30/08/2026: We go to this restaurant regularly because the home-style cooking is excellent: good quality meat and fish, and especially plenty of well-prepared vegetables. Not to mention the desserts... They're absolutely delicious. And of course, the service is top-notch and we always receive a very warm welcome. We'll definitely be back!

23/09/2026: We had lunch on September 22, 2026, the €23 set menu. The starter consisted of a few slices of charcuterie and a pseudo-half-slice of "pâté"—more like industrial mousse, I'd say. The meat dish (fairly tender but swimming in sauce) wasn't served on all plates, but it wasn't. It was advertised as having new potatoes, but served with fries. (They've changed the product range!) The millas for dessert was hard. After we complained to the waitress and the owner, the response was, "Next time, take the €45 set menu!" This is completely disrespectful to the customer and not at all customer-friendly. Avoid at all costs!

23/09/2026: A restaurant where everything is perfect: the staff, the welcome, the food, the setting. If you want to eat well, this is the place to go. I highly recommend it.

06/09/2026: We had wonderful memories of our visit to Chalet de Beauregard three years ago… we were really looking forward to returning to this magnificent place and enjoying the excellent cuisine of the restaurant… we booked a table for Saturday, September 5th at 12:15 pm… the reservation was confirmed by phone… we arrived at 6:00 am with four friends from Alsace after a 1.5-hour drive and a final trek on the disastrous road leading to the mountain restaurant, only to find… the doors locked… the restaurant closed! Anger and frustration ensued! We had even given our mobile number to the woman on the phone… the least they could have done was let us know… we wouldn't have driven three hours for nothing… luckily we found a nice little restaurant on our way back down via the Col de l'Attrape… We felt it was important to express our anger at this blatant lack of professionalism… and prefer to cherish the wonderful memory of 2023 at this ideally located establishment… you won't be seeing us again.

01/08/2026: A small, cozy restaurant with a few tables on the terrace. They had a full set menu (I can't remember exactly which) with a choice of two main courses or the daily special (14 euros): meat or sausage with various vegetables. Everything was delicious, reasonably priced, and the service was excellent. A good option in the center of Foix.

29/07/2026: It's good, it's generous, don't forget to be hungry before you arrive or you'll have trouble making it to dessert.

27/08/2026: We had a wonderful stay at the Auberge des Myrtilles. In a beautiful and peaceful setting, the inn is ideally located for hiking or cycling. The restaurant offers the opportunity to dine in and sample regional specialties. The blueberry tart is a real treat. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast is very generous.
