15/08/2024: I arrived at the Kyriad hotel this August 15 at 6 p.m.; we are extremely disappointed and shocked; dirty towel in the room, spiders present in the corners, a very unpleasant receptionist present on August 15, faulty flush, stifling smell in the room, hotel to avoid at all costs, if hygiene and cleanliness are yours priorities.
