01/04/2024: Very nice discovery for us Colmarians, the waiter is great, the cuisine uses very good, fresh and quality products. It's been a long time since we've had such good tarte flambées. Congratulations to the whole team, we will come back and in force!!!!

01/04/2024: Local and quality cuisine Warm setting and service. We came with our children who were able to ride bikes in the courtyard during the meal, it was very nice.

30/03/2024: A delight, it's been so long since we had eaten so well and so good. Thank you for everything we will come back without hesitation, an excellent duck breast and no, let's not talk about the cordon bleu with cream roll style yum yum 😋. Wow desserts 🤩 A very cute and adorable little blonde. Looking forward to coming back again and again.

30/03/2024: We got the beef entrecôte and cordon bleu. The beef was tasteless and full of gristle. The cut was very thin as well. The meat itself was chewy. The cordon bleu was also not seasoned . Very tasteless. The restaurant’s decor is confused… from a picture of an elephant to a racing motorcycle to abstract art to a big tv on the wall. It has potential, but definitely missed the mark as identifying itself as a steakhouse. Unfortunately due to language barrier we could not express our feedback. It is definitely a locals restaurant as it is 1.3km from middle of old town. Maybe the chef had a bad day? The reviews are contradictory to mine, but I won’t be back.

04/04/2024: Excellent regional food and friendly service. This traditional restaurant offers a menu of 2 or 3 courses. For each course there is a large selection of choice of regional and french dishes. I can particularly recommend the coq au riesling as a main. Very friendly and efficient service. The menu is reasonably priced.

04/04/2024: Wonderful food and service. We had yhe onion pie to start snd then the choucroute and bibalakas - all were delicious! Nice wine selection and generous portions - good value for price. Would return, and highly recommend.

01/04/2024: Michelin starred? Really? To begin with, the service was terrible. Our waitress was extremely stressed, bordering on rude, who obviously did not want to give us time to think, whose sole mission was to forcefully impose drinks on us that we did not want and to push us outside even though my glass was not empty. She yelled the entire time of our dinner - to cooks, to co-workers, to customers on the phone. His colleague, definitely, was more calm, professional and kind. Do we want to talk about this famous traditional cuisine? I had the bad idea of ​​ordering snails. They arrived ultra cooked on the plate without shells, close to rubber. The main course was more like something for children, we shouldn't serve food like this in a restaurant recommended by the famous guide. To escape, to forget.

05/05/2024: We were always enthusiastic about the restaurant and a visit to Colmar was a must. Unfortunately this time it was a disappointment. We wanted an appetizer, a simple salad or a soup. No, it does not exist. The garden herb salad in one starter only had 2 leaves with herbs. Okay, we only ordered 2 main courses. 1× duck and 1× lamb. Since we hadn't chosen a starter, we had to wait about 80 minutes for our food. The table was booked for 7pm and the food arrived at around 8:20pm after we threatened to leave if we didn't get our food in 5 minutes. The duck was cooked souvide, there was a beetroot mash and halved small turnips. I ate it, but it lacked sophistication. My husband couldn't eat the lamb. It was coated in grains with lots of garlic. He returned the plate and we got up and left. His food was not charged. We are amateur cooks and would have prepared the food better. We will not visit the restaurant again.

29/04/2024: Colmariens having a short list of restaurants and cafes, we were surprised by both the cuisine and the service. The setting is also very pleasant, classic and warm.

04/04/2024: Our experience at this place was wonderful. The attention was the best, from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. The food was brought to us quickly. Everything we ate was delicious. Some of the dishes could be shared. The wines they present are rich. I would return.

31/10/2023: Very nice discovery. We enjoyed very tasty teas accompanied by delicious homemade Japanese pastries. The atmosphere is calm and zen, a real bubble of sweetness. The toilets are very clean.

01/04/2024: Very good time during our stay in Colmar, we ate in this restaurant unexpectedly. Very warm welcome, top decor, excellent waiter and excellent food (be careful, you have to like cheese ^^) I highly recommend (for the sake of your taste buds)

05/04/2024: The service was catastrophic and not even nice and the food was ok but others where I was there said that their food didn't taste good at all, it wasn't recommended and that doesn't come from my impression

02/04/2024: The saleswomen are very friendly, always a warm welcome. I was always happy with their baguettes, but 15 days ago, they decided to no longer make white flour baguettes. The chef said that they will make more than traditional baguettes with the crumb being too firm, not aerated, does not freeze well because it becomes rubbery and does not stay crispy! Really a shame, that they don't listen to the needs of customers, I wouldn't go to them anymore, I can travel more miles by car and so, I found my happiness elsewhere!
