29/08/2026: A dinner stop on our holiday road trip turned out to be a very pleasant surprise. This restaurant offers an extensive menu, and the dishes, pizzas, and burgers are very good and generously portioned. The service and welcome are also top-notch, and I've rarely seen such good value for money! I highly recommend it; the ambiance adds an extra touch.

25/08/2026: This place had been highly recommended to us, and the Google reviews were glowing... But what a huge disappointment 😞 The location is very peaceful, a beautiful farmhouse. Parking is easy. The dining room we were seated in was pleasant enough, but nothing special. Looking at the menu at the entrance, I thought, "I'm not going to be able to eat all of this!" Unfortunately, the portions were stingy. It felt like a "farm tasting menu": a small piece of dry sausage (2 bites), a small slice of country terrine (3 bites), the famous pascade (sorry, but it was tasteless except for the strong fermented flavor? And yet there's no yeast?), and the stuffed cabbage (4 bites). But the absolute worst part was the roast chicken, which was supposed to be the main course! It's shameful to serve a wing that was nothing but bones and a quarter of a chicken breast for two adults! A tasting of three small cheese samples. Forget the cheese platter from the Google photos 😢 As for dessert, it wasn't any better. And the coffee...? As you can see, the portions of the dishes on this €30 Sunday menu are meager, very meager! The service is far too slow because all the tables are served at once. All that's missing is a trolley to take us back to our childhood school cafeterias with their Arcopal plates and stainless steel trays. What's more, the portions aren't at all equitable between the different tables, strange indeed 🤔 The quality of the ingredients is excellent, it must be said, but for a €30 farm-to-table menu, one expects much better. Perhaps this appeals to city dwellers passing through, but if you know the good restaurants in the area, you know you won't be repeating the experience! Plenty of establishments between Salle Curan and Rodez offer cheaper, more generous menus of the same quality. I apologize for this negative review, but honestly, seeing such reviews online doesn't seem consistent with my experience this summer. Sincerely

27/05/2026: We came to eat at the restaurant and the welcome was rather cold. It was impossible to eat on the terrace, even though the weather was nice and the view was lovely. The cake was sitting on the counter, and the table wasn't clean. Disappointed, considering it's the only restaurant in the village. On the plus side, the waiter was friendly. We didn't feel comfortable, and I wouldn't recommend this place.

24/05/2026: I enjoyed some excellent homemade ice cream there during my visit to Najac. The welcome was very pleasant and the service was really fast. Of course, the beach is a long way away 😀, but you'll have a very pleasant time at this establishment. I highly recommend it!

16/05/2026: My rating is a combination of our stay in the hotel which I’d rate 5 stars and dinner in their restaurant at 3 stars. We had a lovely room with balcony overlooking the valley. Our hostess was so welcoming and friendly throughout our stay. Ideas for walks; drinks on the terrace. The room itself is comfortable with a good bed. Our dinner was disappointing. My beef was just OK. Some of it was so sinewy I couldn’t cut or chew it. My wife’s local special of the rolled pork was awful. She said it tasted like cardboard it was so dry. The service was excellent and the outlook of the restaurant is lovely. Perhaps we just got unlucky 🧐

19/08/2026: As a regular customer, I'm never disappointed by either the welcome or the quality of the food. Very reasonable prices, good concerts too, both in winter and summer, and the best part: a very pleasant terrace.

17/08/2026: A wonderful time (and a delicious culinary experience) in a unique setting, in the shade of a tree in front of the old stone walls of the inn. The meal, prepared with farm-fresh (and local) produce, was fantastic. Thank you to Mathieu for sharing the history of his family and the inn with us. We wish them all the best for the future. Highly recommended for adults and children alike!

31/07/2026: While hiking the GR736, we stumbled upon this farm inn. We were dreaming of a bed after five days of self-supported trekking. We found a gem there, thanks to its location in the heart of nature, a warm welcome, a charming and unique room, and an incredible five-course meal at a more than reasonable price, all made with high-quality, locally sourced ingredients! This farm is well worth a visit for anyone who loves peace and quiet in nature and wants to disconnect from the modern world. A truly wonderful memory of our GR736 hike in the Tarn region.

You immediately feel at home, like you're staying with friends, with the added bonus of remarkable service. A truly precious address that more than deserves its reputation. We will return with great pleasure.

30/05/2026: This restaurant, nestled on a charming little square at the top of the village, offers a warm and cozy atmosphere. The cuisine showcases fresh, local, and high-quality ingredients. The service is quick, efficient, and attentive. Each dish is a true delight, both visually and gastronomically. All this at an excellent price. An address we wholeheartedly recommend and where we always return with pleasure.

08/06/2026: The rooms for three people are quite small; there were no towels or pillows for the third person. The meal was adequate. It's a shame there's no elevator.
