the bathroom radiator… Simply scandalous.

22/04/2026: This hotel is filthy, avoid it!

08/03/2026: Avoid at all costs. Excessive prices, mediocre quality. They have a monopoly, luckily for them there's no competition... On the plus side: pleasant staff, nice atmosphere.
