25/01/2026: The highlight of the meal was undoubtedly the dessert! They have a very good pastry chef! We were quite disappointed by the rest. Overall, the entire meal lacked flavor, from the amuse-bouche to the main course! The price of the set menu didn't seem justified for what was on the plate. The "perfect egg" was advertised with Colonnata lard, but there wasn't any... and the pulled pork dish with coleslaw was far from what we had imagined this restaurant would be like, a place we were looking forward to visiting. It lacked refinement. The wine prices were definitely on the high end! The restaurant's decor is very nice, but that's clearly not everything... and it's not very intimate; with large tables, it gets very noisy!

20/01/2026: Very disappointed by a simple hot chocolate. Chocolate milk. What a shame! PS: I'm revising my review in light of the owner's response. “Hot chocolate is a moment of indulgence. When a customer asks if it's really chocolatey, it means it should be real chocolate and not just a chocolate drink, so pay close attention—it's a signal, really! It should get your attention. It's not up to the customer to make the effort to get up, go to the counter, and point it out just to receive service. It's not real chocolate, accept it, perhaps for cost-saving reasons. Anyway, who are you to judge my life? It's perfectly fine, rest assured. I came to stay with you to discover this charming city, having recently moved to Nantes and planning to bring my partner and/or my daughters here. I'll come back if I want, and you're not going to stop me. Seriously, maybe you should put your ego aside. Your job isn't easy, I understand, but it's a business that should provide pleasure. A word to the wise!”

06/02/2026: A wide selection of beers, great variety, and a fantastic beer cellar with selections from all over the world. The beers on tap change regularly. A friendly place for lunch or an evening aperitif, without having to go into town. Lunch is very good value for money. On Friday evenings, they have burgers, with a vegetarian option available. The staff are very friendly and offer great advice for discovering new beers or making purchases! For a lunch break or enjoying a beer before dinner, I highly recommend it! On Friday evenings, you can get hamburgers (vegetarian version available), which is very convenient, and there's a new recipe every month. They also have a few snacks for happy hour. We always have a great time there; I highly recommend it!

06/02/2026: Fantastic advice you won't find anywhere else. The staff are incredibly attentive! In short, the best beer market in Nantes, maybe even in France... I highly recommend Théo's tasting workshops!

01/03/2026: The sauerkraut was excellent. There was a bit of a wait for service, but it was more than made up for by a superb Alsatian dessert.

28/11/2025: I'm adding to my review after seeing the owner's response. The humor he's trying to use is just like his salad: wilted and swimming in grease. This so-called humor, by the way, only serves to avoid addressing the real issues I raised about the exorbitant extra charges and his wilted, oil-soaked salad. So, in addition to his questionable financial honesty, he also displays intellectual dishonesty—quite a record... Friendly welcome and service. The dishes (galette and tacos) were neither bad nor good, just passable... However, the salad, which cost €3.50, was swimming in dressing and completely wilted. And all this for a hefty price of €65.70 for two people, without a starter and with only one dessert. Including some truly outrageous extras, such as €3.50 for a little whipped cream on two scoops of ice cream, and especially—and this borders on scandal or fraud—€4 for a so-called "bacon" supplement when it was simply a swap of ham for smoked bacon. It had been a long time since we'd been to the Crêperie de la Source, and now we're definitely not going back.

30/01/2026: We had a wonderful time. 👉 The dishes are generous and flavorful, featuring beautiful traditional French cuisine and excellent grilled meats. 🥩😋 The presentation is meticulous, and you can tell many of the dishes are homemade. 🧑‍🍳✨ The wine list is also a plus. 🍷👍 The service is efficient and friendly, making the experience even more enjoyable. 🍽️😊 The price is reasonable for the quantity and quality served; a place to recommend for a pleasant lunch or dinner in Bouaye! 👌🌟

04/03/2026: There were five of us, including two young children. The galettes were great, the fish and chips were good, the Caesar salad was very generous, and Gégé's profiteroles were excellent and plentiful. The service was lovely.

02/01/2025: Meal with my brother passing through the area. A good moment of sharing and tasting. Dishes beautifully presented with quality dishes and a very pleasant mix of flavors. The musical background is well adapted and carefully dosed to appreciate without disturbing the conversations. The restaurant offers several menu variations using fresh produce. Everything is homemade. A very pleasant evening. Thanks to the chef. The service is impeccable, attentive and discreet.

04/02/2026: Lunch with friends in a lovely setting, we received a warm welcome and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The starters were excellent, and the fish and chips were delicious and very generous. We were delighted! 🙂

29/10/2025: We've been coming occasionally for several years and frankly, we have nothing to complain about, it's always so good and the waitress is amazing, always smiling. My aunt introduced us to the restaurant; she comes here very often and is always satisfied.

30/12/2025: A warm welcome, carefully prepared cuisine (as well as the presentation) made with clearly high-quality ingredients. The only downside: a slightly noisy dining room that could use a little improvement. But this doesn't detract from the very positive overall impression.

05/03/2026: Very disappointed… We ordered Domino's fries, the super tasty pepper fries we always get… and instead we got barely cooked frozen fries… What a disappointment… Furthermore, the four-cheese pizza was dry, hard, and thin… nothing was right… I have a strong feeling they gave us a toasted crust when we ordered a regular one. We've never been disappointed before. But lately, it's been piling up… What's going on? Unfortunately, we won't be back… 28 euros for this, we're not happy about it… Hopefully things will improve for you!

23/01/2026: I ordered three pizzas when there was a lot of snow. They told me they couldn't send a delivery driver and that I would get a refund. That was on January 6th, and I still haven't received my refund. Give people their money back!
