22/01/2026: Victor has revitalized Les Airelles with talent, a great team, and a good atmosphere (a nod to the chefs who bring a lovely (bistronomic) touch to the self-service area – superb hanger steak and filet mignon with mustard sauce!). Bravo!

18/08/2026: A warm welcome, but booking is essential to guarantee a table. Worth revisiting when health restrictions are less severe, so we can try the daily special, which isn't currently offered due to the requirement to eat on the terrace (and if the weather is bad, forget it!).

16/08/2026: While the service and waitresses were excellent, the food left much to be desired. We ordered two burgers. The plates arrived in a reasonable timeframe, but the packaging was appalling. We couldn't even tell what burger it was! And the fries? Don't even get me started! For under €5, you can get some at Intermarché quickly and easily that cost 100% more than what we were served. As for dessert, there were only two options. The total came to €80. Oh yes, and a burrata with a green salad. You be the judge...

21/07/2026: What can I say? The welcome was barely acceptable. And the food? A cold fish skewer with edible fries and a very wilted salad. Not a single gesture or word of apology! Very disappointing.

27/08/2026: We had a very delightful and refreshing lunch. I never thought I could enjoy the combination of fish and rice as much as I did, but it was memorable indeed. And all at a very good price point the Service was charming as well.

Located in the hills above Biol, surrounded by nature, the world takes on a new dimension, offering tranquility and a sense of well-being. The owners are very responsive, anticipating your needs and always open to suggestions. If you need to recharge or enjoy a romantic getaway, go for it!

22/08/2026: We spent a night in a yurt with a Nordic bath in June. It was peaceful and a real change of scenery. The Nordic bath was a great bonus. Thank you to the new owners, who were very welcoming and did everything to make us comfortable. We ate very well, with local and homemade products. Thank you again.

06/09/2026: Thanks to Béatrice and Eric, we had the wedding of our dreams, surrounded by our families. Everything was perfect from beginning to end. The meals prepared by Béatrice were delicious (special mention for the pistachio speculoos tiramisu and the breakfast!). Our families were delighted with our stay; the setting is truly incredible. Thank you, Béatrice, Eric, and Justine, for your warm welcome, your smiles, and your joie de vivre!

18/08/2026: We were welcomed to an absolutely exceptional setting for our daughter's wedding. The owners of the gîte were wonderful in every way: warm, attentive, and incredibly caring. The meal and breakfast were simply divine, a feast for both the eyes and the palate! We had an enchanting weekend in a magnificent location with lovely people. A huge thank you for your hospitality and kindness. We will cherish the wonderful memories of this stay. We wholeheartedly recommend this gîte!
