23/08/2024: Pas terrible. Pas trop de monde mais des plombes pour qu’on nous prenne la commande . Les boissons ont dû être recommandées car oubliées et plats pas tout à fait comme demandés . Tartare pas terrible avec de gros bouts de gras . Pas fini , ailoi qui ne sent pas l’ail ou à peine . Bref on ne reviendra pas . Sur le décor de joli .
19/08/2024: Mooi ruim terras voor een prachtig gebouw. Prima bediening. Wij hebben er alleen wat gedronken, niet gegeten. Wat langs kwam zag er smakelijk uit.

15/08/2024: Gentillesse et simplicité de l'accueil .
Terrasse agréable et au calme , service fluide et agréable.
Repas excellent : le carpaccio melon /saumon/mozarella est à tomber (dixit mon mari ) .
le bar sur rhubarbe est un vrai délice ! Cuisson parfaite...et je suis pénible ! Les accompagnements sont frais et l'assiette copieuse.
La farandole des desserts est excellente avec mention pour la panacotta cerise dont la texture est top (je ne suis pas fan et j'ai adoré !) et pour la crème brûlée.
Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

08/09/2024: Merci Laure et Armando pour votre accueil et dévouement ! Nous nous sommes régalés. Superbe concept (buffet entrée et buffet dessert). Il y en a vraiment pour tous les goûts. Les plats vraiment excellent, le cadre magnifique. Merci encore on reviendra c’est sûr et certain !
04/09/2024: A simple hotel that is unfortunately understaffed. A single person who is responsible for the reception and at the same time has to serve in the restaurant. The phone rang non-stop during dinner, but the lady couldn't answer it.
In addition, high prices, a large beer €9,-! In my opinion, the regular price of €120 is excessive for the hotel; you should check the booking portals.
But rooms were clean, it is on the street and therefore very noisy. OK for a transit trip, but not at the regular price.

nous le conseillons.

We ate very well.
The dog had his water bowl.
Great.

It seemed a bit chaotic between the employees.
We sat outside, but completely surrounded by tarpaulin and everyone sat very close together outside, which made it feel a bit stuffy.
Not really my place.

03/08/2024: A summer stopover before the mountains, one word great!
An enchanting and peaceful place, an agreement with nature. Very comfortable room and I loved the bathroom, which brings a vintage touch but with all modern comforts.
The river at the edge of the room, we can't hear it with the window closed, but we preferred to let it rock us and sleep with the window open😴🤗
Restaurant side: very nice wine discoveries, served by the glass, quality dishes, and a friendly and caring service where you feel pampered right up to the edge of the pool.
A beautiful discovery in a green setting.

13/09/2024: Cela fait plusieurs fois que je mange chez Philippe à L'auberge de la seille et ayant déjà déguster la saucisse de morteau qui est très bonne,j'ai cette fois ci privilégié la salade franc comtoise qui est succulente avec de très bon produit frais et copieuse. Je vous la conseille .
11/09/2024: endroit parfait pour passer une bonne soirée le patron était sympa amical le repas était succulent ,,, tous les plats sont effectués maison ^^ les tartes excellentes ,,et nous avons vite sympathisé avec Philippe qui nous a offert généreusement des digestifs, merci Philippe nous reviendrons avec plaisir ^^

Top decorating ideas.
The dishes are bold and original and mostly local.
The burger deserves a little more quality in terms of buns but everything is fine.
The boss seems quite reserved and gruff as a result, but going beyond the visual, we realize that he is a very nice person

A very good plan!!
13/08/2024: We had 3 takeaway pizzas and they were excellent! Thin dough, no pavement and well garnished! Favorite for the Jura with Jura wine! The terrace is nice in the village center near a fountain! And the pizza makers are very friendly and on time when you order!

05/08/2024: Il n’est pas nécessaire de porter des lunettes pour voir les mouches sur votre assiette. En revanche il vaut mieux avoir une calculette car je n’ai pas compris l’intérêt de prendre un volume important.
Verre 15cl 4,40 Pichet 25cl 9,90 Pichet 50cl 19,90 . Généralement le prix relatif décroît...
Salade pour une pause avant de retourner étudier les lunettes et les machines.

25/09/2024: Arriving on a Friday evening after a long drive, we were delighted with our visit to this restaurant. We were able to taste typical products of the region. Simple but very well executed dishes (grilled Morteau sausage, delicious cheese-stuffed potato, incredible red cabbage, fresh pasta with bleu de Gex). Warm welcome despite the fact that we did not book! The wood fired pizzas also looked excellent.
08/09/2024: Very pleasant place, well received by smiling staff. Excellent cuisine, the Francomptoise pizza, with a morel base, is as hearty as it is delicious.😛

01/09/2024: With a 5 year old girl we were not spared the wait!!
A fly got lost in my husband's glass of wine and the waiter simply fished it out. My husband asked for another glass, he brought it and transferred the dirty wine into this clean glass 🤔!!! ??
My cod fillet (perfectly cooked) was accompanied by 6 green beans, the same for my husband's andouillette... so we had to share them with our little daughter, no better served with her 3 nuggets!
It was Monday evening, we had little choice and the salty bill finally put us off. We are all simply scandalized!
14/08/2024: What a discovery! During my visit to Dole, as a foodie, I wanted to taste some good living dishes. The choice was difficult given such an attractive menu. After careful consideration:
- Egg meurette
- Gratinated packet feet
- Chicken with morels for my wife
- Dessert: profiterole
Each dish was a delight, and the service attentive. My only regret: not being able to taste the whole menu. A big 5
