23/01/2025: I have been going to Resto U Richter once a week for two years, but overall, I am quite disappointed with the dishes served. First of all, they are not at all designed for people intolerant to gluten or dairy products (some lunchtimes, there are no options). There is very little choice and some dishes are very bad, often those with a lot of sauces, or overcooked (even the rice) or not enough. Cordon bleu, roast pork or bread are sometimes as hard as a brick and inedible. This lunchtime the pork was barely present in the dish, half of the pieces were hard, full of nerves. It’s a shame, simpler dishes, with separate sauces, would be good. More options of vegetables or rice without adding cheeses or sauces too.

18/09/2024: Excellent pastries and delicious breads, I recommend the 1900 baguette.

14/09/2024: I bought 4 pizzas and 2 quiches. I asked if they could put this in a box for me. The seller told me I don't have a box, the pizzas are in paper bags. On arrival the pizzas are stuck to the paper. Especially since last time they put the pizzas in a cardboard box. Not commercial at all. In short, I regret not having left him the goods.

13/09/2024: restaurant moules a volonté ,il faut se lever pour aller chercher ses moules insipides servis dans un saladier .Commandé un loup pas cuit aucune saveur .A 20 euros le plat allez ailleurs.

09/09/2024: Great bowls of moules, large portions with refills. Choice of different sauces all for the same price . Very reasonable. Friendly staff.

01/09/2024: Menus copieux pour un tarif très abordable. Les plats sont excellents de l’entrée au dessert. Depuis que nous y allons tout est toujours délicieux. Nous recommandons vivement ce restaurant. Krystel et Franck, claude et Gisèle

02/09/2024: Fried fish taken out of the freezer a kind of mush tired salad, spoiled mayonnaise, etc. dirty glasses: traces of lipstick, waiter forgot half the order etc. : the horror

13/12/2024: Nous étions allés manger au Massilia il y a quelque temps et il est vrai que nous avions été déçu, MAIS, nous y sommes retournés avec une belle tablée de 10 personnes. Nous avons passé un moment incroyable ! Le nouveau chef nous a littéralement régalé les papilles, le service est agréable et rapide, le patron est très touchant. Le restaurant est propre et chaleureux contrairement à ce qu’il a été dit précédemment. Un vrai renouveau pour ce restaurant phare de Béziers !! Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir. Merci à toute l’équipe
