06/10/2025: A magnificent setting on one of the most beautiful beaches in Corsica, with a great team and service. We were able to enjoy it just before closing time. The breakfast is very comprehensive and really inexpensive, right on the sand! ☀️🌊!

26/11/2024: Arriving by chance, we returned there before our departure. Establishment run by a couple, Mrs. in the kitchen, Mr. in the dining room. Small card on slate which ensures the freshness of the products. Everything is perfect and very well cooked. We really enjoyed the children's dishes. She adapts the dishes on the menu according to their desires. It's a change from the usual children's menus. Very good advice for wine too. We really enjoyed the discussions with this couple throughout the two meals. We are delighted to have spent these moments near the Port of Ajaccio. You can go there with your eyes closed

19/09/2024: We had an excellent stay at Claudia's!
The room was very comfortable. Everything is neat, decorated with great taste and we felt very well received. Despite the rain, the house was very warm!
Regarding the evening dinner, we can only recommend it, it is local, typical, excellent, refined and plentiful (special mention for the homemade profiteroles).
In short, if you are passing through Bastelica, do not hesitate to stop at U Fiordalisu.
08/09/2024: We came to eat one evening during our vacation. And we enjoyed eating at this Auberge, the service was impeccable and the food was well prepared and good. I recommend for the catering side and the table service.

18/07/2024: Dinner in the evening and we were so well received and so well eaten that this restaurant deserves to be known.
Tasty and family dishes.
No risk coming here (you don't risk being kidnapped see the Corsican investigation) it's like home.

02/11/2024: Be careful if you don't like pork, you will be poorly received, humiliating remarks! Be careful to specify your choices carefully because a 26 euro bottle of wine can cost 50 euros! Bad experience for us!
24/10/2024: An authentic restaurant with homemade cuisine, all the dishes were delicious. The service was perfect. Very well maintained establishment and excellent value for money! I recommend!!!

Demi pension familiale de très grande qualité.
Accueil chaleureux,et familial. Chambre spacieuse,même à 3 personnes.Salle de bain avec douche à l'italienne et WC très coquette et bien agencée .
Vue depuis la chambreet la terrasse sur le golfe D'Ajaccio.
Établissement à recommander, avec un esprit d'échange avec leur clientèle.
On essayera de revenir au prochain séjour en Corse

11/11/2024: Nous sommes tombés sur le charme du cuisinier - une personne qui cuisine avec passion et qui fait tout pour vous faire plaisir - son imagination et sa créativité sont les deux composantes d’une cuisine innovante et inspirante- Alors n’hésitez pas à venir aux bains de Caldane pour profiter des bains et d’une cuisine exceptionnelle grâce à un cuisinier hors pair voué à son métier
16/10/2024: Double satisfaction... bains de Caldane très agréables en préalable à la dégustation de deux classiques de la cuisine Corse: les tripettes et le civet de sanglier. Excellents assaisonnements pour nos deux plats servis généreusement et présentation qui mets à coup sûr en appétit. Un rouge local adéquat et une visite du chef avant le dessert.
Nous recommandons chaleureusement.

19/11/2024: We went to dinner following the good reviews which praise this restaurant, and it was as part of an evening with a group who sang traditional Corsican songs, if you do not like the sound too loud, avoid this theme evening , impossible to talk to each other at the table the sound is clearly too loud!
Food wise it's ok but not crazy either, the welcome is very good, a mixed experience considering the high price for this specific evening.
20/10/2024: Typical Corsican restaurant with a new menu to discover absolutely! warm and relaxed atmosphere!

12/12/2024: Price much too expensive compared to the quality and quantity (120€ for a 150gram veal chop) then the owner has the nerve to sell a bottle of wine for 50€ which had already been started by a customer the day before.

17/09/2024: Plats beaucoup trop chers pour une cuisine très simple et fade ( aubergines à la bonifacienne sans goût… idem pour le veau à 25€ avec la polenta ).
Dessert profiteroles à 12€!
Il ne faut pas exagérer, d’autant que la terrasse extérieure n’a rien d’agréable non plus.
Très déçus pour notre dernière soirée de vacances, nous ne reviendrons pas dans ce restaurant; le serveur n’est pas spécialement accueillant non plus…
16/09/2024: Je ne peux pas faire de commentaires sur la nourriture car nous avons voulu y déjeuner jeudi12 septembre à 13h30 et on nous a répondu fort désagréablement que les cuisines étaient fermées depuis 15mn...

Nous sommes revenus trois ans après notre première visite .
Un endroit où l on se sent bien . On mange très bien , assiette de charcuterie corse et cannellonis au brushiu incroyables , sans oublier les fameux beignets au courgette .
Et la patronne qui nous a offert une myrte ( alcool de myrtille maison ) il y a trois ans a remis ça .

09/09/2024: We went there today for a drink and to eat afterwards. We asked if we could have a drink on the deckchairs (no one on the deckchairs because the weather is not great) we were told that the deckchair costs €25 and that it is reserved for customers. And muttering something under his mustache. Kindness needs to be reviewed! Not a person in the hut at that time..
