27/06/2026: I am unfortunately very disappointed by this experience. As soon as we sat down, my t-shirt got stained on the table, which set the tone for the meal. Wanting a vegan dish, I quickly realized that the waitress clearly didn't understand the ingredients, as she offered me alternatives containing seafood, eggs, or cheese. It would be appreciated if an establishment with this reputation trained its staff on different dietary needs to avoid this kind of confusion. With no real vegan option available, I had to settle for a Caesar salad, simply asking for the chicken and bacon bits to be removed. The result was an almost empty plate, consisting mainly of a few lettuce leaves, an egg, and a dressing that looked more like a simple vinaigrette than a proper Caesar dressing. Such a basic adaptation cannot reasonably be considered a vegan alternative. To top it all off, a mistake was also made with our table's order. My colleague ended up accepting the dish that wasn't meant for her to avoid an additional wait. However, the most regrettable aspect was the manager's complete lack of response. Despite having reported all these issues to him, I received neither an apology, nor any gesture of goodwill, nor even a simple word acknowledging any consideration for our experience. This indifference is probably what struck me most. Given the reputation of this establishment and the numerous positive reviews, I expected a completely different level of professionalism, both in the service and in customer relations. I sincerely hope that this feedback will be taken into account, because the quality of a restaurant isn't measured solely by what's served on the plate, but also by how customers are treated when things don't go as planned.

01/06/2026: An excellent little restaurant whose six-course menu is worthy of a Michelin star. The dishes are sophisticated, well-balanced, and beautifully presented. The wine suggestions are anything but lazy: here, they don't just offer you bottles you find everywhere; there's a real effort put into sourcing them. The service is efficient and very professional. In short, one of the best bistronomic restaurants in Toulouse. Here's hoping for a Bib Gourmand from the Michelin Guide.

12/06/2026: The hotel is very clean, the shower, bathroom, and bed were very clean. I was pleasantly surprised, as I'm not used to staying in this type of hotel. It's well worth the price. The receptionist was friendly.

29/06/2026: Today at lunchtime, first and last time at this restaurant. Disappointing experience, luckily I was a guest… Let me explain: we had taken the trouble to book, but when we arrived our table wasn't ready. Never mind. Then, we wanted three daily specials, but there were only two left at 12:20 pm… We asked if it was possible to have another dish instead that would fit into the lunch menu. Answer: no. Okay, the waitress explained, apologized. Her bosses weren't there. We understood. We looked at the menu and there (magical, I'd NEVER seen this before!) it was written in black and white that those who only ordered a starter would be charged €2 extra! Basically, they penalize customers who don't order enough and they put it in writing! Unheard of 🤯😅 I won't even mention the enormous, indigestible mess they served me for my main course, which was supposed to be a mixed salad. In short, if customers are happy with it, great, there's something for everyone. For us, it's a thumbs up 👎

26/05/2026: Terrible service (especially from the young woman), extremely long wait times with no apologies, a carafe of water after 20 minutes in 30-degree heat, we had to get up three times to ask for things because no one came to help us (and I should mention that there were hardly any customers), the food was passable but frankly nothing special. The only positive point: the location is nice.

16/07/2026: We happened to stop for an aperitif, and since it was lunchtime, we decided to try something new and weren't disappointed: the tasting platter and discovery platter were a real treat, very good; the dessert was perfect. The service was impeccable! We'll definitely be back.

13/06/2026: Hoping to try a restaurant in my city and have a nice Father's Day celebration, I thought I'd go here... I was very shocked to be told to pay €47 for a 3-year-old's menu... no appropriate price or portion size for a family celebration. They did warn me, which was frank, but... I'm still shocked by this kind of practice. It's a shame... we probably won't be coming back.
