31/12/2025: The rooms are a bit dated but clean and comfortable. The hotel owners are friendly and very accommodating. Breakfast is plentiful and served according to individual preferences. The welcome was personalized; we were able to arrive late.

08/04/2026: An incredible, magical place, a haven of peace. Comfortable and well-equipped rooms (iron and ironing board, bathroom and shoe kit, refrigerator, microwave). A delicious breakfast, including gluten-free options. The restaurant is extremely good. Warm welcome. In short, I highly recommend it for business trips and romantic getaways.

26/04/2026: We went there for an anniversary with my partner and it is a beautiful and quiet place! A bit disappointed with some of the cleaning/ room in construction points in our bedroom, a lot of unfinished details ( curtains unhooked, fresh stains on the carpet, tv and fridge unplugged, carpet not glued to the floor so we kept tripping in it and the plumbing system not finished under the sink) but I’m sure they will take the time to fix them after they are done renovating. The staff was really nice and attentive to us

15/04/2026: The best restaurant in every respect that I've been to in the Saumur region for several years. Professional and friendly service, refined and creative cuisine (a touch more side dishes perhaps?), a warm and cozy atmosphere—what more could you ask for! I'm very critical and always find something to criticize, but here, I must admit that everything was perfect. A big thank you to the whole team; we will be back.

06/04/2026: Nice restaurant on Saturday nights, they serve pizza and frankly it's more than enough and it's good. The welcome and service were no problem; you can go there if you like traditional bistro-style restaurants.

13/04/2026: This is the second year in a row I've come for the AGF convention. The rooms have been renovated, but the price remains the same. The staff is still as pleasant and helpful as ever (even at 2 a.m.!). While there wasn't a bike parking area, I was able to store my bike securely in a private section of the hotel. The breakfast is more than satisfactory for the price, and the products are high quality.

20/11/2025: A small restaurant in a charming village where everything is done to make you feel at ease. Passing through the area, I stumbled upon this establishment and received a warm welcome. The cuisine is simple, traditional, hearty, and delicious. Excellent value for money.

19/04/2026: No dough, no pizza. Order canceled. To clarify: I placed the order at 7 PM and called at 8 PM to cancel it. It's getting more and more disastrous. They're out of toppings on the pizzas, and the staff are incredibly rude. And now they call me saying: No dough, no pizza, we've canceled, have a good evening.

12/05/2026: A bar with an intimate and relaxed atmosphere, offering quality food and drinks, and the opportunity to sip on one of the delicious hot (coffee is a must) and/or cold beverages. The background music, currently leaning towards soft rock, is also a delight, as is the comfortable seating. Finally, the efficient yet friendly service seals the deal, convincing us to return as soon as we're back in the area!

13/04/2026: We had a wonderful time with friends. The atmosphere was calm, and the value for money was excellent. Everything was homemade with delicious local ingredients. The service was quick. The chef handles both the service and the cooking—top-notch. Simple yet excellent cuisine, exactly what we were looking for. I highly recommend this place, which isn't always well-known. 19/04/2026: A beautiful setting that we discovered during a karaoke and blind test evening. A lovely outdoor terrace by the water with a relaxed, informal atmosphere upstairs, and a restaurant on the ground floor. The owners are welcoming, pleasant, and attentive to their customers, offering constructive suggestions that will ensure even better evenings. On the menu: a delicious and tender flank steak, and the burgers and fries were good. Overall, the feedback from the TMS and Meet 5 groups was quite positive after this evening. So, in summary, a charming setting by the water, friendly owners, and regular themed days and evenings: karaoke, dance parties, musical happy hours, and USA-themed days. Everything you need to fully enjoy the beautiful weather... in the coming months, whether you choose from the menu or the express option. Definitely worth revisiting. Isabelle
