When you pay in cash, don't expect to receive your bill at your table; you have to get up and go to the counter, and they give it to you rudely. Not very professional, but since this kind of place treats tourists like suckers… they don't really care. Luckily, I only came for two coffees.

31/07/2026: We just had a drink in the afternoon, and our drinks were served on an unwashed table covered in pigeon feathers, and the waiter didn't seem to mind at all. The service was pretty awful. That's it for us.

14/04/2026: A beautiful establishment in the heart of Aix-en-Provence. We regularly go there, especially for special occasions like Sarah's daughter's birthday, and it's always a success. The setting is charming and the atmosphere is decidedly festive, perfect for a wonderful evening with friends. The welcome is warm and you quickly feel at ease. An ideal place to celebrate and enjoy a convivial moment. I highly recommend it!

20/05/2026: I ordered Uber Eats, and the variety of kemia was all mixed together in one dish. Not all the kemia were there, and they were hidden under salad. It was really unappetizing. I will never order again; I'm disgusted. It's not worth the price. How can they serve this to their customers?!

29/07/2026: I wanted to try again, but once more, I ordered and was told 20 minutes + 7 for delivery. In the end, I called back an hour later and was told it was on its way, but when my husband called, we found out it hadn't even left. Once, they completely forgot about us. You shouldn't take orders if you're overbooked; in the end, you'll have fewer and fewer customers.

06/07/2026: The best dish I ate at this restaurant was the pizza that was delivered to me yesterday, but the tacos were very dry and didn't contain a single gram of cheese.

20/09/2026: A very bad experience. We arrived at a completely empty restaurant. A waiter told us he would seat us, then someone who seemed to be the manager arrived, looked us up and down, and told us that without a reservation, we couldn't be seated. The way they spoke to us was very unpleasant and condescending, especially in an empty restaurant. Afterwards, we looked at the reviews and found that many customers had the same experience. Unfortunately, our experience confirms these reviews.

21/09/2026: It's a disaster! I live in La Capelette and frankly, I'm disgusted that this bakery is located here. What kind of staff are these? Who do these girls think they are? Would a simple hello or a smile rip their mouths off? The worst part was Sunday at 9:15 a.m.: about ten people waiting, only one person serving while the other sat calmly behind the bakery smoking a cigarette. At 9:15 a.m., with a line that keeps getting longer… it's unbelievable! And it's always the same in the morning: three or four people ahead of you and a 10- to 15-minute wait because only one person is serving while the other is doing something else. The customers have better things to do! In the morning, people are in a hurry; they're going to work, taking their children to school, and they certainly don't have time to stand around in front of a bakery because the service is this slow. I used to stop there to get my son's pain au chocolat, but that's over. I go elsewhere now. And clearly, I'm far from the only one: just read the comments. Perhaps it's time to seriously rethink the organization and, above all, put people behind the counter who actually want to work and serve customers. Because by driving people away, they shouldn't be surprised if they go buy their bread elsewhere.

21/09/2026: I was very disappointed with my experience today. The service really needs improvement: for me, it's a zero. I can completely understand that busy periods are difficult to manage. I work in fast food and bakeries myself, so I know very well what it's like to have to manage a lot of customers at once and the pressure that can be. But that doesn't excuse everything, especially the way customers are treated. The lack of professionalism of one of your employees, Roxane I believe, is truly appalling. There's a proper way to speak to customers, a proper way to welcome and receive them, even when it's busy and the situation is stressful. It's not the first time I've found this young woman particularly cold, but today was really the last straw. I've never been so shocked by customer service. I rarely leave negative reviews, but in this case, I sincerely believe it is important to report this kind of behavior, because customer service and respect should remain a priority, even during busy periods.

06/09/2026: Excellent establishment. The cuisine is of a very high standard, simple yet effective, using quality ingredients. The service is very friendly and welcoming. It would simply need some attention to detail in the decor and the cleanliness of the furniture to truly deserve a 5-star rating. I recommend it.
