19/09/2024: Cuisine, not knowing the specialties of the region at all, I was delighted with the menu. Contrary to some opinions, I found the meal tasty and plentiful. Service, welcomed and placed by the owner's adorable daughters and served throughout the service by Sabrina who informed us of the history of the dishes served. I absolutely did not know the foués, the galipettes, the goulines, the mogettes in their name (for me, Parisian, the fayots) and the..... Atmosphere, then, extraordinary, I was accompanied by a worker who participated in part of the excavation of the troglo (44,000 m³) and by the boss who gave us a personalized visit. The work done to achieve this result is pharaonic. Bravo for the result, info on, I will come back.

09/09/2024: This meal was a superb experience. A spelled pluma with glazed carrots and a wonderful sauce 😋. The discovery came from the wine, a Chenin from Montlouis, made by Maison Chidaine which went superbly with this pluma. For dessert, a creamy rice pudding. In short, a magical moment if ever there was one. Thanks to the boss and his partner and congratulations to the chef. 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏

03/09/2024: What can we say about this restaurant to which we love to return regularly? The service is perfect, always a smile and a kind word. The cuisine is delicious and changes regularly (that's why we like to come back regularly). And the atmosphere is family. We will come back to this favorite restaurant again!

03/09/2024: Le restaurant renaît de ses cendres encore meilleur qu'il y a 2 ans. Nous sommes heureux d'avoir pu revenir dans notre restaurant préféré. Accueilli par le chef qui exerce avec passion, qui nous fait rêver et aimer ce que l'on n'aime pas. Des saveurs, une vue, un personnel au top, une déco magnifique et une petite visite de la cuisine en prime. Soirée parfaite 🤩 merci bellerive, je recommande les yeux fermés.

05/09/2024: Chance led us to this pizzeria restaurant but not only that. The team takes great care of you. Very warm welcome and professionalism assured. We had the chance to taste a “cat’s tongue”, an exceptional piece of beef. Perfect cooking. We also saw pizzas which are cooked in a traditional oven. Unfortunately we weren't able to taste everything in one meal. If we return to the area, we are sure we will stop. Congratulations to this team of young people, who demonstrate their know-how.

02/07/2024: Attiré par les bons commentaires,nous nous sommes rendus dans ce restaurant de Saumur et pas déçus.La "patronne" (et serveuse) très sympatique.Le menu du marché très bon.Le prix un atout supplémentaire.Le vin en pichet est bon également...Bref une très bonne adresse.Au moment ou l'on trouve des restaurants gastronomiques,bistronomiques et autres ,il est important de trouver des restaurants qui font une cuisine de qualité pour un prix plus qu'abordable.Ah, n'oublez de réserver,c'est plus prudent...
