11/08/2024: Absolutely excellent service, especially given the heat outside (34°) and the busy garage sales in the city! The servers were very friendly and smiled and joked with the customers. Super nice!

18/09/2024: The interior is very dark, but the atmosphere is nice as is the welcome. On the other hand, we had two Welsh that we couldn't finish, the cheese isn't crazy, the bread almost non-existent, the cold potatoes only provide a little texture. It's expensive for almost €15 for Matt Murphy-style Welsh which I wouldn't recommend. Damage.

24/08/2024: J' y suis allée avec mon mari pour son anniversaire, accueil chaleureux, le gérant était super gentil, souriant et la serveuse pareil . Repas très bon, les galettes étaient bien garnie et le dessert était parfait, prix correct, service rapide. Mon mari a eu droit à une bougie et on a tous chanté !! C'était vraiment top !! A recommander à 200%. On reviendra !!

28/03/2024: Good morning, There were 7 of us passing through Anges for a Rugby match, and we discovered Lucullus. We were charmed by the welcome of the owners and by their bistro-style cuisine. During our next visit to Angers, we will return there with great pleasure, and this time we will eat on the Gastro side. We highly recommend the restaurant "Lucullus"

20/03/2024: First of all, the place, a pretty vaulted cellar conducive to calm and a form of escape from the city. Then, few tables, a guarantee of avoiding the incessant and tiring hubbub found in other restaurants. Then very friendly service with very good waiters. And of course, the kitchen. Beautifully presented, sometimes with unexpected touches. Special dedication to the foie gras ravioli. The chef has cooked for the greatest but he doesn't flaunt it, a sign of quality, not to mention that the restaurant has existed for a long time, a sign of quality here again in the face of brands that waltz a little too much. Very nice experience in the end. At most, we could wish for a little more on the plates for certain dishes and desserts and a little more pronounced flavors sometimes (notably for the cointreau in the trilogy of desserts) but these tiny reserves should not hold us back from going there .

09/07/2024: Very nice little restaurant! The dishes are very good. We took two main course and dessert options (€15.30): -A cantal tart, peppers and artichokes which has a lot of cheese but you don't really smell the artichokes, it was a treat. -A turkey tagine with prunes and sesame which was very good, the turkey pieces are very tender -A delicious peach pie -A melting and delicious pink praline brownie (maybe a little praline was missing) The coffee is also very good. In short, we had a great time and we understand why the restaurant has been recommended by the little smart guy since 2015!!

Sumptuous and elegant, magnificent and well-kept garden. ✅ kind and professional staff ✅ clean and comfortable room ✅ comfortable bed ✅ minibar ✅ large shower ✅ breakfast with excellent products ✅ superlative dinner ❎ swimming pool ❌ 3rd floor without lift ❌ strong light in the corridor, illuminates the room at night ❌ inefficient breakfast organisation Overall super recommended. 👍🏻
