The staff is very approachable... Pure bliss... Thank you. The resort is located in a magical spot between the lake and the mountains. Beautiful walks with the dogs. Warm welcome. Very comfortable chalet. The breakfasts, served with a view of the lake, were much appreciated. The staff are very pleasant and attentive. We will definitely be back this summer to explore this beautiful region of Cantal even more. The location is ideal, close to Aurillac and the villages worth discovering: Salers, Tournemire, Vic-sur-Cère... We left with regret after a stay of several days... 23/01/2026: We had booked a lodge for the end of the year. The frost made the surroundings beautiful while keeping us nice and warm. The room is cramped, with only 20cm of space all around the bed and no soundproofing between rooms; you really need to know each other to share the space. The restaurant's food is good, and the location is magnificent, with a view of the lake, horses, and a small mountain.

18/10/2025: Many thanks to Nathalie and Lionel for their welcome. The rooms couldn't be cleaner. A delicious table d'hôtes made with local products. Peace and quiet. Nature. Tuesday and Friday evenings, pétanque with "the locals" (as Nathalie calls it :-), in which the Mayor himself (Philippe to his friends) participates. Nathalie is very direct (i.e., sincere and honest) but also has a sense of humor. It's very pleasant to meet genuine people.

29/12/2025: Hello, I'm finally taking the time to write, but please note that I was there at the end of August. I wanted to climb the Puy Mary, being a big fan of the Tour de France. On that sweltering day at the summit, I decided to ask for water at this restaurant, which was refused! I hope that if a tax inspector happens to see this, they'll read my comment because it's completely illegal, dangerous, and inhumane. Furthermore, the staff is appalling, odious, definitely avoid this place. While I was there, all I got was reprimands and yelling. They certainly take advantage of their tenants (the only positive thing about this restaurant) because I had the chance to talk to other customers who also found the service disgusting.

10/11/2025: We stopped there on our way down from Puy Mary, super good and very good value for money with super friendly service!

12/12/2025: The hotel is a bit old. Be careful with the bill; the manager makes mistakes. Keep an eye on it.

20/02/2026: 30 minutes for two adult meals and a Happy Meal, something was missing from the order, my food was cold, and to top it all off, there was a hair in my sandwich! You guys are incompetent, change jobs quickly, you won't see me again, your competitors are much better than you!!!!! 😡😡😡😡

05/02/2026: Passing through Mauriac?...here's a must-visit spot for a meal. In a friendly, warm, and tastefully decorated dining room, with impeccable cleanliness and service, you can enjoy Claudine & Serge's dishes, all at a very reasonable price.

18/01/2026: Honestly, I'm very disappointed, and I'm not lying. Less than a month ago, a lost item was stored there due to lack of time. I went there during their vacation, and I went there again today. They threw away the riding helmet—how nice of them! I didn't respond to the ad because they sent it to me, so there you have it.
