I was served a portion today that was not from today.
The flan was very dry.
The price was not discount though.
The sportsman's bread is also much less garnished than before.
In short, completely disappointed with my purchase of the day

The boat is really well appointed with excellent bedding.
The spa is truly top quality in a wonderful setting. (1h30 of happiness)
A super pleasant moment for a couple,

It is indicated that the products are fresh and homemade. I had doubts about the fries because they were crispy on the outside but cold on the inside, the same goes for the French toast.
You still have to count for a glass of wine, a duck breast and French toast around 33 euros per person
Very clean toilet.
Modern room.

The meat cooked over a wood fire is a delight and every little detail (seasoning, accompaniment) is a treat!
The old setting with its fireplace, its tarare and its wheel is remarkable!
I highly recommend and thank the restaurateur for his kindness and sense of service!

20/08/2024: En dehors du coté pratique si vous logez à l’ hôtel, ce restaurant est à éviter : très banal et manque de qualité surtout par rapport au prix: nos deux salades sans sauce ( salade que nous retrouverons flétrie avec les tomates cerises au petit déjeuner) , la saveur des rougets presque absente car trop d’oignons dans le feuilleté, frites congelées..
Et verres à vin très très ébréchés!

29/07/2024: A very welcoming hostess, delicious food and, despite us not being able to speak the French language, helpful explanation and patience with us when choosing our courses.
It is obvious why this restaurant, in a little country village, is popular with local people and with those of us from further afield.
05/07/2024: Parmi les belles et relaxantes campagnes de cette charmante région se trouve ce petit village : St. Flovier. Et ici se trouve l’hôtel restaurant de La Source. Une découverte très appréciée pour la gentillesse et l’accueil du propriétaire et pour la bonne nourriture. Nous avons déjeuné à l’extérieur, devant la belle église, égayés par les hirondelles et le chant de nombreux oiseaux. Une expérience vraiment paradisiaque que je recommande à tous ceux qui sont dans les environs.

La salle est intimiste le décor correspond à l esprit vinicole et gourmet du chef et de son épouse.
Très belle adresse.
12/04/2024: Nous avons mangé en terrasse dans l’arrière cour, là où se mêle la nature à une délicieuse cuisine faite maison. Le lieu est intimiste et chaleureux , les propriétaires sont charmants et bienveillants, et la cuisine un petit régal .
Je conseille pour toute occasion !
