30/05/2026: The pizza was fantastic, the service was top-notch, the pizzas were delicious, and the owner was friendly and attentive. Don't hesitate to come and enjoy a good, hot pizza!

18/08/2026: The service was appalling; no one spoke French, literally not a single word, so it wasn't practical to get advice on wine, for example 😂. The menus they gave us were dirty and covered in stains, and the water carafe had bits of food in it. We had a reservation for 9 pm, but there was no table available, so we had to wait 30 minutes. It's not worth the price, neither in terms of hygiene nor food quality. The dessert was good, and that's it. Everything else is honestly shameful.

30/06/2026: I’ve dined at Les Présidents several times and it has always been a very enjoyable experience, which is why last night’s visit was a bit disappointing. The starters were excellent, and my wife’s fish was perfectly cooked and delicious. Unfortunately, my beef tagliata was extremely poor—so tough and disappointing that it was simply inedible. I had to send it back and order the fish instead. What surprised me most was that the replacement dish was still charged on the bill. I had expected at least an apology or a gesture of goodwill, especially given that the original dish was not fit to eat. I hope this was just an isolated incident because the restaurant has always maintained a much higher standard. The quality of the service and the way this situation was handled did not match the excellent experiences I’ve had here in the past.

21/08/2026: Unfortunately, we weren't served, so I can't comment on the food. The guests at the next table were extremely loud. A 0.5l Karlsberg beer cost €10!!! No thanks.

21/08/2026: Very disappointed. I'd been before and loved it, and my partner is a regular too! But tonight we waited 40 minutes just for someone to come and ask us what we wanted to drink, and after an hour's wait, our food finally arrived. I ordered a Savoyard tartiflette, and the bacon was completely raw, without exception, not even pan-fried or anything... it disgusted me.

04/05/2026: We were passing through on our way to Spain and wanted to stay here for one night, but it was a disaster. The air conditioning was broken, the window wouldn't open, the refrigerator didn't work, and there was no hot water... plus there was a motorway right next to it. The whole place was a catastrophe; it should be torn down.

21/04/2026: The hotel is very old fashioned - you need to push the door really hard to open or close it. But the main issue is that we found stink bugs in the room when we checked in. We told the reception to fix it and they never do. Also, the director of the reception is very disrespectful. For example, he used “Les filles” to call us when me and my friend are clearly two 30+ ladies. Do not recommend even if the price might be attractive

20/09/2026: we went to see a concert with musicians from London Soul R&B and jazz soit disant, and it was so disappointing, all the sound of all songs were the same, and they played like Lounge music, not real sound, no melody, always the same rhythm, very strange to announce such a great performance with some known names..... Too hot and we had asked 4 times for water ......bad service.

20/09/2026: Great jazz club (vocal jam session that night)! I got a seat quickly on a Saturday night. Price: €8 extra on the first drink.

08/06/2026: Unfriendly atmosphere and they try to rip off tourists by asking for €20 for three half-pints of beer. Avoid at all costs.

09/04/2026: After a lovely hike among the daffodils, a well-deserved meal was perfect, from the starter to the dessert, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves with a view of Mont Blanc!

05/07/2026: The starter consisted of canned vegetables, without any sauce... 😳 Inedible. Very limited menu choices. The service was unpleasant, with insensitive remarks. As for the decor and ambiance, it felt like stepping back into 1902. I do not recommend this establishment.

16/07/2026: First time ordering and pleasantly surprised, the pizza was very good as were the homemade fries, I'll be back 😉

16/07/2026: The warm goat cheese salad was really mediocre: a slice of goat cheese on a piece of toasted bread, on top of lettuce with dry onions, a drizzle of balsamic cream, and no seasoning. Not great.

17/07/2026: I was very disappointed with the cappuccino. It's by far the worst I've had in Greater Geneva. If you're looking for a quality cappuccino, I wouldn't recommend this place. Frankly, even a cappuccino made at home with a simple instant mix is ​​better than the one served here.

25/07/2026: The raisin breads don't even have pastry cream, which is an insult, and they're completely dry; the croissant isn't any better. So much hype!

27/07/2026: The bread was stale, the meat tough and fatty, of very poor quality, and the rancid cake had clearly been spoiled in the fridge for a long time. For a newly opened establishment, I don't understand.
