14/09/2024: Country restaurant but which does the job very well! Warm places, the managers are very friendly and come to ask you if everything is going well, even the cook! There is a bar side and a restaurant side + an outdoor terrace by the river. The square is simple but it's more than enough (pizza, burger, homemade dishes, etc.), the prices are attractive and worth the taste and the cost! Starter and dessert, we had the raw ham plate, a Texan pizza, the pike perch fillet in vin jaune and a crème brûlée. Perfect 🌟

30/08/2024: Very friendly waitresses, found us a table even though we had not reserved. Quality meals, well-stocked plates. Good value for money in a very pretty setting. We will come back to this.

25/08/2024: The pros: Nice decor, pleasant waitresses, child booster seat, good meat, delicious fries The -: unique sauce too lemony for my taste, ordinary salad, hubbub in the restaurant making conversations difficult

19/08/2024: Cadre au top produit de qualité viande excellente 1 serveuse au top sourire toujours le mot pour rire par contre la maigrelette brune avec ses tatouages pas sympathique du tout et limite désagréable a part ça je recommande

24/11/2024: We arrived late but the boss welcomed us as if he was waiting for us: he almost whispered “Do you want to eat? » leaving his post and approaching us (we must have looked hungry! Lol). This is a thoughtful welcome. The meal was delicious: I recommend the chicken breast with forest sauce and gratin dauphinois. The wine offered was perfect and the dessert (vacherin raspberries) to die for! In short, this is an address to note in your notebook, on Google Maps or wherever you deem it useful! Ideally located on the road down to Lyon and with generous parking. No detours to make.

04/09/2024: A little disappointed the last time I ate there. Great welcome, good and fast service but meal level has dropped a little

27/08/2024: It's my turn to leave a comment given the other negative reviews I shouldn't have gone to drink my coffee there. Being afraid of having my electric bike stolen which cost me €3000 in the process, I didn't have a lock, the waitress explained to me that I had to pay at the counter. I take my bike and she explains to me that it must stay outside, she is very courteous. I would have left it there but the chef was of course insulting from behind as well. you have a great lack of manners and no respect for your customers. Oddly, as soon as there is a negative review it is never your fault. I think you need to question yourself. Next time I will refrain from drinking my coffee at your place. And the pompom I kindly ask for my water bottle to be filled and I am told there are toilets for that. In all the bars and restaurants I have been to my water bottle has always been refilled.

30/08/2024: Despite a friendly waitress, the meat is poorly prepared and above all very poorly cooked, even charred!

29/08/2024: We came as a family to spend two days there in August and are only waiting for one thing: to come back for Christmas! 5 points to remember 1. First of all, the Auberge d'Aranc is one of the rare establishments that can accommodate families with more than two children! A double bedroom with a bedroom with two real bunk beds can accommodate a family with 4 children in good conditions. All at very competitive prices. The rooms are fairly standard but a good size and clean. At this price the value for money is very good. 2. Then the situation: a very quiet village. The hotel is right opposite a charming church (unfortunately closed but this is more and more the case. It's a shame) and from the windows you can see the countryside. It's really charming. We feel good there. 3. We eat very well there! excellent gratin dauphinois with chanterelles, tasty meat, well-stocked breakfast! There are also children's menus and the cook adapts to requests. 4. The boss and the rest of the team have a sense of service (this is really becoming more and more rare!) 5. there seem to be a lot of leisure activities nearby, including a very good treetop adventure course, a real goat farm where you can milk milk and then buy excellent cheeses. Thanks to the boss and the team!

07/07/2024: Une auberge au coeur d'un petit village du bugey a 10km de A40, un très bon moment passé dans un établissement de qualité. Chambre spacieuse et propre bien équipée. Quand à la restauration, que des produits frais et maison, une très belle carte ou menus à des prix très convenables. Ne passez pas à côté, allez y vous ne serez pas déçus

25/08/2024: Restaurants in Ain make frogs, some make good frogs, the Paquet restaurant is one of them, go there with your eyes closed, a good gratin will top it off, and if you start with their foie gras, a country bread, it will be the best, and with a smile please!! thank you to this ancestral establishment in Druillat, for a normal price, given the quality.

31/07/2024: Pour faire court : Nicolas et Hervé ! Bravo ! Merci au hasard qui nous a conduit chez vous. Accueil, qualité, quantité, déco. Tout était magnifique. Je recommande vivement cette adresse.

16/09/2024: Restaurant Très médiocre et très cher pour La Quantité minime et pas toujours appétissant Hôtel correct petite chambre et le ménage pas toujours approfondi Facture incompréhensible !!! Très déçu

17/08/2024: I had an excellent time at the Brasserie "Place Bernard", thanks in particular to the warm welcome and professionalism of Anaïs and Sandy! :) I invited my parents, and they were delighted with the experience. In the kitchen, Bertrand is simply incredible, and his dishes have delighted our taste buds. Well done to the whole team. As for Jérôme, the head waiter, he manages the establishment with exemplary mastery. A big thank you to the whole team for this memorable moment!
