26/05/2026: Another wonderful two-night stay on the shores of Lac du Pêcher! The ecolodge invites you to recharge and unwind amidst magnificent natural surroundings. The interior décor is in harmony with nature, and the beautiful, unique rooms create a truly comfortable atmosphere. Laurence and Daniel love sharing their passion for this place and are incredibly attentive to their guests. The restaurant offers a truly "epicurean" experience, showcasing creative and delicious cuisine: the unique "surprise" menu changes daily. A lovely spa overlooking the lake invites you to relax... The hardest part is leaving this place... so we keep coming back, season after season, with just as much pleasure each time! Ariane and Stéphane

Each bite felt like discovering something crafted with passion and precision. The ingredients were of impeccable quality, and the flavors were perfectly balanced. Rarely has a brasserie impressed me so much. There's a real mastery in the kitchen, with dishes as visually stunning as they are delicious. This is an establishment that deserves to be known for the incredible quality of its cuisine. I will return solely to relive this exceptional culinary experience. Bravo to the chef and the team for this absolutely impressive level of quality.

29/04/2026: I've visited this restaurant/bar several times, and unfortunately, the experience has been very mixed. The place is pleasant and the food is good (especially the blueberry tart and the beer), which makes the situation all the more disappointing. However, the service is clearly lacking. On several occasions, I sensed a certain irritation from the manager when I asked simple questions (menu not available, curt replies, few explanations). Even a basic request like topping up a phone was handled unfriendlyly, without any clear instructions. This is regrettable for an establishment that is the only one in the village and could be a truly welcoming place. A little more effort on customer service and communication would make a big difference.

06/04/2026: Still as good as ever; the dishes are very well prepared and very tasty, the service is friendly and efficient, there's a good selection on the menu, the wines are a bit pricey. Good value for money.
