21/06/2026: We had a wonderful time at the restaurant Le Côté Piste! We were a group of 15 with children. We were able to organize everything in advance and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! The food was excellent, made with fresh ingredients, and the service was friendly. I highly recommend it!

Ultimately, we were very disappointed with the experience, especially since the menu seemed promising. The restaurant really needs to hire a waiter with a minimum of organization and experience.

23/08/2026: Small, vintage restaurant. The owner was single-handedly managing both the dining room and the kitchen, but he was incredibly organized. There was no wait, he was pleasant and friendly, but most importantly, the food was good—very good, in fact. Highly recommended.

21/08/2026: The restaurant is situated in a magnificent location and therefore boasts breathtaking views. The decor is lovely; you feel right at home as soon as you arrive. We came to eat with our granddaughters and thoroughly enjoyed the homemade dishes. There was a good selection, and everything was delicious. The welcome and service were top-notch! 👌 We will gladly return.

27/08/2026: I went to this place for afternoon tea because I saw in the reviews that they had gluten-free options. I'm celiac, and it's difficult to find places in the area that are so attentive and answer all your questions. The owner is a very nice person who speaks Spanish well and even let me see the preparation area and the ingredients of what I wanted to order. In the end, I chose a galette, which they let me fill with Nutella and ice cream (since these are usually filled with savory things, but they allowed me to adapt it).

26/06/2026: During this heatwave, the dining room is air-conditioned... and alternatives are offered, such as this delicious salad of the day, as tasty as it is beautiful... Excellent value for money, very good, generously filled crepes, and good pizzas too.

27/08/2026: Passing through Angers, I enjoyed the set menu on the terrace, overlooking the cathedral. The staff were very pleasant and smiling, the service was attentive, the dishes were original, and the homemade food was truly excellent. The prices were typical of a brasserie, but the service and the homemade cuisine were far superior. A very enjoyable experience that will make for a pleasant memory of Angers.

27/08/2026: Excellent value for money! I had the set menu and everything was delicious! The salmon starter with tomato jelly was a lovely touch of originality, the fish in the main course was perfectly cooked and very well accompanied, and the dessert, a peach pavlova, had just the right amount of sweetness. All of this was presented on beautiful tableware. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal from beginning to end, with the added bonus of a breathtaking view of the cathedral.
