28/10/2025: Discover this restaurant, which feels a bit like a cozy neighborhood café. Simple and delicious cuisine thanks to quality ingredients. We thoroughly enjoyed, as usual, a Guérande-style stew made with remarkably sweet fresh broad beans, sausage, and carrots. The daily special changes every day. Thursday is dedicated to kig ar far (a Breton flan). Also worth discovering is a very wide selection of natural ciders from here and elsewhere, chosen with the utmost care. Highly recommended for dessert: the warm caramel crepe cake, which is so good you'll want to eat it even if you're not hungry. A big thank you to Jean-Marc for his cooking and to Lysiane for the friendly service.

19/01/2026: I'm not questioning the quality of the meal, but there were a few incidents during the aperitif and dessert, and not even a gesture of goodwill on the bill. What a shame.

11/01/2026: We ate lunch at Le Bateau Ivre yesterday and loved it. Both the mussels and the crêpes were excellent. A special touch was Sylvain, a lovely, very professional, and attentive waiter. We highly recommend it. We'll be back. From Nantes and Paris.

12/01/2026: This restaurant was part of our outing today. A pure chance discovery, with a very warm welcome from the waitress, good food, and good value for money. If we lived in the area, we would gladly return.

21/01/2026: This is very often our lunchtime "canteen". The menus vary every day, the dishes are generous (with a special mention for the way the fish is cooked, which we love), the service is quick and the welcome is always warm thanks to Olivia and Isabelle.

24/12/2025: We ordered two waffles, Nocciolata and Speculoos, which were delicious and very generously topped—they were made right in front of us! They also offer homemade mulled wine, which is comforting and perfect for winter. The two people who served us were very kind and welcoming. There's a great atmosphere: this place is a must-visit in the port of Pornic 😊 We can't wait to come back and try other waffle flavors!

06/12/2025: The waffle iron is there and the waffles are spinning. They're good and made right in front of you. No reheated waffles. Open late in the season when other places are closed.

20/02/2026: Unpleasant experience. The waiter was rushed and acted as if the terrace was full when there were only three tables to serve (one of which had already been filled). He pressured us to pay by card to avoid giving us change and didn't bring us water when we politely asked for it. Avoid at all costs.
