09/12/2025: I had a wonderful time at this restaurant! The fondues are absolutely delicious. The staff is very pleasant and attentive. The restaurant is small and cozy, creating a friendly atmosphere where you immediately feel at ease. I highly recommend it!

07/12/2025: We had a wonderful evening at L'Entrepause. From start to finish, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The cocktails were perfectly recommended, and the raclettes and fondues were delicious. Special mention for the fact that the dishes were only for one person. Furthermore, the service was very professional. We will definitely be back, and I highly recommend it! 😍

12/01/2026: Having been relatively regular patrons of this unique Angers establishment for several years, we have observed constant improvements in the restaurant, the service, and of course, the theater's programming. We highly recommend, if possible, the play "LYCEE MOLIERE" by Olivier Sauton, a work of subtlety, culture, humor, and humanism. An author to watch.

16/12/2025: It was absolutely fantastic. From the appetizer to the dessert, everything was delicious. The welcome was very friendly. And the show was excellent; we laughed a lot and had a wonderful evening.

The wine selection is perfectly suited to our tastes and the dishes: original, always full of flavor, and very well recommended. 03/12/2025: We didn't want to react impulsively, in the heat of the moment. Two months later, we are still outraged by the attitude of some of the staff at the small manor house. The context: customers for 10 years, a busy Saturday night, a table for two, two courses (starter and main) consumed in 1 hour and 37 minutes (reservation time 8:15 pm and receipt at 9:52 pm). The starter was served fairly quickly, but we had to wait almost an hour for the main course. The waitress came to apologize because she had forgotten to place our order with the kitchen. We made a comment (understandably impatient) when we finally received our food. Unfortunately for us, we were literally attacked when it came time to pay the bill by the "owner," who advised us to go somewhere else if we were "in a hurry." Instead of apologizing, her behavior was brutal and discourteous. We were so stunned that we were speechless in the face of such aggression and bad faith. We used to enjoy going to this restaurant; we will never set foot in that (tiny) manor house again.

29/06/2025: This is a great place. The grilled meats are seared over a wood fire and served with simple but tasty sides. The location is very interesting because it's a very old building, which gives it a unique atmosphere. Special mention to the team, who are really friendly and great. As for the value for money, it's simply excellent. Thank you!

20/10/2025: While passing through Saumur, we happened to have lunch there and it was a "good choice." Pleasant setting, attentive service, even if there was a bit of a delay between the starter and main course, but everything was well served and excellent for a €30 menu (starter, main course, dessert). An address to keep in my favorite restaurants.

23/06/2025: This is a restaurant that perfectly combines the pleasure of taste and eyes. Whether it's the dishes or the decor, we are in full visual and gustatory happiness. A real favorite. In addition, the welcome from the owner is warm and it's very pleasant to be able to chat with smiling people. What's more, when it's time to leave, the "doulourese" has never been so badly named, as the bill is so light.

A single, simple menu, no frills, but it works perfectly for discovering or rediscovering fouées (a local bread). The dessert is simply delicious. The welcome is warm and the service friendly. I highly recommend this unique place for sharing a great local experience.
