08/08/2024: I spent a week in Granville & I discovered this little tobacco bar with a charming young lady, very welcoming, the quality of the products are there, especially the sausages, which I will miss, by the way, not really great, I will come back when I return to the corner I recommend it

05/04/2024: Disappointed with this hotel. It is true that the location is great! It is one minute from the sanctuary but access to the parking is difficult and costs €20 a day. But it's just that: good location. For a four-star hotel and the most expensive in Lourdes in April 2024, the buffet is horrible. No variety and very bad products. I've tried buffets in hostels that were a thousand times better. Here you either want bad ham or bad cheese, or you want super spicy sausages or cold bacon. There is nothing else! A super super crappy buffet!!!! To go to breakfast and then have breakfast in any cafeteria… The people at the reception are very nice, that's also true. We saw in the hallway that there were wheelchairs and cranes to lift and move people with reduced mobility, so I understand that they provide a good service in that regard.

01/04/2024: They didn't want to serve us a coffee or a beer, all because we were Spanish...It has lost a lot compared to other times we have gone for lunch and dinner. They were not friendly or respectful at all. Other people who were French came in behind us and they were attended to. They didn't even let us through the door. It's a shame that people are treated like this.

25/03/2024: An unpleasant experience with the manager, usher of the terrace. There were five of us having lunch at the snack bar. A bill for over 130 bucks, only to be told to leave simply because we had given compote to my 23 month old nephew. According to him, as this compote had not been purchased in his establishment, we were treated like picnickers. What a shame ! A blatant lack of tact and business sense.

21/09/2024: Excellent quality, I had lunch of tomato brunoise with fresh cheese and arugula pesto, and beef fillet, shallot sauce with red port and large homemade fries, truly an exceptional meal, excellent 👌

16/09/2024: Impeccable welcome and service, a young, dynamic and smiling team. Very good cuisine with perfect presentation. The desserts are very beautiful but lack flavor such as chocolate or cake bases. Overall a good experience which could be improved by the pastry chef

01/07/2024: Un cadre magnifique pour une cuisine tout juste bonne pour une cantine ! J’habite à quelques kms mais je n’y mettrais plus les pieds : on nous a demandé de partir à 14h30 après quelques misérables couverts, pour nettoyer : et on les retrouve attablés à fumer la cigarette ! Bref : fuyez ! Quel dommage pour l’image de notre département !

18/08/2024: Les plats sont corrects, mais il manque une certaine rigueur globale, pizza servie pas avec les mêmes ingrédients que sur la carte, les Spritz complètement ratés… et nous n’avons pas eu l’impression que nos remarques étaient bien prises en considération…dommage !

21/03/2024: Step towards the massif, even if a little cautious given the recent reviews on the speed of service, we decided to stop there. What a surprise, not many people, super fast service, significant portions, and a super pleasant server. Special mention for the small packaging of the leftovers, which even if "normal" is a touch that is always pleasant.

18/08/2024: Very very dirty hotel, flee this hotel already just in between the smell is unbearable never anyone at reception, the rooms are not at all like in the photos in our room the smell was to vomit it was very very dirty the sheets when we arrived were not changed there were stains, the bathroom towels also the stay in this hotel was horrible even to sleep we had difficulty with this unbearable smell in addition to this they did not want us refund for one night because we wanted to leave so much that there is no hygiene, lousy stay, I advise against it.

11/06/2024: Practically a building adapted for guest houses. Small rooms with a blind bathroom created from a recess in the room. In practice it is good for unpretentious young people and very adaptable adults. The view from the 4th floor and the proximity to the sanctuary entrance makes the difference. Not good for XL people and for more than 2 days. Not even if you are allergic because it is full of carpet. Managed by Indo-Asian operators, therefore with their standards of beauty and cleanliness. No breakfast and difficult to find if you are lactointolerant.

25/09/2024: The room, the bedding, the bathroom are top notch. Too much waiting time at the 2 small elevators which are insufficient in number and size given the number of rooms. The breakfast buffet and the evening meal buffet are of poor quality considering the price. Friendly staff.

27/08/2024: Old hotel, location is excellent, old rooms, lighting suddenly fails, I had a paranormal experience there...

15/09/2024: We celebrated our wedding there, the upper floor was privatized, everything was absolutely perfect 👌we agreed on a personalized menu which exceeded all our expectations, the aperitif and drinks everything was as we had hoped and better Again ! Each dish was surprising and succulent. The service as always attentive. If we could put a 6th star we would do it to thank all the staff in Europe without exception, this day would not have been so perfect in our eyes without you
