19/05/2024: My partner and I had pastries and bread on a Sunday morning. Very high given the reputation of the house... the bread is hard and are the pastries of the day? Because the dough of all the cakes (strawberry tart, religious coffee, mulberry and the Brazilian) was soggy, the strawberries were past grainy pastry cream, the mulberry tasted "old" in the mouth... in short, very above, we no longer took the bread at home because previously we also wanted to give it a chance. Coming from a house where the owner is Meilleur Ouvrier de France, that’s scary… Moreover, the prices are exorbitant for the quality of the products!!!!!!

13/09/2024: Produits frais maison dont la renommée on n’a beau faire n’est plus à faire. On se régale de produits salés et sucrés. Tout est à emporter ou à déguster sur place. Excellent café pour terminer.

21/08/2024: Petits plats chauds tout à fait corrects, pâtisseries savoureuses, de bonne qualité, Affluence importante pendant notre passage essentiellement pour les clients qui ont commandé des gâteaux de grandes ou petites proportions à emporter. Cela confirme notre impression que c'est la meilleure pâtisserie du centre. Pendant nos 3 jours à Besançon on n 'a rien trouvé de meilleur que la maison Badaud quant aux patisseries salon de thé. La qualité colle bien à l'image du savoir faire français. Par contre l ’accueil est déplorable. Soit! cela dépend de sur qui on tombe, mais on a eu l ’impression qu'une partie du personnel faisait ce travail parce qu ’ils n’ont rien trouvé de mieux. Aucun sens du service, aucune attitude d’un commercial qui veut vendre et pour ce faire bien servir pour fidéliser la clientèle, Dommage! Les plus jeunes cependant étaient plus agréables, avaient une meilleure attitude commerciale.

But very disappointed because for a romantic dinner, throughout the meal it smelled of smoldering cigarettes. Someone was smoking in the kitchen or near the bar, otherwise it couldn't be (it didn't smell like tobacco from the day before, but rather smoldering cigarettes) As for the meal: ordered Chinese fondue, still frozen meat arrived at the table and frankly not the first choice. Ice cream for dessert, ice cream not of the first choice either and with ice crystals.... tasteless Meal not worth the price paid In short, disappointed because I had a much better memory of it about 10 years ago.

13/07/2024: We had reserved a table and in the end no table for us... we were still able to eat... but a real sketch the hot goat's cheese salad with 3 salad leaves the salmon or beef carpa were hot!!! Cooking meat on pierrade is not even required… Concerning the atmosphere after that remains karaoke evening but don't even wait until the table is finished so it's impossible to discuss!!! Finally I didn't know I saw it and will certainly not return there and above all it is very expensive for what is served… On the other hand wait more than 30 minutes for 5 ice creams because they prefer to watch the football match than to serve you!!!! Madam Sir change profession and take a job that will allow you to watch those you want instead of making customers suffer!!!! Souhate is the only establishment offering karaoke evenings but you should not overdo it..!!! Especially since a group of women came but this sound made them turn away because she wasn't eating she wanted to have a drink... to avoid completely!!!!!

15/09/2024: Come with 4 friends this Sunday to walk the Via Ferrata of Ornans in the morning and go kayaking in the afternoon. We took the opportunity to eat, the service was fast and impeccable. 23/03/2024: I've never been there, but I strongly advise against ordering on UberEats. I ordered 10 mini chocolate donuts and 4 pain au chocolat, and I end up with 10 mini fruit donuts and 4 pain au chocolat completely burnt, and this isn't the first time they've replaced me with items like as they see fit.
