16/09/2024: Passing through the restaurant: warm welcome. Very pleasant waitress, smiling and professional (pretty to boot). The very pleasant oenologist offers an exceptional wine list. The dishes are worthy of a gourmet restaurant and the cheese cart is exceptional. The setting is magnificent. I will come back and recommend this superb restaurant.

21/08/2024: A delight! We ate there one evening during our vacation, the owner was very accommodating despite a reservation problem (of our making). The service was impeccable and the dishes delicious. IF you go through Lons, I highly recommend! Thank you to the whole team for the service and the cuisine!!

23/08/2024: Pas terrible. Pas trop de monde mais des plombes pour qu’on nous prenne la commande . Les boissons ont dû être recommandées car oubliées et plats pas tout à fait comme demandés . Tartare pas terrible avec de gros bouts de gras . Pas fini , ailoi qui ne sent pas l’ail ou à peine . Bref on ne reviendra pas . Sur le décor de joli .

19/08/2024: Mooi ruim terras voor een prachtig gebouw. Prima bediening. Wij hebben er alleen wat gedronken, niet gegeten. Wat langs kwam zag er smakelijk uit.

20/08/2024: Very unpleasant experience from start to finish……. Reservation taken by a man (the cook) for the terrace only to be firmly pushed to enter by a blonde lady with short hair (the boss?) We still managed to eat on the terrace, but she was very insistent on ordering dessert at the same time as the main course, claiming that it was all made to order (minute dessert??) We refused, then finally we had a gourmet tea (only because the dishes were very small) which as luck would have it was ready in 5 minutes!!!!! In short, very little choice, very poorly received and poor value for money cuisine, personally I would never set foot in this restaurant again even if I were invited and I bitterly regret having invited my partner there, moreover we We were the last to leave, we weren't even asked if everything went well!! What a shame!!! Fortunately, I treated my customers with more respect when I was their meat supplier about ten years ago.

27/09/2024: Sehr interessante und gute Küche. Serviert in einer freundlichen und offenen Atmosphäre mit einem jungen und kompetenten Service. Das alles mit einem sehr guten Preis- Leistungsverhältnis.

05/11/2024: Une petite pépite ! Un restaurant à faire absolument, tout est parfait de l' accueil au dessert! Plats savoureux et présentation très raffinée ! Cela fait bien longtemps que je n'ai pas mangé une salade aussi délicieuse et bien garnie. La suggestion du jour était tellement bien présentée dans l' assiette qu' on aurait aimé ne pas y toucher .Les desserts maison sont incroyables et le vin...parlons en du vin, juste divin! Un grand bravo à ce restaurant qui a tout compris. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir lors d un prochain passage à Baume- les- Messieurs. Le genre d' endroit qu on n' oublie pas!

03/08/2024: Op het eerste zicht niet erg veelbelovend, maar mooie suggestiekaart. Zeer goed gegeten, zowel de gamba’s als de zwezeriken correct klaar gemaakt. Leuk terras, vriendelijke bediening. Enkel de wijnkaart mocht iets uitgebreider en lokaler.

11/09/2024: Très beau resto avec des spécialités italiennes. Le pizzaiolo est très bon travail avec des produits de qualité. Ces Pizzas sont tout à fait exceptionnels. Moi qui ai une pizzeria dans le nord, je peux vous dire que vous pouvez y aller sans problème Pizza de type napolitain. Le service est agréable et le personnel écoute

30/08/2024: Reservation service to be reviewed, I reserved a stay in May by telephone for the month of August, I received the reservation confirmations by e-mail, 3 days before our arrival I was surprised in taking my phone that they send me a voice message at 11:00 a.m. to confirm my stay and finally at 4:00 p.m. they send me another one to cancel it, if you have doubts about a reservation take the lead and don't Do not contact people 3 days before and above all have the decency to wait at least 24 hours before canceling, in the end our vacation was shortened by two days because the reserved room was no longer available on the first and last day of the trip. No excuses from them, no commercial gesture. No reception, disinterested reception staff, don't even bother to look at their customers when leaving. Breakfast at 14€ overpriced compared to the lack of choice. Friendly housekeeping staff and very comfortable bedding.

02/11/2023: Beautiful bedroom and bathroom. Just a small downside on the price of breakfasts. Not very well stocked for the price.

22/10/2023: Honestly, nothing to say. Booking 2 nights for a romantic weekend, the boss carried out the request I had made to him in terms of room decoration. The restaurant is great, we ate very well there. Good and delicious. The staff is attentive, friendly, welcoming.... Very generous breakfast. I recommend 200%

28/08/2024: A very mixed opinion: For the location, the setting and especially the price we could expect high-end services but they remain deplorable: - Wifi at the end of its life which will not allow you to connect or work remotely; - Large rooms of course but with more than limited furniture, no sockets near the bed, an old fridge lying next to a mini table, windows that don't close properly, a switch that doesn't turn on anything; - A large bathroom where you can shower in full view of the golfers since the shutters do not close; - A breakfast with very little choice and which doesn't really tempt you. Positive point: the swimming pool is large, warm and well equipped. In short, at more than €250 per night we have the right to expect a little more from a hotel. So don’t be fooled by the golf effect, nicer places exist.

25/08/2024: But what a shame to have such a beautiful setting and to have such a deplorable restoration! The menu is limited but the food is good, however the service is just CATASTROPHIC! I've had lunch several times now and the service is really not friendly, haughty or smug. 2h30 to eat starter and main course despite having said several times that we felt forgotten. Service so long that we couldn't have the desserts.. A waste to have such a beautiful place and not do anything good with it!
