27/08/2024: Restaurant qui affiche des plats gastronomiques et des tarifs astronomiques pour une qualité déplorable. Ça commence par la décoration du restaurant disparate et vieillotte. Le service est d’une tristesse incroyable et se contente de réciter des plats pompeux, sans même faire goûter les vins choisis. Du jamais vu… Passons aux plats : pas d assaisonnement pour une entrée insipide au bar et au concombre, plat trop salé et peu généreux, dessert sans saveur et trop sucré. Vraiment pas sérieux du tout. À fuir

25/08/2024: Huge selection of teas and a plate of pastries to accompany them. The atmosphere is tranquil, filled with the aroma of teas from all over the world and soft music. We had a lovely afternoon here and bought tea to go afterwards. Highly recommend. The server was also very kind and eager to help.

17/09/2024: It is a very charming, family owned (very kind couple; the gentleman is cooking, his wife serving the food). The atmosphere is very peaceful, with classical music. You feel like home. Food is excellent.

14/09/2024: We highly recommend dining at Restaurant du Marché! The food was absolutely amazing and the atmosphere was very classy. And the best was how kind and friendly were the people. We felt at home! Super nice!

20/08/2024: The place is close to the center but a little secluded with outside tables. We ate a good cordon bleau. I only gave 3 stars because unfortunately there were only two waitresses and the place was full.

18/08/2024: Les plats sont soignés, bien assaisonnés dans un joli cadre. Il est fort dommage que tout cela soit gâché par un service extrêmement long (1h entre chaque plat). Arrivés à 19h 30 nous avons terminé le repas à 22h30 pour un simple menu 3 plats. Le soir arrivant, nous ne voyions plus les plats servis car pas de assez lumière au niveau des tables extérieures d'où la photo du plat sombre. Je n'ai pas pris la photo du dessert car on n'y voyait plus rien. En demandant à la patronne si on pouvait avoir une bougie sur la table pour voir un peu ce qu'on mangeait on m'a argumenté qu'ils avaient commandé des éclairages mais qu'ils n'étaient pas arrivés. Madame si je puis vous donner un conseil, pour quelques euros vous allez en attendant chez ACTION chercher quelques bougies et quelques bougeoirs pour le confort de vos clients. Quelques coussins sur les chaises en plastiques ne feraient pas de mal non plus car 3 heures sur ces chaises très dures... Comment dire ouïe ouïe ouïe ca fait du bien quand on se lève. Un petit au revoir à la fin du service serait aussi le bienvenu.

21/09/2024: Côté cuisine, très bons plats et desserts de brasserie Côté service, équipe de serveurs accueillants, souriants malgré l’affluence de touristes qui n’attendent pas que les tables soient desservies pour s’installer n’importe où alors que le chef de rang leur demande d’attendre 😉 Bonne brasserie située dans le ❤️ historique de Colmar

16/08/2024: I was having an aperitif in this Colmar place. And there the two waitresses, naturally accompanied me in my beautiful moment and they took the time. Great place.

11/08/2024: food was good but service was bad. I ordered the fish and chips and as I was cutting the fish a few of the chips fell off the plate and onto the table. I asked for a box and the server picked up my fries off the table with his fingers and put them on the plate. I told him that I don’t want the fries that fell on the table and all I got was that his english was not good and he took my plate and returned to me a box with the dirty fries. My sister had a half a burger and an entire order of fries leftover but she only got her burger back and fries thrown out. We asked for some extra napkins and the server proceeded to smoke a cigarette on the street until we asked a second time. We also had to ask three times over 20 minutes to simply pay for our food.

25/09/2024: Nicolas welcomed us as at home...a sappy person like you never see anymore. Everything was good...the quality of the meat was exceptional.

22/09/2024: Lunch on 21 Sept Saturday with late reservation, fortunately, they arranged for us. A beautiful chalet house, wooden table and decorations. All food is good although there are not many choices on food.

17/09/2024: Cozy atmosphere and overall very delicious food. The Muskateller wine was exceptional. The Choucrout was also very good, the Sauerkraut is less sour than in Germany (apparently to match it better with wine). The Bibeleskas was slightly less tasty than hoped for, but the accompanying sour creme dip was fantastic. Staff was okay, not overly friendly. Would definitely come back.

06/09/2024: Un environnement chaleureux et très anglais! On adore, la carte propose plusieurs fois sucrés ou salés, pour un déjeuner en été une salade composée avec des fruits.. excellent ! Leurs cafés sont bons et proposent une multitude de thés.

29/07/2024: Waar denk je aan bij een romantische thee salon? Dat krijg je hier. Wit hout, roze bloemetjes behang, bloemetjes servies uit grootmoeders tijd, etagères en mooie gebakjes. Ze hebben ook een terras aan de voorzijde.

12/09/2024: Nothing special. The seats are very narrow and small. Service not particularly friendly. You actually feel like you're in a typical tourist restaurant. Food was mediocre. Potato gratin loveless and undercooked. Meat portion small. Tiramisu very small and watery, way too much cocoa and expensive

17/09/2024: Wow, we were thrilled with this kitchen. We had paella (and a guilty conscience because there were such great other dishes that our neighbors had) which deserved its name and was packed with a wealth of ingredients (shrimp, mussels, pulp, chicken, hare and fish) sooo delicious! As a starter we had mussels with a wonderful sauce and chanterelles in a very, very tasty sauce made from white bread and the matching wine - see picture. Every euro we paid last night was worth the lovingly prepared return!! Thank you for this great dinner! Not forgetting a dog-friendly restaurant😃
