10/04/2026: Great atmosphere! The service is impeccable. Yes, there are two queues, but it's very busy, so I understand. And it's worth the wait for the quality of the ice cream—the best in the park! The waitresses and the cashier are very friendly, polite, and kind. I highly recommend it for the quality of the ice cream and especially for the hygiene and cleanliness.

06/03/2026: Unfortunately, the quality has declined significantly since the park's restaurant changed hands. I don't recommend eating there. You can bring your own picnic and eat in the park. There are some nice spots near the animals. You can also visit the park's tropical gardens, which are free.

03/07/2026: At the entrance, there are no rules prohibiting the wearing of caps or hats inside. Therefore, bartenders should be taught not to interfere with the bouncers' work and to speak more respectfully to customers.

30/07/2026: We booked believing the establishment had been completely renovated as it should have been (that's what the new owner told us about 3 years ago). Nothing has changed on the terrace; it's still stuck in the 90s... cigarette butts are lying on the ground. Hygiene-wise, someone in the restaurant had a runny nose. Frankly, the menu is practically nonexistent, nothing like the Facebook videos and website photos. And to top it all off, the "homemade" fries (on the menu) weren't homemade at all. All of this was served with a turkey cutlet cut into tiny pieces, like I was a child, with fries on top to hide the poor quality... go to Flunch or a roadside diner; it's better... I'm waiting for the return visit, and if I need to argue, I'll come back with photos to back it up... It's a shame because the food used to be fantastic. I don't know what happened, but the standard has definitely dropped... hoping that my Let the writings be objective and constructive, and if the level returns to what it was 3 years ago, we will come back without hesitation.

28/07/2026: Very cozy place with lovely decor. However, the evening got off to a bad start. Upon arrival, we announced we had a reservation for four people, and were told they hadn't seen it. No problem, the very kind waiter told us to take our seats. Having come to order a Franche-Comté menu, we were disappointed to learn it was no longer available, along with many other items. We ended up ordering chicken escalopes in a cream sauce with tagliatelle. Unfortunately, they were out of pasta, so we had fries instead. The dish was delicious; we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. For dessert, the same thing happened again: we wanted crème brûlée, and they didn't have any. Luckily, the waiter was very friendly and funny, which somewhat saved the evening. 😅 A little tip for the future: remove the sign on the road where it is advertised that you can eat Franche-Comté plates as well as fried carp, and change the menus on the website.

23/07/2026: It's unacceptable to serve dry, hard croissants and then tell a customer, "I know my job, sir, these croissants are perfectly fine," when someone points out a problem. Madam, I saw that the brasserie is for sale; that's actually good news because it will prevent people from being ripped off and treated with contempt like you do. It's clear you're struggling with your job, and I'm sorry about that, but don't make your customers pay for it.

15/07/2026: Absolutely terrible, the worst coffee I've ever had. Don't go!! The owner is incredibly rude. He made me keep a bottle of water and kicked me out when I asked for a glass instead.

20/02/2026: Avoid this hotel at all costs. Our room door was open when we arrived. The hygiene was questionable. And to top it all off, there was no breakfast even though we had paid for it the day before. The restaurant was simply closed.

02/02/2026: This hotel doesn't deserve its 3 stars. Yellow sheets, leaky toilet, exposed air conditioning unit posing a risk of electrocution, dirty floor. Smell of cigarettes in the reception area. The only positive point is its location near shops. The reception and housekeeping staff are adequate. The negative point is the deplorable condition of the hotel, which needs to be addressed!

13/04/2026: We visited the Auberge restaurant twice. While the first evening was a success (warm welcome and quality products), the second experience was quite different. The welcome was considerably less cordial. Even worse, and echoing other reviews, we ordered a 1 kg rib of beef for three people. Imagine our surprise when the waitress presented us with a 1.9 kg piece of meat, billed at €150! At no point did the waitress or the owner inform us of this additional charge, and, not having witnessed the weighing, we don't know if it was done before or after trimming. This is regrettable, because while the meat was excellent, this business practice is unacceptable. Hearing the owner then boast to other customers about "making a killing" thanks to a "packed" inn was the final straw. A little reminder: According to the article. Article L111-1 of the French Consumer Code: Restaurants are required to inform consumers clearly and comprehensibly about the price and essential characteristics of the food or drink. According to Article L121-2 of the French Consumer Code: Charging for a quantity that is almost double the original price without warning may constitute a misleading commercial practice, either by omission or by action. Restaurants are therefore subject to administrative and criminal penalties: Administrative fines of up to €3,000 for individuals and €15,000 for legal entities for failure to display prices or for providing misleading information. Criminal penalties: In cases of proven fraud, penalties can reach up to two years' imprisonment and a €300,000 fine.

12/04/2026: Serving over 2kg of ribeye steak when the customer orders half that amount is shameful. According to previous reviews, this is a common practice at this establishment. Avoid it at all costs.
