26/01/2025: The food is very good and so is the price. The only thing is that one of the waiters who served us was a little confused: he brought us the wine/appetizer list first when he should have brought us the menu/card first. He didn't let us taste the wine and served it directly to us, filling the glasses too much. He seemed to be in a hurry to take note. He would surely be an apprentice. The rest very good. We will repeat

28/08/2024: Nous cherchions un endroit où manger en rentrant du pays basque. Quel bonheur de nous être arrêtés. Le lieu est très beau décoré avec beaucoup de goût. La cuisine est encore plus belle que le lieu. Le patron très agréable. Foie gras cassoulet etc carte des vins exceptionnelle. Bref un endroit à ne pas rater. +++++++

09/07/2025: We only visited the free area because the price was €19. I think it's very expensive compared to other major monuments in Spain. What we saw caught our attention: the castle with battlements, busy streets with tourists, and a lively atmosphere. You can easily visit it in a day, eating inside and taking home a souvenir.

06/07/2025: We were looking for a reasonably priced brasserie for a decent dinner. This place is perfect. A very friendly server, a tempting menu, and a great daily special that evening. My duck breast skewer was great, and so were the beef skewers! In short, I highly recommend it.

16/09/2024: A superb evening in a dream setting. The restaurant is ideally located in the historic city with the magnificent ramparts as a backdrop. We had a flawless meal from start to finish. Impeccable service with attentive staff, present but discreet. Each dish more tempting than the last. The only thing to improve is the exterior signage of the restaurant, we did not immediately understand that it was located in the city hotel.

15/09/2024: Always a wonderful experience, each time I visit Carcassonne I make sure to book in for lunch. This time I treated myself to dinner, which was as expected, magical dining.

26/09/2024: Estábamos caminando junto a este café durante la hora del almuerzo mientras paseaba por Carcasona y fuimos recibidos por una señora que estaba sirviendo una casa llena. Elegimos una mesa afuera para ver pasar el mundo y la señora fue más que servicial explicando lo que era la Plat du Jour. La comida (me gustó un Tartare de Boeuf y mi compañero Salade de Fromagerie) ) y el vino era excelente. El servicio era maravilloso y el propietario vino cuando habíamos terminado para preguntar si todo era de nuestro agrado que, sin duda, era. Nuestro almuerzo estaba bien - precio y vale la pena cada centavo. La gente que miraba era buena, ya que la ciudad cobró vida después del almuerzo Bien recomendado a cualquiera que visite Carcasona
