26/08/2024: Mediocre restaurant. We booked for 8 p.m. When we arrived at 7:50 p.m. our table had been assigned. We got another table pretty quickly. After ordering the dishes and the wine, the waitress comes back, I then ask her the name of the very nice group that is performing in the Restaurant, she doesn't know... She begins to open the bottle of wine, and in one go she serves me the glass, then serves my husband directly, I suggest to her in passing that she should have tasted it before serving completely, she replies, enjoy your meal sir, lady... (laughs) A good musical atmosphere which “saves” the meal. The waitresses are all dressed in different ways which was a bit strange for us, given that we are even in a casino restaurant. Not a brewery. Very poorly lit restaurant room, paint jumping off the walls....little wall decoration. The meal was not good. Mozzarella tomatoes, unpeeled tomatoes and plates prepared well in advance given the appearance.... Grilled chicken not cooked. Too much salad!! We didn't have dessert... A little trip to the casino Nothing to say. Very quiet and clean. Clean decent room and bedding. Pleasant terrace. Calm. Fair price. mediocre cuisine Comfortable room Compliant casino.

20/08/2024: The restaurant doesn't look like much but the terrace is magnificent, just above a small shaded waterfall. The welcome is warm and family-friendly, I recommend La Carbide.

07/09/2024: We arrived around 12:00 we took drinks we ordered around 12:15 to 1:00 p.m. we are still not served (it was said that the waiting time was 20/25 minutes) we saw that other people were arriving after us being served Before us, we ask why we are not served, the waiter replies that the order has not been activated. The place is dirty, the pigeons wander around on the tables and bite into the customers' dishes. We leave after an hour of waiting, no commercial gesture was offered to us.

02/09/2024: Thank you for the tartare I understand better why the knives are not sharp and I won't talk about the piece of beef the wine the pompon on the Garonne a Pessac Leognan more than meh I'll let you discover of course I'll come back to it when I pass by zero points

16/08/2024: La localización está muy bien, una plaza amplia donde no te pasa la gente al lado de la mesa como en la mayoría de los bares/restaurantes de Lourdes, la cerveza bien, una de las 2 camareras ni te mira, la otra vino a atender con la terraza casi vacía a los 20 minutos de llegar. Es verdad que estamos de vacaciones, pero tenemos sed.

11/08/2024: Well located restaurant, pleasant atmosphere but the taste is not there. Very bland garnish with tough meat and above all tasteless. We were served burnt, inedible fries. And even the so-called artisanal ice creams had no flavor. There were really 4 of us and we were all disappointed... We regret Louisette.

31/03/2024: Excellent repas (formule du jour). Personnel très professionnel et avenant. Prix raisonnable. Petit bémol patron ou gérant pas sociable et pas de sourire commercial. Dommage !

23/08/2024: Dissatisfaction with certain drinks: 4 Irish Coffees missed by the bartender. No commercial gesture. Despite several years of satisfaction. Service provided limited or even conflicting with a bartender not accepting his repeated hours. For a cost of 30 euros! Not recommended.

19/09/2024: We called to reserve for a birthday, the reservation was taken the day before for the next day apparently, poorly noted, because when we returned the next day, we were refused access to the restaurant for 25 seats. We used to have our birthdays at this restaurant. A waiter, incapable, told us that the reservation had been taken. The day before, we hadn't had a call to remind us that we had reserved a table for 25 people, otherwise we would have postponed it until the next day. But hey, very disappointed In the end, we ended up in another restaurant where a €780 ticket passed under your nose…

13/08/2024: Très bien , accueil parfait , trampoline pour enfant et transat bien pensé pour les parents . Je recommande et je reviens chaque fois que je suis dans la vallée .

07/08/2024: Nous avons mangé deux fois à ce restaurant lors de nos vacances ! Et c’est au top 👍les plats sont de qualités et à des prix vraiment raisonnables et un personnel accueillant et bienveillant 👍👍 hâte d y revenir à nos prochaines vacances !

06/09/2024: I admit I don't really understand the recent comments. There were few of us at the restaurant this evening and we had a great time. The server was very friendly and attentive. The wait between the starter, main course and dessert was not long, just right. We had a great time. The goat cheese salad with figs was very good and the leg of lamb delicious. The desserts were also very good. If we were not just passing through the region, we would come back!
