03/08/2026: Half-filled Coke with three tons of ice cubes, fries thrown into the bag, expired apples, and the highlight of the show: inedible fries because the salt shaker must have been used to make a mess. Run away! It's a disgrace, and the cleanliness... I won't even go there.

05/06/2026: We stayed here for our honeymoon before our wedding at Chateau de Paon. It was an oasis, with gorgeous rooms and great service. Breakfast is pricy but so good that if you take your time it’s worth every penny.

17/05/2026: Wow… it's so beautiful! 🤩 A magnificent hotel, superbly located in the heart of the old town! The outdoor ambiance is incredible, and the rooms are just as stunning. What more could you ask for when you arrive in paradise?! 😇🤩🙏

27/03/2026: The state of the outdoor toilets is deplorable. Chico always introduces his fabulous flautist. He's always there at every performance. But he's presented as a new addition, there only for this evening. Perhaps you should stop buying cheap cheese from Lidl. You could do better with the desserts. And this time the paella was just okay. It would be nice to vary the music a bit instead of always playing the same thing. In the summer there's a lack of heating, in the winter there's a lack of air conditioning.

12/03/2026: I'll be going back soon, it's really lovely, but the gypsy band needs to be there in full force. I recommend it for couples who enjoy good food and especially appreciate these wonderful musical experiences.

02/08/2026: We just ate at this restaurant, which we stumbled upon after visiting the Calanques...it was really lovely, we were with our two children. The service was quick, the staff welcoming and attentive. The portions were generous. The terrace had a misting fan...Nothing to complain about. I highly recommend it.

30/07/2026: Pancakes, undercooked and tasteless

16/07/2026: They're really not customer-oriented. The saleswoman refused my 50 euro note, claiming she didn't have change, even though it was the end of the day. The day before, I wanted to order a large cake for a birthday, but they couldn't make it for me—too late, too hot. They were really unfriendly. Only people who come in for a snack or a coffee are satisfied, but that's not what I expect from a bakery.

07/04/2026: Easter Monday Lunch There were two of us, and the menu offered few dishes, a testament to the homemade quality. The wait was extremely long!!! Over 45 minutes for the main course and 15 minutes for dessert. It's a shame because the place itself is nice.

07/04/2026: Restaurant discovered on a public holiday. The service was rather disastrous: at least 40 minutes to get the main course and 15 minutes for dessert. The waiter seemed to be working alone. As for the food, the dish was quite decent, and the place was visually appealing.

13/07/2026: I live two minutes away. I stop by from time to time. This morning, my credit card payment was refused?! A joke. Explanation: Credit cards accepted only for lunch. My interpretation: cash under the table all morning. A quick email to the tax authorities to investigate? Maybe.

28/06/2026: Great place! The food is delicious and the servers are very friendly. I highly recommend this place.

14/06/2026: We came to eat as a group of six, and the experience was very disappointing. From the moment we ordered, the waitress didn't ask us what toppings we wanted for our pizzas, so we couldn't choose what we actually wanted. The service was clearly lacking in friendliness: no smile, little warmth, and a rather cold attitude throughout the meal. The bill only made things worse. Since she had only taken a few notes, she had trouble remembering what everyone had ordered. We simply tried to help her sort it out, but she curtly replied, "You're not going to tell me how to do my job." This kind of remark is truly inappropriate towards customers. We left with a very bad impression. It's a shame, because a little professionalism and politeness could have made a huge difference.

07/06/2026: A short break on my bike ride, convenient because of the outdoor terrace, the view from the bike is reassuring, a little cream.

06/06/2026: It's a shame I can't give zero stars. A waitress was treated like a disabled person by the boys working at the counter, who clearly don't know the basic rules of good manners; communication is a foreign concept to them. A shame for Marseille, a shame for Islam. Simply boycott this place.

05/06/2026: The restaurant is very well located, right opposite Saint Charles train station. The staff is very welcoming, and the service is excellent. The grilled sardines and red mullet are superb.

15/05/2026: The food was mediocre, and the service was absolutely terrible. The two waitresses were chattering incessantly. They couldn't even tell if the dishes were sweet or savory. They claimed they'd never tried them before and didn't know—how could they be service staff? Later, we discovered the menu said it was savory, and they still insisted they'd never had it. It was unbearable to talk to people like that 😓. Who would eat there with such unprofessional and irresponsible service?

26/07/2026: A very pleasant place, with the sea stretching as far as the eye can see. Generous and excellent portions. Very pleasant and welcoming waiters. Fresh ingredients. Finally, a restaurant where you don't get ripped off.

25/07/2026: The food was delicious and plentiful, but the servers were unpleasant and condescending! They had absolutely no sense of hospitality (except for Jeff and another server with a ponytail). It's such a shame because the setting is lovely. It's off-putting. This was our sixth visit, but it will be our last.

07/06/2026: Fine for one night, but no consideration when you stay an extra night; the room wasn't cleaned. It's a shame because the location and parking are a plus. Lack of supervision from the staff.

25/05/2026: Tiny room. No toilet paper. No shower gel, and not a single bath towel. We've already complained to reception three times. This is getting ridiculous! To top it all off, they put a mattress topper on the mattress. It's much smaller now, so the bottom sheet is completely overflowing! How are two people supposed to sleep in a messy bed? The staff are constantly chatting in the hallways. The receptionist apologizes, but this is just too much! What's more, the hotel's "private beach" is a patch of uncleaned sand. It looks like the outlet of a sewage canal. When you advertise services online, you have to make sure everything is top-notch! And clearly, there was no follow-up. Huge disappointment! The only positive point was the indoor pool and jacuzzi. A terrible experience. We won't be back.

29/06/2026: It's a shame, we came to have a good time, but the wait and the service were terrible. There was a lot of tension among the customers in the outdoor patio because we weren't the only ones experiencing this lack of organization! We reported the problem at checkout! The response: "Staff shortage." We arrived at 7:45 pm and left at 10 pm! We ordered dinner and dessert for two adults and a child, but waited 45 minutes for the first course, and on top of that, the prices were exorbitant.

07/06/2026: It's a shame there's only one waiter on a Sunday afternoon. He's very competent, but they should think about hiring more staff instead of just focusing on profits.

19/05/2026: A varied selection presented on a slate. Good and generous portions. I had a 5A andouillette sausage, prepared in the traditional style, with homemade fries. The strawberries Melba was excellent. Efficient and friendly service. The basement location isn't very appealing.
