09/09/2024: Cadre de la salle à manger très chic, accueillant et le personnel et le patron souriant, le repas est de bonne qualité, petits amuse bouche en attendant, service rapide , petit bémol, l'eau en carafe sentait trop l'eau de javel. Le madiran proposé était gouteux. Petite salle à manger agréable.

09/09/2024: Brésiliens de Porto Alegre, nous avons visité le sud-ouest de la France cet été. Excellent accueil, cadre raffiné,service agréable, diner apprécié, nous avons passé en cet hotel un excellent moment. Un style enraciné et authentique qui se fait malheureusement de plus en plus rare en France. Um bom endereço para recomendar aos nossos compatriotas brasileiros!

30/08/2024: Un cadre très agréable avec une vue sur le lac. Un accueil parfait et très professionnel. Les Plats sont copieux et très bons. Les desserts une tuerie!

29/08/2024: Restaurant très bien placé avec le lac à côté vous aurez une très belle vue. On y mange très bien surtout le poisson et les fruits de mer que je vous recommande. Mais tout n est pas parfait pour commencer mes chipirons n étaient pas très bien assaisonnés mais le pire c est le service quand on va dans un restaurant qui a un certain standing on s attend à ce que les serveurs soient serviables et agréables mais la tout le contraire, même si il n y a presque aucune remarque à faire sur les plats le service n était largement pas à la hauteur. En espérant que les prochains clients aient un bien meilleur service.

29/08/2024: We had dinner this evening at this establishment. The setting is very pretty, you feel comfortable there. The service was perfect, commensurate with the establishment, the cuisine.... Hummm... A marvel. Exquisite flavors, new, unexpected discoveries. Congratulations to the chef and the entire team. We had a very good evening.

15/08/2024: A beautiful family home, this popular restaurant in the Dacquoise area, intended as much for road workers and passing tourists as for local customers. The quality-quantity-price ratio is UNBEATABLE! 4-course menus at €30/40, €10 for a children's menu, à la carte dishes, and specialties on advance order. The garbure there is sensational (even in the middle of summer, it goes very well). It's the southwest spirit with duck, pig, Chalosse beef, sweetbreads, asparagus, and so on...! GENEROSITY and TASTE on the plates. Take a local wine to wash down your meal, and finish with an Armagnac. Really very very very good, I can only recommend. Book, go ahead and enjoy! In the morning (or after your visit), stop at the nearby Moulin de Bénesse to contemplate this Chalosse terroir.

15/09/2024: Nous n’étions pas revenus au Belharra depuis le Covid qui était une valeur sûre à Capbreton. Aujourd’hui les prix ont flambé mais malheureusement la qualité n’a pas suivie ! Poisson trop cuit accompagné d’une purée très épaisse, pas bonne. Les viandes sont accompagnées de plats de frites et oui des plats !!! 3 à 4 portions pour une seule personne ! Ne cherchez pas les légumes, il n’y en a plus même pas une feuille de salade. Pour le dessert on nous propose une salade de fruits de saison, en septembre salade de fraises, normal ? La mousse au chocolat est servie dans un énorme pot pour un goût médiocre. Le menu est quand même à 33,90€, ça ne les vaut absolument pas ! Que s’est-il passé pour régresser à ce point ? Plus de présentation, plus de qualité des produits, le chef a changé ? La direction ? Dommage, nous n’irons plus.

19/09/2024: Beautiful place whose address was given to us by my brother who lives in the region. This time we did not dine there because we were expected at Vieux Boucau. (What a shame, Lesperon has so much more charm!). The hotel is really charming with a beautiful terrace on which we happily had a very good breakfast. What is pleasant is the charm of this beautiful house. Indeed, we feel good there because we are not in a stereotypical hotel setting but in a house that the owners have tastefully furnished. Thanks to them! This type of hotel is becoming rare.

16/09/2024: Ideally located in the center of the town of Lesperon, warm and friendly hotel. Very warm welcome. We really liked the decor. Very diverse and plentiful breakfast. We recommend.

23/08/2024: Superb dinner in a beautiful setting!! The cuisine is delicate, the cocktails excellent and the staff attentive! Special mention to Louise who took care of our table perfectly!! We will come back!!

22/08/2024: Respect to the servers and cooks who have to deal with a number of reservations clearly higher than the capacity of the establishment. We waited over an hour to order and then a second hour to be served. The owners of this establishment should certainly not be to be pitied. A great example of the restaurant industry in a tourist area

06/09/2024: First time I felt I needed to leave a restaurant. We where there with my family during off season with only one other par of guests. Our 10 month boy wasn’t allowed to be outside his baby chair. Not very welcoming atmosphere.
