Nevertheless, the service was impeccable: the pace was perfect, the dishes beautifully presented, the staff attentive and attentive. What about the kitchen? Whoever goes to “La Tomate du Jardin” knows that the vegetables come from their own garden and the quality of the ingredients is carefully chosen. The chef's magic transforms them into refined, sophisticated, delicious dishes. A real treat for the eyes and taste buds. I recommend!

It's simply great to see your eyes shine during your explanations around a sampling with your discoveries as a sommelier, when you highlight your wine gems, you are the archer who hits the bull's eye. Take advantage of this break after summer to firstly recharge your batteries and secondly, pamper your vegetable garden so that it expresses through its production all the talent that you cultivate in your land and which is reflected in your plates. The terrace in summer is a true haven of peace: shaded, cool, and located on the edge of the canal, it invites you to relax. The waitress is charming and attentive, always smiling and attentive to every detail. And what about the kitchen? Delicious! Tasty dishes, prepared with care and fresh products. An address not to be missed!

15/09/2024: Le rituel annuel, un weekend en amoureux à la petite auberge☺️. Accueil chaleureux on se sent chez soi. Chambre très propre bien insonorisée literie top sèche cheveux bouilloire café thé à dispo. Petit déjeuner local avec pains de toutes sortes viennoiseries fromages et charcuterie ariegeoises. Côté resto que du local aussi. Croustade aux pommes à tomber, filet de bœuf hyper tendre...merci à la jeune dame qui sert en salle son sourire sa gentillesse même quand la salle est pleine. Merci aux cuisines aussi 🙏. Merci à Fabien et toute son équipe pour cette parenthèse ariegeoise très agréable.

17/09/2024: Bonjour Pensez à mettre à jour les infos internet. Nous sommes venus le 17 septembre 2024 à midi et nous avons trouvé le resto fermé alors que sur le site Web il était noté comme ouvert

04/09/2024: Magnificent and relaxing place with a superb wooden terrace at the back of the restaurant which gives a magnificent view. Made to look like a large mountain chalet. I recommend this place.
