24/05/2026: A wonderful discovery thanks to an invitation from a member of the team. A warm welcome, fast service, and excellent quality! The portions are generous. I tried the roasted Camembert, and it was superb! The fries are homemade, a real treat, and for dessert, a perfectly balanced rum baba. I highly recommend this establishment.

The cuisine is refined, generous, and made with high-quality ingredients. Each dish was a true delight, as beautiful as it was delicious. Special mention must also go to the attentive, friendly, and highly professional service, which greatly contributed to making our dinner even more enjoyable. The atmosphere is elegant, calm, and warm, ideal for a romantic dinner. You can feel a genuine passion for gastronomy and hospitality. An address we wholeheartedly recommend and where we will gladly return on our next trip to the Toulouse region.

10/05/2026: A delicious breakfast; the price might seem high to some, but after spending several days in the city, you realize it's well worth it. The specialty coffee was some of the best I've had in the city. I highly recommend it, and if we return to Toulouse, it will definitely be a must-visit for us.

19/05/2026: A very good experience at L’Os à Moelle. We had a set menu with unlimited foie gras as a starter, followed by a traditional cassoulet and crème brûlée for dessert: everything was delicious from start to finish. The service was impeccable, pleasant, and efficient. I highly recommend it!

09/05/2026: Very expensive for what it is. The amount of meat in the burgers is insufficient, but this is compensated for by a generous portion of fries. It could have been called a chip shop in that case. Tried it once; next time I'll go to a fast-food place.

08/05/2026: The menu has changed; the bite-sized portion is no longer included in the regular menu. I'm very disappointed. There are many extra items, and the quality isn't as good as it used to be. The price remains high. The servers, however, are excellent.
