24/03/2026: We came as a family this past Saturday, October 11th. I would like to thank the entire Fouquet's team for making this evening absolutely magical. For 15 years, Fouquet's Toulouse has been our preferred restaurant for special occasions, and the team consistently goes the extra mile to make every evening exceptional.

22/03/2026: As a regular customer, I'd say the standard has dropped considerably. I usually order à la carte. I decided to try the €50 set menu, and it was disappointing compared to the à la carte options; it was really mediocre compared to what I'm used to. The starter, "stuffed squid," wasn't stuffed squid at all, but a cuttlefish salad with cheese shavings and fennel. The chicken supreme dish was something I was expecting: white meat with a generous sauce, but no, it was just bits of chicken breast with a tiny amount of sauce, barely enough for a teaspoon. The chicken breast was incredibly dry, and the amount of meat was enough for a 6-year-old. Only the dessert was passable. All of this was washed down with a glass of undrinkable champagne and a glass of wine, for a price of 135 euros. My wife and I thanked the manager for offering us the drinks after we expressed our dissatisfaction. After this experience, I don't know if we'll return for an à la carte meal, given the quality of tonight's menu. We had to order cheese to avoid feeling hungry when we left, and I even had to keep my jacket on because it was cold where we were seated. All this for our 10th anniversary! A very big disappointment. I returned on March 21, 2026, for my wife's birthday, disappointed again, hoping things had changed because the restaurant's name had changed. I won't be back. The bill was €169 for two people, including half a bottle of wine and coffee—excessive. I forgot to mention, we were seated opposite a window, creating a very cold atmosphere. Plus, we had to ask for our plates back because they were served cold. I won't be back.

22/03/2026: Hello, I want to clarify that I'm going to talk about the takeaway service, not the dine-in. The cakes are excellent, with very generous portions, and I have no complaints there. However, there are a few things I wasn't entirely happy with. First, while the cakes are excellent, the drinks aren't quite as good: the coffees aren't very good, and the portions are small. If I had to compare, I'd say they're on par with the coffees at the university cafeteria or the student union, but here they cost €2.70 instead of 50 cents. Furthermore, if you order takeaway, you don't get napkins or spoons, which I find a bit disappointing when you're going to relax by the Garonne River. Finally, even though it was busy and there were a lot of customers, the service wasn't great, more like McDonald's, especially since, just like at McDonald's, they forgot my coffee. In short, the concept is great, the cakes are excellent, the setting is very pretty, I just don't recommend taking away or getting drinks there.

30/03/2026: A restaurant I absolutely love and go back to very often! The staff is truly top-notch—welcoming, smiling, and always pleasant, which makes all the difference. I go there regularly to eat in and I'm never disappointed. The menu changes frequently, allowing you to discover new flavors each time, and it's always just as good… even excellent! It's a truly pleasant place to spend time, whether alone or with company. The prices are very reasonable, the portions are generous, and the quality is consistently high. Honestly, I 100% recommend it to anyone passing through or living in the area. A sure bet.

06/04/2026: How could anyone not love a place like this? We've been coming here for years, very often as soon as the weather gets nice. The terrace is so lovely in the heart of the city center, the food is absolutely delicious, refined, and full of flavor, the presentation of the dishes is worthy of a fine dining establishment, the staff is very friendly, and the prices are very reasonable! Congratulations on this absolutely delightful concept!

24/03/2026: Perfect for a little Sunday brunch, to avoid the crowds, I advise you to arrive around 1 p.m., service is in the form of a buffet and then you can sit either inside or on the terrace, which I recommend, especially when the weather is nice.

With my children, grandchild, husband, and me, we walked through the door with many questions on our minds. Honestly, we all unanimously had no regrets; we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, everything was delicious, and the dishes were beautifully presented. We had a lovely evening. I'm so glad I discovered this cuisine and this place, which I wholeheartedly recommend. Thank you to the staff for the warm welcome. A wonderful discovery!
