22/01/2025: ONE OF THE BEST RESTAURANTS I HAVE EVER EVER TESTED! While in Reims for my partner's birthday, I chose this restaurant, with its charming room at the level of the vaulted cellar! Atypical setting, the atmosphere is intimate. Perfect for a romantic meal! The staff, warm and professional, welcome you with a smile and take great care of their customers. Little tapenade as an appetizer, from starter to dessert we had a FUN! Generous & finely prepared dishes, the flavors are there, really... A delight! The waitress gave us very good advice on the wines to accompany our dishes (lamb fillet for her and pork filet for me). Special mention for the crème brûlée! A big thank you to the owner, our waitress & the chef in the kitchen. You made this dinner a wonderful experience, Bravo to you all!

03/01/2025: The waitress judges customers by their appearance We arrive with four people to eat supposedly we had to reserve Once I left the restaurant I called them and there was room What to say about people like that? "On the evening of December 21, we were surprised to learn that reservations were required for a group of 4 people. After we left, we found that there were free tables. We hope you can review your procedures to avoid this kind of inconvenience to other customers."

16/11/2025: A truly delicious lunch with friends. From the amuse-bouche to the main course and dessert, everything was excellent and the portions were generous. We were served by a lovely young woman who was very pleasant and professional. The setting was beautifully decorated in a clean, modern style. We will definitely be back very soon.

22/12/2025: We had a reservation for December 22nd at noon. The reservation was confirmed by phone. When we arrived on the day, the four of us found the restaurant closed. We will not be repeating this experience; we were not informed in any way beforehand. This is completely unacceptable customer service.

19/01/2026: 4,5/5 A nice address: used to be a michelin starred restaurant for a couple of decades, lost it but kept the service standards and the gourmet quality of its menu. We tried it with a special menu offer that included a 2014 Comte de Champagne Taittinger bottle for a very interesting price. However, I was surprised when they announced at the table that the bottle would be replaced by another brand - a 2012 CELEBRIS from maison Gosset. It was tasty, and fruity, quite delicate… but I must admit my disappointment with the switch. Firstly, the waiter greeted us with a mix of delicate amuse-bouches, of which the foie gras was my favorite! We were served virtual ravioles of scallops and oyster - very good taste, fresh, sea flavors compacted in a dish. Followed by a whole sea bass cooked in clay (from Vallauris apparently) with mashed potatoes - their signature dish, the fish was delicious, evenly cooked, mashed potatoes were nice. Dessert was good, no fancy blends or flavors. Very good cuisine for the price charged, if you’re in for a fancy meal from time to time!

12/02/2026: We went there for my partner's birthday on February 11th after receiving glowing recommendations, and I must say we weren't disappointed at all! It's a restaurant you absolutely must experience, especially if you're a tartare aficionado like me. Carole prepares them, like all her dishes, to order. I watched her prepare my tartare by hand in her kitchen from my table. Thank you, Madam, for this wonderful culinary experience that made our birthday evening truly special. See you soon. 09/02/2026: Just a half-polite turn-off when we arrived at 7 pm, told we needed a reservation. We called, but no one answered... we had to wait for more than three rings before someone answered, acting like a prison guard (as if we only waited three seconds per call)... In short, a very poor welcome. They told us there was space, but that she was managing everything herself and that others had reservations. The dining room was half-filled with smoky frying oil, the decor and atmosphere were straight out of a truck stop, and the owner was just as unpleasant... The food might be very good, but you clearly have to be really keen to go... Anyway, if you want reservations and don't want to be constantly on the phone, there are apps or a website function to manage a reservation schedule. Maybe that will put a smile back on your face for the next guests. Best of luck.

07/03/2026: Excellent products (oysters & sea urchins), high quality and with a good selection. The price is what it is, but with reasonable consumption, it's worth it. Very good customer service with smiles and a friendly atmosphere, provided by Sylvain, Maëlle & Valérie (fishmonger). They and their colleagues are passionate about fish: they explain, inform, and advise. Thank you very much ;). I highly recommend it.

06/12/2025: You don't expect a restaurant at all. But do make a reservation and be surprised. Lots of seafood, cooked to perfection. Loved the oysters. And the wine they recommended was perfect for what we ordered. It's a gem. Don't know for sure I want to share this...

15/12/2024: Very good experience. We were welcomed with open arms. We came to see the lights of the city of Epernay and the staff did their best in terms of service so that we could enjoy the Lights. We ate very well. The atmosphere is pleasant, very quiet place. We will come back with great pleasure during our next visits to the area.
