08/08/2026: The Japanese-inspired tapas are really good and mostly original. I'm not a big fan of the sharing platters, considering the quantity/price ratio... On the other hand, the music was too loud and it was a bit too hot in the restaurant (especially in the restrooms), but oh well, that's to be expected this time of year!

08/08/2026: Excellent restaurant. Dinner on the terrace overlooking a beautiful garden. Generous portions, full of flavor, made with local ingredients. The wine selection was perfect; each dish complemented the others beautifully. The service was refined and elegant. A lovely surprise: a small candle on the dessert to celebrate our wedding anniversary. A truly wonderful experience.

31/07/2026: Sometimes things just work out for the best, because it was right after our evacuation from the Gironde region, following the devastating fires of July 2026, that we booked a table at this establishment. We wanted a change of scenery, and we weren't disappointed, as the evening was most enjoyable. A lovely table was set under a centuries-old tree, with a beautiful countryside view. We chose the "Stilt" menu, and it was an excellent choice. It's difficult to describe each flavor and choose among the dishes offered, as everything was so harmonious and genuine. Marvelous bluefin tuna, a perfect eel egg, delicious monkfish, and a signature lobster dish to die for—in short, not a single flaw. The service was friendly, efficient, and cheerful. Bravo! A well-deserved 5 stars on Google, leaving us wanting to return, but hopefully this time without being forced to by a weather event.

20/08/2026: We stumbled upon this inn by chance on our way to our holiday destination. What a wonderful discovery! The manager was welcoming and attentive to her guests. As for the food, the chef offered us a daily menu that he clearly masters, using high-quality ingredients. A divine menu for the price of a McDonald's meal! This place is well worth a visit. 05/08/2026: Traveling between Pau and Bordeaux, trying to avoid tolls, my two friends and I found ourselves quite unprepared when the cold wind arrived. It was almost 2 p.m. when we pushed open the door, on a completely ordinary Wednesday, fearing in advance that the kitchen might have already closed. We were welcomed nonetheless, with a smile, and were able to enjoy an excellent set menu with perfectly cooked meat and exquisite homemade fries. Thank you so much! We're back on the road!

24/08/2026: The lunch menu offered excellent value for money. All the food was prepared and cooked on-site. We discovered this place by chance, just 5 minutes from the Mont-de-Marsan road, and we'll gladly return.

First you eat with your eyes and after it's a delicate flavor, a real experience of taste The chef here cook with passion,love and experience. The service is great and kind, Nath knows how to treat people. I strongly recommend this pearl!

16/06/2026: A truly wonderful discovery! The non-smoking/vaping terrace was a real plus, and the meals were exquisite and delicious (we ordered à la carte – thank you to the chef). We also had an excellent suggestion for a post-meal stroll along the Adour River (thank you to the waitress). We highly recommend this establishment; it's definitely worth a visit!

16/08/2026: My partner introduced me to this place in the heart of St Jean de Marsacq. A simple menu, a short chalkboard of suggestions, and a lovely wine list featuring local wines. Between the roasted Camembert with new potatoes and the pork prima, a delightful burst of freshness. For dessert, roasted apricots with a scoop of rosemary sorbet, and a chocolate fondant with a scoop of Bailey's ice cream... how can I even begin to describe how excellent lunch was? 👌👍 Truly. Everything was fresh and absolutely delicious. All accompanied by a glass of fruity Jurançon wine. I wholeheartedly recommend this place. The local Landes cuisine is showcased beautifully, with authentic flavors and elegant presentation. The value for money is excellent. I highly recommend this restaurant and will gladly return on my next visit.

08/06/2026: My wife and I ate here the day before yesterday, simply delicious! Several three-course menus to choose from at an unbeatable price-performance ratio. If you're not particularly concerned about ambiance, this is the place for you. The owner is super nice; I'd say it's a hidden gem in Biscarrosse.
