08/03/2026: Restaurant on a Friday evening. Friendly and welcoming place, typical of the area. We enjoyed a delicious meal with seasonal dishes. The only slight drawback was that it was Céline Dion night and the music was a bit loud for chatting with friends.

05/01/2026: What a rip-off, especially for customers like me who ordered through the Too Good To Go app. Wanting to fight food waste, I bought a €3.49 basket to get a €10 order. I received a dry, old salad and a day-old crepe... when their basic menu is €9 for salad, dessert, and a drink. I was completely ripped off. I don't recommend them.

A warm welcome, a delicious meal, and on top of that, the owner offered us a cake for dessert. What more could you ask for to have a wonderful birthday! 22/02/2026: Second visit to Les Pyrénéens and the same impression as the first time. The dishes were very good, well-prepared, generous, and beautifully presented. Yes, the servers are true professionals, unlike the owner who, for his part, only manages the reception (and that's a bit of an exaggeration) and the cash register (essential for a boss). The owner's sloppy and inappropriate attire might draw attention to himself, unlike his impeccable servers, to whom I tip my hat. Fortunately, the cuisine is very well-prepared, well-seasoned, in short... real cooking. In conclusion, I'd love to come back for a third time, but Mr. "Owner," please reconsider your approach. This profession is a labor of love, whether it's in the way you welcome guests, how you manage service, or how you speak to your employees. Signed, a passionate restaurateur of 30 years...

12/04/2026: An excellent venue if you have an event to celebrate, with the option to reserve a small private room, which is a real bonus. The tapas menu offers original and delicious dishes at a very good price. We had a wonderful evening in a friendly yet well-organized atmosphere. A huge thank you to Romain, who greatly contributed to the success of the evening thanks to his availability, kindness, and attentiveness. Thanks also to Alexis, who took excellent care of us throughout the evening. Top-notch service, flawless! I highly recommend it!

10/04/2026: For over 10 years, the menu at Les Tilleuls restaurant has been excellent. It's very affordable, and you remember each dish for years to come. Hats off to the kitchen! The atmosphere is legendary, and the service is friendly. It's a true Toulouse institution.

02/03/2026: RESTAURANT REVIEW It's a real shame to have to leave such a review when the food is so good, especially the duck. The other dishes were okay. Everything we ate was very good, the decor is pleasant, and the place is really nice. Unfortunately, the experience was completely ruined by unacceptable service. I was there to celebrate my birthday, and we really wanted to come to this restaurant, which we've been telling our friends about for years. I won't be back, and I certainly won't recommend it. At least not because of the service. Here are the major issues with our lunch for 10 people: An interminable wait: 45 minutes between our arrival and the appetizers. The meal lasted over 2.5 hours in total. For a table booked in advance, this lack of foresight is hard to understand. The dessert service was appalling: We were asked to order desserts at the beginning of the meal, but the waitress came back to us in the middle of it to tell us they were out. We told her we didn't understand, and she replied, "I don't know, I'll check with my colleague; I wasn't the one who took the order." What's the point of taking the order if the stock isn't reserved? The waitress's attitude was deplorable: We dealt with a waitress who was bordering on rude. As a joke, we pointed out that men were served more wine than women, and she refilled our glass and said, "That's enough." Her voice was quite aggressive. When it came time to pay the bill (over €500, mind you), she casually asked, "So, what do we do now?" Not a single gesture of goodwill, and barely an apology for the delay. We weren't asking for the moon, just a minimum of politeness and organization when serving a group. The quality of the food is not enough to compensate for such a lack of professionalism.
