27/08/2026: We had a wonderful stay at the Auberge des Myrtilles. In a beautiful and peaceful setting, the inn is ideally located for hiking or cycling. The restaurant offers the opportunity to dine in and sample regional specialties. The blueberry tart is a real treat. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast is very generous.

25/08/2026: I need to revise my previous comment from two years ago; I recently returned and there was no wait, I was warmly welcomed and had a good coffee in the afternoon; I can now recommend this restaurant again.

30/08/2026: We go to this restaurant regularly because the home-style cooking is excellent: good quality meat and fish, and especially plenty of well-prepared vegetables. Not to mention the desserts... They're absolutely delicious. And of course, the service is top-notch and we always receive a very warm welcome. We'll definitely be back!

24/05/2026: Country side hotel with excellent tasteful dinner prepared with lots of care and fresh herbs from the garden. The staff was very welcoming and kind. Lots of beautiful hiking paths in the area.

23/05/2026: We had a wonderful stay from beginning to end. We received a very warm welcome from a hostess who was incredibly kind and always attentive to her guests. We immediately felt at ease, just like at home. Special mention goes to the breakfast: everything is homemade, generous, and delicious. A real treat to start the day off right! We highly recommend this establishment and will gladly return.

09/08/2026: We had a good meal, although the portions were a little small, and my hamburger was cooked more between medium and well-done than rare. The staff were welcoming and friendly, and the food was good.

21/08/2026: The service was far too slow... Impersonal service, with a sadly incompetent waiter. Too many dishes on the menu were unavailable; in short, a complete disaster for my birthday ☹️☹️☹️😁😁 Disappointment after reading the good reviews. As always, you have to try it for yourself 🤔🤔

16/08/2026: We came in May and found this restaurant excellent; we loved it so much that we returned on August 14th. And what a disappointment! The service was deplorable. We ordered a bottle of white wine for an aperitif, and when we received our starter, there was still no aperitif. We had to ask throughout the entire meal for bread and two glasses of rosé, which we never received. We were told the side dish was mashed potatoes, but it arrived with fries. The meat was sent back, undercooked. The meal was very mediocre, and we weren't even offered the €38 set menu. A huge disappointment. We had said this would be our go-to restaurant for our festivals, but we won't be returning. It's a shame; we were really looking forward to going back.

01/08/2026: A small, cozy restaurant with a few tables on the terrace. They had a full set menu (I can't remember exactly which) with a choice of two main courses or the daily special (14 euros): meat or sausage with various vegetables. Everything was delicious, reasonably priced, and the service was excellent. A good option in the center of Foix.

16/08/2026: We ate there for my daughter's 30th birthday. The meal was very generous and delicious. The staff were very friendly. I was a little disappointed with the dessert (just a matter of taste). I'll be back.

06/08/2026: A very beautiful place, with an exceptional location, new rooms with practically everything you need, the hosts were wonderful, we didn't eat in the restaurant but it looked amazing, a great choice.
