25/07/2026: Beautiful setting but the Balcons de la Perche restaurant doesn't serve perch, not great, otherwise the service was way too slow and the food was average.

23/08/2026: I've been a regular for almost a year now, and I keep coming back for the same reasons: friendly atmosphere, impeccable service, and fantastic, very welcoming owners. This café has become a sort of headquarters for my boyfriend and me, as well as when we have friends over. You can be sure I'll be here for a long time to come 😊

19/08/2026: I only used the toilet 😂 It's unacceptable to have customers when you see the state of the toilets!!!! A complete lack of respect!!!!!

03/08/2026: Weekend from the evening of July 31st to Sunday, August 3rd... There were two of us, including myself, who is disabled. We had a ground-floor room, which was perfect. We had a wonderful weekend with friendly and dedicated staff. The manager was also very efficient in her role. We chatted with other tourists on the terrace. We sincerely would love to return. Thank you for your hospitality.

30/06/2026: A very bad experience. They made a mistake with our order for a table of eight. The Caesar salad was very average. At 10 pm, we were told we needed to be quieter because there were rooms nearby... The staff made comments that were anything but discreet. Avoid this place at all costs.

01/07/2026: I came to your store today based on the posted hours, which indicated a 6:00 PM closing time. I was outside at 5:30 PM, and yet it was already closed. This is a real lack of respect for your customers. If you decide to close earlier, at least update your hours so people don't make a wasted trip. Everyone has commitments and time to spare. I hope you will take the necessary steps to prevent this from happening again.

25/06/2026: A lot of waiting, but otherwise everything is good, it's a shame they don't make herb-flavored string.

03/12/2025: I go to the drive-thru in the morning. A real ham and butter sandwich with good butter and good ham (and of course, good bread). That's becoming increasingly rare!

24/08/2026: Hello, today we came to have drinks with friends. The awful waiter forced us to hurry up and order. One of my friends didn't want to order, but he forced him to drink or else he made him leave the bar. He made comments like "hurry up and order" (excessive). Bad experience, I do not recommend it.

24/08/2026: I came for a drink with friends, and the waiter was particularly rude. He made snide remarks to my friends and refused to serve us a drink that was supposed to be free, even though there were six of us ordering and we weren't thirsty. We left, and he wanted to charge us even though we hadn't had a drink yet.

15/06/2026: I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The young staff, Justine and Florian, as well as Ramage, the hotel's intern, were very welcoming to me every evening. But I have absolutely nothing to say about the rest of the team, whose names I don't know, but they were all very kind and helpful. See you soon! 🤗

13/06/2026: A very good experience, the staff were very polite and friendly, and the pool was quite pleasant with plenty of space and a lawn.

16/06/2026: A wonderful discovery! A lovely spot right by the water and the cycle path, with a beautiful terrace. Whether for a nice meal or just a snack during the day, we had a great time with our friends. Friendly service and always a joke!

27/12/2025: No menu, no heating, canteen-style food. A shame, the place must be lovely in the summer. Large terrace by the water. Eating in a down jacket, not a pleasant experience.

04/05/2026: A wonderful discovery in Les Fourgs: this restaurant at the foot of the ski lifts. Generous portions of typical local cuisine, with everything homemade, from the absinthe to the desserts. A perfect place to discover all the wonders of the Haut-Doubs region.

25/06/2026: The service was excellent, the young waiter superb, the drink quality was terrible. They'd be better off investing in good beer than this swill, and the wrap was hairless—I've never seen anything like it. Honestly, you can taste the Boursin cheese more than the chicken, and a quarter of a lettuce leaf leaves you starving. I don't recommend it.

08/04/2026: I just had a Serrano ham, goat cheese, pesto, and sundried tomato sandwich. Excellent! It's €5.90, but the bread is fresh and delicious, and the filling is too, so I prefer to pay a little more than at a bakery where the sandwiches are practically empty, just bread. I recommend this place if you want quality food quickly and to feel satisfied.

08/08/2026: As usual with most places in France. The staff are unwelcoming, rude and obnoxious if you do not speak French. They make it extremely clear that you are not welcome in their restaurant or indeed their country. Had to ask multiple times for service, did not have water refreshed and the only table in the restaurant not to be offered bread. The staff demonstrated a general attitude of disregard and disinterest. The food was also mediocre at best with low quality meat and fast food quality fries and burger bun. Overall, a thoroughly disappointing and unfortunate experience. Oh and the men’s toilets did not have any hand soap.

06/08/2026: A lovely brasserie, completely renovated in 2019, which has retained its old-world charm with a modern touch. Good food, friendly staff and owners.
