The ham looked very white and dated, the eggs weren't fresh, but I didn't pay much attention at the time... these things happen, but it didn't leave a good impression. What a shame.

02/04/2026: I came on a Thursday at lunchtime, and the waiter forgot to bring the starter. My partner's main course was cold. Unfortunately, I won't be returning.

13/03/2026: A very disappointing experience. It's bland, tasteless, and particularly surprising given the positive reviews! It feels like the chef isn't actually cooking, but simply reheating pre-prepared dishes. I don't mind pre-made food in itself, but this is just plain bad.

22/04/2026: €24 for a starter, main course, and dessert—it's become incredibly expensive. A pitcher of red wine, undrinkable, was certainly made from the dregs of glasses and bottles—a disgrace. The old man quoted €65, divided by 2 = €33. Avoid at all costs.

24/04/2026: I arrived at the restaurant and noticed that the bread wasn't homemade like in the photos they use to impress you. Looking at the flatbreads that were served, I realized they were prioritizing quantity over quality.

15/06/2026: We held our wedding reception (cocktail hour and meal) on June 13, 2026, at the Auberge de Saint Didier. There were about forty of us. We warmly thank the entire team. Everything was perfect: the welcome and the impeccable, friendly service from 5:30 pm to 2:00 am, the excellent food, and the perfect setting and room. They were also very accommodating to some of our guests with vegetarian, gluten-free, or lactose-free diets—fantastic! All our guests were delighted, and so were we—we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! I highly recommend them; they helped make my wedding day unforgettable. Thank you again. Fabryce and Nathalie

16/04/2026: It's a very good restaurant with quality products

04/05/2026: We were passing through on our way to Spain and wanted to stay here for one night, but it was a disaster. The air conditioning was broken, the window wouldn't open, the refrigerator didn't work, and there was no hot water... plus there was a motorway right next to it. The whole place was a catastrophe; it should be torn down.

21/04/2026: The hotel is very old fashioned - you need to push the door really hard to open or close it. But the main issue is that we found stink bugs in the room when we checked in. We told the reception to fix it and they never do. Also, the director of the reception is very disrespectful. For example, he used “Les filles” to call us when me and my friend are clearly two 30+ ladies. Do not recommend even if the price might be attractive

30/05/2026: The pizza was fantastic, the service was top-notch, the pizzas were delicious, and the owner was friendly and attentive. Don't hesitate to come and enjoy a good, hot pizza!

20/07/2026: Avoid at all costs! The outdoor terrace was filthy, with garbage bags scattered in the middle. The artificial grass was ancient, worn, and dirty. A dog wandered among the customers. The welcome was extremely cold, practically nonexistent. There was only one waiter, and the owner took orders without necessarily respecting the order in which customers arrived. As for the meal, we couldn't enjoy it because, despite our reservation, no one came to see us half an hour after our arrival, not even to offer us an aperitif. So we left without having a drink or a meal. We will definitely not be returning.

23/07/2026: Very welcoming, the food is excellent (paninis), and the staff are pleasant. I recommend it.

17/07/2026: Dry, bitter salad, burnt hamburger steak, fries were okay, lasagna was so-so, price okay, staff was friendly.

04/06/2026: We went to listen to some live Jazz (retrospective about Michel Legrand with a pianist and a French singer) in this very cozy little club where you are anywhere in the room at about 6 feet max from the musicians. So it's worth every minute if you choose the artist you like: I went there about 5 times and it was a home run each time. Have a drink before and even during the show served by a nice cocktail waitress. The great thing is that the early show starts around 7 pm which gives you plenty of time to go and dine afterwards and get home before it's too late. The shows usually last about one hour and a half.

02/06/2026: Very friendly service. Cheap food & drinks to the point it was so affordable for all of us to have MANY beers, cocktails & pizzas. Fantastic atmosphere. Come for pre-Jazz/jam drinks found upstairs. We were lucky seats were available, otherwise I would highly advise to pre-book.

08/06/2026: Unfriendly atmosphere and they try to rip off tourists by asking for €20 for three half-pints of beer. Avoid at all costs.

09/04/2026: After a lovely hike among the daffodils, a well-deserved meal was perfect, from the starter to the dessert, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves with a view of Mont Blanc!
