20/08/2024: Great restaurant just a small downside the service was long and they brought us a bottle of white wine when we had almost finished eating. But the meal was delicious. Good location, pleasant terrace, friendly staff. It's the holidays and I think a shortage of staff is difficult to find these days.
Highly recommended for its excellent cuisine.

11/01/2025: I always enjoy stopping at the place that my father frequented the most.. nice, small downside always with the toilets in the middle.. a sliding door rather than one where you take the hand dryer would be better. Otherwise flush
10/01/2025: Waitresses always with a smile. Very warm welcome, very often eating the daily menu at lunchtime. It's always very, very good. Bar restaurant that I recommend with my eyes closed 👌👌

I particularly recommend the pork with wine sauce cooked at low temperature for 49 hours.
As a digestive, the homemade raspberry liqueur goes very well after the very beautiful Jura 3 cheese fondue
19/01/2025: We had an appointment to meet you at 7:30 p.m., the dishes being served at 9:22 p.m., almost 2 hours of waiting for a fondue and a Burger is really unacceptable!!! They give us a small basket of bread for the fondue, the fondue was barely halfway over, we had no more bread, we asked the waiter for bread and a carafe of water, the carafe of water being served at the table. 'besides, the basket of bread never arrived, we went to get it ourselves at the bar!!! I honestly advise you not to go there!! Coming from redheads, I find this unacceptable!!! 👎🏼

I recommend the salads which for my part are the most beautiful and hearty in the Jura.

03/08/2024: A summer stopover before the mountains, one word great!
An enchanting and peaceful place, an agreement with nature. Very comfortable room and I loved the bathroom, which brings a vintage touch but with all modern comforts.
The river at the edge of the room, we can't hear it with the window closed, but we preferred to let it rock us and sleep with the window open😴🤗
Restaurant side: very nice wine discoveries, served by the glass, quality dishes, and a friendly and caring service where you feel pampered right up to the edge of the pool.
A beautiful discovery in a green setting.

le repas n'offre pas un bon rapport qualité prix, une minuscule tranche de pain par personne, pingre, le café gourmand le plus triste que j'ai pu voir, au tarif du repas on s'attend à beaucoup mieux.
11/12/2023: Bonne prestation, très propre, cuisine sympa ! Content d'avoir retrouvé votre mascotte qui nous a tenue compagnie 😀

17/09/2024: Family meal on a Sunday lunchtime. Good French cuisine, nothing to complain about. Good advice for wines. The servers are pleasant, smiling and competent. On the other hand, the boss...or service manager has a particular sense of humor...especially during the welcome. Sitting at the end of the bar with his mess of tables, you have to move towards him to give your name....I thought he was waiting for the dirty dishes to do them....he tried to joke during the service but too bad his humor was not appreciated

12/10/2023: Nous avons été très déçu de ce restaurant. Portions minuscules, qui ont manqué en quantité et en goût, prix repas avec une verre de vin 30 euros par personne... Seule point positif était le serveur qui a su bien conseiller pour les vins et sembler faire beaucoup plus que juste serveur.
10/10/2023: Restaurant à découvrir, accueil sympathique, une carte diversifiée sachant satisfaire tous les goûts.
Très belle decoration en prévision d'halloween !

21/09/2024: Very large, warm hotel, very good service, a warm welcome. The rooms are clean. There is a restaurant, gym, swimming pool, jacuzzi and hammam. I really recommend. The hotel is well located.
12/09/2024: Even though we were neither hotel guests nor had a reservation, we were given a table for two. The staff is friendly and helpful, even if you don't speak French very well. We were very enthusiastic about the food. Great French cuisine, beautifully prepared and very tasty.

13/07/2024: Comme nous devions aller visiter le fort des Rousses, nous nous sommes arrêté au premier restaurant en entrant aux Rousses. Très bon accueil, serveur ultra sympathique et aux petits soins. Si la carte est classique, c'est très bien cuisiné. Copieuses salades de chèvres, très bon saumon en papillote. Moi qui ne prends normalement plus de steak de bœuf au restaurant, car de plus en plus souvent mal découpé, j'ai eu la bonne surprise d'avoir un filet de bœuf très tendre (j'ai réussi à couper la viande le couteau à l'envers). Et j'ai eu droit à un dessert "sur mesure". Donc rien à redire. Merci

16/08/2024: Thank you for being open on August 15th. But... Long service for only 3 tables to serve. Hamburger for €16 with too dry morbier. First time I haven't been asked to cook meat to order. The view is great, certainly but disappointed.

16/09/2024: Accueil fort agréable, commande une galette au beurre salé : quelle déception !!! Une galette pas cuite , on dirait un porridge étalé sur une plaque : impossible de manger avec une fourchette !!! Je fais gentiment la remarque et pour réponse :il fallait préciser la cuisson .. À la terrasse , une cliente me dit je n’en prends plus car elle ne sont pas assez cuite !! Donc les clients sont pas comme l’on dit les rois !!! Dommage car belle boutique de produits régionaux.
Fuyez cette maison , ainsi que sa propriétaire.
08/09/2024: Endroit très accueillant,propre ..Mais propriétaire très désagréable !!! J’ai pris une galette (Sarrazin) beurre salé, pas cuite du tout , une bouillie étalée et chauffée, le beurre a du être oublié !! Au fait la remarque assez gentiment : j’ai tord les galettes se servent pas cuites sinon ,il faut le demander !!Nouveaute !! Et Mme le prend de haut et même à la terrasse une dame m’a confirmé qu’elle n’en prenait plus car pas cuite … Fuyez cet endroit
