15/05/2026: A very bad experience at this bar. We come here regularly and, unfortunately, the experience is always the same. The servers' attitude is unpleasant and unwelcoming, which is unacceptable in a professional setting.
The wait is far too long, and despite several requests to order, no one comes to take our order.
We finally decided to leave and go to the bar next door!
13/05/2026: The bar has everything going for it: sunshine, proximity to the tram, a large terrace.
But it's TERRIBLE! The waiters are crazy (if you don't drink alcohol, you get snide remarks), the service is incredibly slow and unpleasant. They mess up half the time; it's a disaster.
In short, don't go.

21/05/2026: The waiter was smiling, friendly, and very pleasant. There was little wait, and the white wine was excellent value for money, though perhaps a touch too chilled for my taste, but that's a matter of personal preference.
I've tried several terraces, and I'll definitely be back to Mus. The glass of wine is generously poured, which is rare in Aix-en-Provence.

25/04/2026: No ice cubes for the whipped cream Caffè latte, then a mistake with the replacement drink; they didn't put any coffee in, so I just got a milkshake.

31/05/2026: Never seen anything worse. We arrived and were given the runaround for at least 45 minutes, served lukewarm water in a vodka bottle without a glass. No cutlery whatsoever. A pizza we ordered for €19 arrived with nothing like what was on the menu, and for the price, it was really bad. We had to wait at least two hours for two drinks, then three for the pizzas. Appalling! Avoid at all costs!

But the pizza was undercooked and cold.
There's something wrong with the pizza, I think. It's a pizzeria, which is a shame.
There's an Italian one right next door.

15/01/2026: I chose this hotel purely for convenience, because I didn't have a TGV train and it's right across from the station. I took the easy way out… and what a mistake.
This establishment is absolutely not worth the price. Even €10 would be excessive. Upon entering the room, an unbearable stench of urine (you wonder what animal it is) hits you in the throat. The mattresses are dirty, the sheets are dirty, everything is dirty. Hygiene is clearly nonexistent.
To top it all off: the reception staff rings the bell every ten minutes to get you out of the room, which is as unpleasant as it is incomprehensible.
Frankly, I felt dirty after sleeping there. A very unpleasant experience that I absolutely do not recommend. Avoid at all costs.

Salmon pasta that tasted neither like pasta nor salmon.
One star because we can't give less.

09/05/2026: A terrible experience at this crêperie on the Quai du Vieux-Port.
The waitress literally threw the cutlery onto the table, without even setting it properly or providing napkins. The coffee glass was stained with lipstick, clearly unwashed.
The coffees were served after the crêpes, and to top it off, they were cold. After pointing out the problem to the manager, she took back the two coffees, and then we waited a very long time before receiving fresh ones in clean cups. Non-existent service, no attention to the customer, disastrous organization. A place to avoid.
22/04/2026: 8 euro for a “panini” that has a slice of deli chicken and grated cheese that’s not even melted properly…

Arriving at a practically empty restaurant at lunchtime (that should have been a red flag), we found ourselves, like 99% of the disappointed reviewers, in a real tourist trap, with mandatory cash payment to boot. Don't have any? No problem, the tobacco shop next door, which they also own, has an ATM—what a coincidence! The warm goat cheese salad cost €20 and consisted of tasteless, mass-produced romaine lettuce and tomatoes, and an equally bland goat cheese log—it was a real letdown. A mass-produced baguette was used to mop up the mass-produced salad dressing—so much for flavor! 😅 The mussels marinière arrived just as everyone else was having dessert (it happens, it happens), and were completely tasteless (how is it possible to mess up a marinière sauce?), served with frozen fries, and probably the mussels too. The salmon tartare was so-so at €22—expensive for such a tasteless dish. €22 for a tomato and burrata salad. For tasteless tomatoes, an industrial burrata, and a bit of equally industrial pesto, it's overpriced.
When the bill arrived: no credit cards accepted.
Far too expensive for what it is. Nowhere does it say they don't accept credit cards, and what's a shame is that many others like us will get ripped off because they don't check the reviews. A pity. If you have the time (which we didn't), walk five minutes to Le Panier. You'll find restaurants that charge the same prices or are cheaper, but are much better.

25/05/2026: Avoid at all costs!!! I ordered through Uber Eats, and my order took over an hour and a half to arrive! And it wasn't what I ordered at all. There was no packaging, just aluminum foil. The chicken, covered in oil, came out of this disgusting wrapping. Oil was everywhere, everything was missing, the mashed potatoes were drenched in oil, and it smelled awful 🤢🤮... The delivery driver was so drunk, poor guy! It's a disgrace to do this. This establishment should be shut down; it must be incredibly unhygienic. Even pigs wouldn't eat this. Shame on you!!! 12/04/2026: A disastrous experience, absolutely avoid! The delivery was interminable (between 1.5 and 2.5 hours of waiting). Upon arrival, the situation was appalling: the chicken was half raw and, even worse, I found insects inside. This is a complete lack of professionalism and, above all, a major health hazard.
I have already contacted Uber support on Twitter to report these serious breaches of hygiene and food safety standards. I am still waiting for a refund for my order, which I requested yesterday through the platform. Never order from here if you value your health.
