24/01/2025: I didn't sleep at the hotel and this review is only for the restaurant.
This small restaurant should be mentioned in the Michelin or Gault Millau guide for the quality of its dishes.
Small menu in quantity but large in quality, which allows us to produce well presented and refined dishes.
If you have the opportunity to pass through Saint Justin or spend a vacation in the region, or even a business meal, I strongly recommend this address.

27/09/2024: after a first discovery of the place and an excellent pizza I told my friends I wanted to return to the pasta, it was done and this time an identical welcome and a meal of equal quality.
Holidays too short to go there and taste part of the menu.loic strasbourg

And the quality of the cuisine is there, with very reasonable prices.

Aujourd’hui on apprécie:
La propreté
L’organisation
La rigueur dans la salle
La tenue des collaborateurs
Une serviette en tissu
Bravo pour tout cela.
Planche à partager très copieuse.
Choucroute de la mer parfaite très bel assaisonnement et belle cuisson des poissons.
Choucroute gourmande, vraiment gourmande avec un jarret de qualité et de très bonne cuisson.
On reviendra notre note 4,5/5

09/09/2024: Brésiliens de Porto Alegre, nous avons visité le sud-ouest de la France cet été. Excellent accueil, cadre raffiné,service agréable, diner apprécié, nous avons passé en cet hotel un excellent moment. Un style enraciné et authentique qui se fait malheureusement de plus en plus rare en France. Um bom endereço para recomendar aos nossos compatriotas brasileiros!
09/09/2024: Cadre de la salle à manger très chic, accueillant et le personnel et le patron souriant, le repas est de bonne qualité, petits amuse bouche en attendant, service rapide , petit bémol, l'eau en carafe sentait trop l'eau de javel.
Le madiran proposé était gouteux. Petite salle à manger agréable.

24/09/2024: I recommend this warm place, welcome with a smile and as we say "à la bonne franquette". We were there on a Sunday, the director of the establishment found us a place straight away.
The local and traditional cuisine is just great. You eat local products directly from the producer to the plate, excellent quality.
Don't hesitate to come and discover this pretty, jovial family farm.

04/12/2024: Excellent value for money. Traditional Landes cuisine, hearty and tasty for a very reasonable price. It's a shame that the room is small and there's little privacy, but above all we go there to eat very well.

The place: quiet, carefully renovated place. Open fireplace.
Kitchen: you might as well take advantage of the fireplace.
Excellent farm products. Cook to perfection.
We had a blast! Menu at 28.50 The garbure was very good. The charcuterie platter matches the place. Divine duck rating. Potatoes cooked like chips, semi-crispy and tender.
And the dessert, exquisite!
I recommend it with your eyes closed for lovers of ducks, inns and good food.
Reservations strongly recommended.
