24/05/2026: Country side hotel with excellent tasteful dinner prepared with lots of care and fresh herbs from the garden. The staff was very welcoming and kind. Lots of beautiful hiking paths in the area.

23/05/2026: We had a wonderful stay from beginning to end. We received a very warm welcome from a hostess who was incredibly kind and always attentive to her guests. We immediately felt at ease, just like at home. Special mention goes to the breakfast: everything is homemade, generous, and delicious. A real treat to start the day off right! We highly recommend this establishment and will gladly return.

21/08/2026: The service was far too slow... Impersonal service, with a sadly incompetent waiter. Too many dishes on the menu were unavailable; in short, a complete disaster for my birthday ☹️☹️☹️😁😁 Disappointment after reading the good reviews. As always, you have to try it for yourself 🤔🤔

16/08/2026: We came in May and found this restaurant excellent; we loved it so much that we returned on August 14th. And what a disappointment! The service was deplorable. We ordered a bottle of white wine for an aperitif, and when we received our starter, there was still no aperitif. We had to ask throughout the entire meal for bread and two glasses of rosé, which we never received. We were told the side dish was mashed potatoes, but it arrived with fries. The meat was sent back, undercooked. The meal was very mediocre, and we weren't even offered the €38 set menu. A huge disappointment. We had said this would be our go-to restaurant for our festivals, but we won't be returning. It's a shame; we were really looking forward to going back.

27/07/2026: We stumbled upon this place on the day the Tour de France passed through Foix. It was a scorching day, but the natural coolness inside this beautiful historic building was wonderful. A restaurant like no other... The owner gave us a very warm welcome, and the menu was simple yet generous and delicious, with the added bonus of a very good draft beer and, for dessert, the owner's own chocolate cream! 19/05/2026: Excellent value for money, the set menu was great in our case, which is what matters most. The terrace setting was perfect for these hot days. We appreciated their understanding of our poor French. We ordered from the à la carte menu again in 2026 and it was fantastic.

27/04/2026: We received an excellent welcome despite our request to sit on the terrace, which they hadn't planned to open because of the overcast weather. They kindly accommodated our request: the terrace is so lovely! The staff is friendly and professional, and the food is excellent and plentiful. I highly recommend this restaurant.
