27/02/2026: The restaurant in southwest Tarn!!! A truly lovely village spot, warm and authentic, with carefully prepared traditional cuisine and excellent value for money. Homemade dishes made with fresh, mostly local ingredients, and a short but well-thought-out menu (meats, fish, and delicious desserts). The welcome is very friendly, the service is cheerful and efficient, creating a real family atmosphere and a true village bar where regulars and passersby mingle. The daily lunch menu and set menus offer excellent value for money, especially considering the quality of the ingredients and the dishes.

07/03/2026: We came for lunch as a couple and had a pleasant time. The welcome was very satisfactory, and the staff were friendly and attentive. We opted for the cassoulet. Overall, the dish was good and well-presented. It's a good place for a simple, unpretentious meal with quality service.

04/03/2026: It's very good, the cuisine is inventive and perfectly executed. But the portions are really insufficient: a tiny piece of meat...with no side dish...I had to explain to my mother that it wasn't the sauce but a beetroot and pomegranate purée (excellent). We then asked for bread (very good), but it was given to us sparingly, just like the water. This explains my rating for the service. The waiter was very kind and young...He should have understood that we were starving. The dessert, likewise, was very good and remarkably large!

21/12/2025: Finally! A real restaurant in Luchon: Hôtel d’Etigny. Review of a meal eaten in August, as the hotel is closed in winter. A very pleasant surprise. Impeccable service. Quality menus and dishes, a welcome change from the other restaurants in town, which too often resemble fast food. Thank you for this wonderful experience.

13/09/2025: Frankly, I'm surprised by all these negative reviews. A budget hotel with character, comfortable and spacious rooms, super friendly staff, from the reception to the waiters and waitresses (special mention to Mégane). A real chef, true service worthy of a French hotel, all at a very affordable price, especially for local and homemade products. In short, I loved it.

The ceviche with raspberry sauce was a delightful discovery. The scallops were cooked to perfection! The gourmet champagne was such a great idea! The Bonzy group created a wonderfully intimate atmosphere for our Valentine's Day evening. A big thank you to the very friendly staff.

03/04/2026: Once again, the gas station's credit card reader says my card isn't working! It's not the first time. I filled up across the street at Netto, where my card works perfectly! Plus, the gas is the same price. And Leclerc shouldn't try to say, like they did last time, that it's not their fault, that it's a subcontractor who handles it. I shop at E. Leclerc, and it's them who are working with incompetent people!

04/04/2026: We arrived and right from the entrance, the place was filthy, with everything everywhere—the floor and the tables? Don't even get me started! I couldn't sit down! Not a single clean table! I hope the kitchen isn't the same! I definitely do not recommend this place! It's shameful! It's a disgrace!

23/12/2025: We waited 40 minutes only to be served one beer. The pizzas taste good, but they lack substance and, above all, meat: for the Bolognese, 15 grams of meat on the entire pizza is the absolute maximum. For almost €17 a pizza, you expect better. The only flavor comes from the astronomical amount of tomato sauce... combined with tomatoes 😂🤷🏻‍♂️ Too bad, we won't be back, but the concept of the square pizza is quite nice.
