The rooms have a private entrance, which provides real comfort and a sense of privacy.
The decor is tasteful, elegant, and welcoming, with high-quality bedding. You sleep very peacefully.
Everything is clean and well-maintained, and you can tell the new owners are committed to offering a professional and modern service while preserving the charm of the place.
The breakfast is generous, with excellent products, and the overall atmosphere of the inn makes you want to extend your stay. A wonderful place to stay in Moncontour, ideal for a weekend getaway or a longer break. We will definitely be back!

23/10/2025: A safe bet for beer, wine, and oysters? Where else can you find Eddas? I'm a little sad that they're no longer serving Guinness. But Breton beer in Brittany is a good choice anyway.
A shop that you can make a stopover, and many do. They're all located outside under the marquise. The fact that the shop is right on the harbor isn't even the attraction. The fact that you can order prawns as a snack is, of course.

Really poor value for money.
No seasoning.
The langoustines were stuck together.
There was crab, but it was overcooked and empty.
Sorry, but I wasn't satisfied.
We ordered a 50cl bottle of Pouilly-Fumé.
And surprise!

05/01/2026: The reservation was perfect, there were several of us. Then, regarding the menu, some items were missing, plus the mini butters were over a month past their expiration date. Finally, the dessert was sickeningly sweet. I won't be going back.
30/12/2025: I never could have imagined eating the best meal of my life when I walked into this beach restaurant. The flavor combinations were surprising, innovative, comforting, and perfectly executed. I will remember the different tastes of this fish dish for the rest of my life. The welcome and atmosphere were also very friendly. I have been recommending this restaurant to absolutely all my friends and family since our visit to Saint-Quay-Portrieux.
