24/08/2024: Nice place but terrible service! Extremely long waiting time even though there is no crowd! If the table is correct, you cannot go there with children, the service time makes the situation delicate at a time when a family wants to have lunch together before the little ones' nap

05/09/2024: Jamais vu un « accueil » aussi désastreux…si l’on peut encore parler d’accueil. Une honte. Une simple demande pour savoir où se trouvaient éventuellement des toilettes et une « gérante » qui ne daigne même pas se montrer et se lever de son siège derrière le comptoir pour tout bonnement directement insulter en criant comme un une mégère : « Viens pas me faire c**** ». Alors non seulement tu ne me tutoies pas, mais surtout tu perds 6 clients potentiels. Inacceptable dans n’importe quelle situation de parler ainsi, mais d’autant plus en restauration. Que ces gens changent de métier surtout ! Ça fera des vacances à tout le monde !

12/08/2024: Accueil déplorable par une personne antipathique que visiblement on dérange; on nous presse pour choisir il n'y a aucun service et les prix sont élevés. Dommage car l'architecture de l'établissement est plutôt sympa. On est allé se restaurer dans le 1er endroit qu'on a trouvé on ne savait pas qu'il y avait toute une rue commerçante à quelques centaines de mètres en se dirigeant vers le cirque.

28/09/2024: Il a réouvert le restaurant pour nous ! Juste pour nous permettre de déguster une très bonne garbure . C’est un restaurant sans chichi , avec un vrai restaurateur qui prend soin de donner le meilleur .

05/09/2024: Accueil bon sans être chaleureux. Cuisine de cantine très bien présentée malgré tout. Service courtois. Prix correct pour un plat du jour et café gourmand.

09/09/2024: Very warm welcome, to begin with the person at the counter dares to say strongly I hope they haven't come to eat. Secondly, after half an hour of waiting when we asked this same person to order, this nice gentleman replied: you are not alone, eh. My advice is not to go to this place and move on. I think this gentleman has not understood that if he can live it is thanks to his customers. Looking forward to never seeing you again.

03/08/2024: This workers are very rude with us . 8 of us 4 Adults and 4 kids went for dinner and we were not welcomed and rushed our order. We asked how many people can eat one pizza since he did not help is with the order and we were told 1 per person and we ordered 8 pizzas and when we got the order it was 8 pizzas 14” and i asked him do u really think this 4 years old going to eat this large pizza and he said yes, if he does not eat take it home. This bold guy who works there never respected .

11/09/2024: We've been visiting La Terrasse for several years when on holiday and keep coming back for the excellent service and food. Visted three times this holiday after receiving such a warm friendly welcome from all of the staff, twice for evening meals, steaks were a particular highlight and once for crepes. Great atmosphere being in the centre of the village. Look forward to going back.

18/08/2024: There were four of us who came to enjoy an American hamburger steak at your place, and unfortunately, we all felt the same thing: the food was average. The onions were cold, which made our Americans lukewarm or even half-cold. It looks like you're relying on the heat from the ground steak to warm the onions, but that doesn't work. We're used to eating hot American food, and this time that wasn't the case. It's a shame, because we think you have the potential to improve. These little details are not trivial and can really make all the difference for your customers and your establishment. Even if you are in a good position and feel safe about it, it is important to make an effort to remain professional. Besides, the welcome is nice, but it would also be appreciated if someone came to see customers from time to time to make sure they don't miss anything. This shows that you care about your customers and your business. I would add that this feeling is not only limited to your establishment, but seems general in Cauterets. Whether at Carrefour Montagne or the local creperie, everyone seems to rely on their privileged location, which gives the impression that customer service is not a priority. It's a shame, because with a little more attention and professionalism, the experience could be much better. Hope these comments help you provide a better experience in the future.
