28/09/2026: I was disappointed with the calf's head I ordered. It was almost entirely gelatinous rind, with very little meat, unfortunately. The gribiche sauce was too heavy, which didn't help. Perhaps it's best to stick to the main course and avoid the daily specials.
21/09/2026: If you love really good meat, this restaurant is for you. The service was pleasant; I had a peppered beef fillet today, cooked to perfection, with delicious fries. I would have just preferred a homemade pepper sauce. The desserts are just as excellent as the rest of the restaurant.

22/09/2026: A truly exquisite cuisine with refined, high-quality dishes – a wonderful culinary experience where you'll want to try several dishes!
For my part, I had marinated pork spider steak with peanuts and herbs, sweet potatoes in various textures with creamy shallot and tonka bean sauce – excellent, and a sublime mango crème brûlée! A superb discovery on the ground floor of the Ibis Styles at the Cité de l'Espace in Toulouse!
You can go without hesitation!

Special mention goes to the morel sauce, which is simply excellent. 🤩
The patio offers a beautiful view, especially lovely at sunset. 🌅

10/09/2026: Discovered by chance, a pure delight! From the white wine to the guinea fowl leg and pork loin, and the perfectly recommended red wine, it was sheer bliss. I highly recommend it and can't wait to go back.

11/08/2026: The worst "loklak" I've ever eaten 🤮 if you can even call it loklak!!! Boiled meat in a sauce that tasted like dishwater. Never again!! €14.50 for this is outrageous. The spring rolls were completely uninteresting, not even a lettuce leaf.

We came for lunch, and while the staff were friendly, they seemed overwhelmed, even though the service wasn't complete. With only three people serving, it seemed inadequate, as the wait was long, even excessively long. The food, however, was good.

04/08/2026: We received a very warm welcome, even though the staff were still at our table (we apologize, we based our reservation on the old website's opening hours). The staff were extremely pleasant and smiling. The service was smooth, and all the dishes arrived quickly and at the same time. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal; congratulations to the kitchen and dining room staff, we will definitely be back!

We were pleasantly surprised to receive a very warm welcome, despite the late hour, and impeccable service! All this on the terrace. We were very happy with everything. I highly recommend it, and I will definitely return! (And a little earlier next time :) )
