28/05/2026: Restaurant in Soustons where we were spending our holidays, very warm welcome, beautiful decor. We chose for our starter an asparagus velouté with morel cream and grilled foie gras cubes, excellent, then a fillet of spring sea bream with vegetables, Bouillabaisse jus, a very good dish. For dessert, I had the Swan with Blood Orange Cream, Suzette Sauce, Parisian-style Orange Blossom Sorbet, very tasty, and my partner had a generous cheese plate.

20/05/2026: Two experiences: one for the restaurant and one for a wine tasting. The food is excellent, the ingredients are high-quality, and the dishes are original and homemade. The service is slow, and when the restaurant is full, extra help would be welcome. The wine tasting was poorly organized: we were greeted hastily, and there was too much waiting between each wine and when paying the bill. It's a shame because the location is charming. Recommendation: improve the service and the welcome.

19/05/2026: Two visits as a couple in May, one evening for dinner and another for a wine tasting. The food is good and original, with prices that remain on the higher end. The wait is relatively long, and the service is friendly but not very professional. However, we received a very poor welcome during the wine tasting evening, despite having a reservation. The portions were ridiculously small (even though the wine was certainly provided free of charge by the winemaker), the service and explanations were rushed, and there was a long wait. It's a shame; we think there's a structural problem at this otherwise pleasant place: hiring extra staff for the evening would, in our opinion, solve this chronic issue of poor service.

18/04/2026: What a wonderful discovery this beachfront hotel was! Our rooms had ocean views, a feast for the eyes every day, and even at breakfast! The breakfasts were generous, with fresh bread, pastries, and local products! The staff were incredibly attentive, a lovely team of young, dynamic, and very friendly people! The rooms were spotless. The hotel has parking and bicycle storage. Everything is there for a pleasant stay! Thank you again for your hospitality!

13/01/2026: A flawless stay to start the year in Hossegor! The room was superb, with an incredible view. The location is so ideal, and we enjoyed it from the moment we woke up and then again at breakfast in the wonderful dining room with its huge bay windows and Piwi the cat 💓 Breakfast was superb, and the value for money was excellent. We were greeted with a smile, along with our dog (essential for us), and were able to park in the very convenient little parking lot behind the hotel. The room was very clean, heated upon our arrival, and a blanket was provided for cooler days. The shower water was nice and hot, the hairdryer worked perfectly, and the welcome tray was perfect… In short, this is definitely going to become our go-to place!! Thank you! Valérie & Remi

11/11/2025: Excellent bread, delicious pastries. And on top of that, the saleswomen are absolutely extraordinary—smiling, quick, and efficient! We're so lucky to have them nearby!

10/11/2025: EXCELLENT. The praline cookie is the best cookie I've ever eaten. The pastries are also incredibly good. The bakery is very clean, the products are well-stocked even during off-peak hours, and the presentation is so beautiful; you can see the care and effort that went into making them. Well worth the price. A lovely bakery, just the way we like them.

26/02/2026: Valentine's Day was a much-anticipated event this year, especially after the difficulties caused by Storm Nils. We were genuinely happy to finally enjoy a cozy evening in a friendly atmosphere. Natasha's welcome was absolutely perfect: smiling, professional, attentive… truly top-notch, thank you to her for her presence and efficiency. However, the meal left us perplexed. At €35 per person, we expected a more refined experience, both in terms of quality and the menu. Unfortunately, the value for money didn't seem to live up to the occasion. It's a real shame, because the setting and the welcome were excellent.

13/05/2026: It has everything you need for a great time... the owners are friendly, the waitresses are very kind and efficient, and the food is good value for money. I've been there in a group, as a couple, and alone. Both indoors and outdoors.

20/05/2026: The chef is skilled and imaginative. The layout is a drawback, with two tables for two people near the entrance and the kitchen, and the background music from a radio station that doesn't belong in a restaurant. Nevertheless, the restaurant has potential. I'll be back soon.

09/05/2026: A wonderful place that's a local grocery store selling regional products, a bar, and a restaurant all in one. We ate at the restaurant and the dishes were delicious and very original. We'll definitely be back! The owners are also lovely!

18/06/2026: A fabulous hotel for lunch on the covered terrace, where everything is always delicious, from the soup to the dessert. An excellent selection of starters, main courses, and desserts, and friendly, efficient service. I highly recommend it; dogs are welcome.
