04/09/2024: Shocking!!! Cockroaches in my room, mold in the toilet, pubic hair in the bed, very rude boss towards his customers apart from a welcoming member of staff I don't see who goes to this hotel don't complain about being there go after having saw this review thank you

06/08/2024: For a first in a bell tower, I thank the boss Morgane for her sympathy, as well as Elisabeth for her joy of living and who provides top-notch service. I recommend this establishment 100%.

04/09/2024: After a disappointing visit to Prado beach my wife and I found this great little beach club where we could hire sunbeds and spend the day laying on sunbeds and watching the world go by. Great service by Alexis who seemed able to effortlessly switch language to communicate with guests and even remember preferences of repeat visitors. Good food and a very comfortable place to simply chill out and will definitely return if/when we return to Marseille. I wish I had taken some photos.

04/09/2024: Whether you come in the evening or during the day, this place is just fantastic. At night, the atmosphere is wonderful, great music, excellent cocktails, feet in the sand, umyou feel you are on holiday on a tropical island. The service, the kindness of the waiters and their professional is a blessing. Daytime, lunch us again make you live a dream again. Delicious food, exquisite café gourmand, feet in the sand and seaview. Every staff wants to make you feel comfortable. The boss, who is English is lovely and so welcoming. I can only recommend this place but not too much as I would be scared there would never be any seat available for me. Another trick is to come in September or un June, when the touristy crowd has gone away. You'll ferl as on a magnificent island.

24/09/2024: Restaurant located on the corner of the street! We ate very well (mussels and fries) The Service is impeccable, the servers are very smiling and fun Thanks to the waiters and the chef I highly recommend!

09/09/2024: We stopped here by chance while looking for a restaurant open on a Monday evening, and regretted it a little... The mussels and fries indicated in large letters at the entrance (which we wanted) were not available, nor were they available. than prawns. Ultimately we can say that it is because the products are fresh, but even on this point nothing is less certain! The “salmon steak with homemade pesto” was worthy of a canteen dish: pesto clearly bought in a jar at Lidl, you can see it straight away unfortunately, and overcooked salmon, without the skin. The rice was dry and flavorless, and the quantities were clearly not worth the price. In addition, the steak requested rare was served to us almost medium rare... The only positive points however: the service was impeccable and the fries served with the meat were very good. In short, we don't particularly recommend it, except for a steak and fries or a beer!

08/09/2024: Toujours un régal de venir à la brasserie des arènes tout était parfait et une ambiance vraiment parfaite pour la feria je vous recommande cette endroit a 💯 pour 💯

18/09/2024: We flew all the way from LONDON to spend the night & have dinner which we had reserved to celebrate both my 60th b’day and our 30th wedding anniversary. We had reserved for last sitting at 9.30 pm and ordered our menu as soon as we booked. In LONDON we knew there was a slight delay so we called saying we will be late by 15 minutes & they confirmed that’s ok. We then called from Marseille airport twice and they reassured us that as long as we were there 10 to 22.00 pm we would be ok. We got in at 9.47 pm but to our astonishment both the woman at the reception refused to seat us. We explained we had called them 3 times & we had booked to stay the night just for the restaurant & one of them blatantly said ‘I am the restaurant & I will not even ask in the kitchen if they will serve you’.. Simply rude & disrespectful. We would not have called 3 times if we hadn’t been told each time that we would be seated. It was horrible to be treated with such disdain !! Then in the bistro we were served one of the worst squid dish ever… we could not chew on it.. VERY DISAPPOINTING experience.

11/09/2024: La bouillabaisse revisitée de M. PASSEDAT est un régal autant visuel que pour les papilles, un vrai festival de saveurs et tout cela dans un cadre merveilleux. Pour autant nous avons constaté quelques bémols concernant le service servi bien trop précipitamment qu'il à fallu ralentir, un personnel terne, triste, sans interaction avec la clientèle sans parler de leur tenue vieillotte, usée limite propre non digne du standing d'un restaurant 3 étoiles et enfin l'état du plafond de la salle de restaurant qui a du subir un dégât des eaux et qui en résulte de grosses auréoles jaunâtres ce qui laisse à désirer dans un lieu comme celui-ci. Nous déplorons aussi que M. PASSEDAT ne se présente pas alors qu'il était présent dans l'établissement.
