26/05/2026: Listed as open but closed for several weeks. Your hours are incorrect; it's always closed. Unprofessional, especially considering the price of gas and the very difficult parking situation. This was the third and final time we'll make the trip.

Well done, as few restaurants are open on Mondays.
Good food (superb desserts).
Slight drawback: the service was a bit surprising; we were a little unsure of ourselves.
But otherwise, perfect.
23/08/2026: I didn't know about Port Albert, but it's an excellent restaurant; everything is very good from the appetizer to the dessert. I'll go back without hesitation.

11/07/2026: A charming, authentic spot in a beautiful tuffeau stone house, typical of Anjou and the Loire Valley.
Simple cuisine, but with a wide selection of pizzas and savory buckwheat crepes (galettes) at very attractive prices (€10.50 maximum for a galette or €13.50 for a very generously topped pizza 😉).
A business that's been going strong for 37 years 💪
Highly recommended!

26/08/2026: We stumbled upon this place and spent part of our evening there with the regulars and the manager, all of whom were lovely! A great atmosphere and an excellent find in Angers.
17/08/2026: A bar with a real identity.
I went there alone, and the bartender was super welcoming and friendly.
I'll be back as soon as possible; plus, they make delicious non-alcoholic drinks and shots 🥃.

05/09/2026: The quality of the food at this restaurant makes it impossible to enjoy. There were no tablecloths or placemats, and we used the same cutlery throughout the entire meal. We had to ask for appetizers, which were only served at the end of our aperitif. The service was stingy, consisting of four tiny pieces of bread. The waitress was completely unfriendly and didn't even smile, leaving us to warn future customers... not to mention the menu displayed on a large, impractical chalkboard!

Her husband is in the kitchen; he's the one who delights our taste buds.
It's definitely worth the trip.

23/06/2025: This restaurant perfectly combines the pleasures of taste and sight. From the dishes to the decor, it's a feast for the eyes and the palate. A true gem. Moreover, the owner's welcome is warm and it's a pleasure to chat with such friendly people. And to top it all off, when it's time to leave, the "pain" has never been so aptly named, as the bill is surprisingly light.
