Always attentive, available, and responsive… even to our numerous requests and especially our last-minute changes. She guided us with professionalism, kindness, and great efficiency, which was incredibly reassuring. We would also like to express our sincere gratitude to our maître d'hôtel, Rosalie, and the two servers who assisted her, for their professionalism, kindness, and attentiveness throughout the evening. And let's not forget the two chefs, who did a remarkable job in the kitchen 👏 And a huge thumbs up from Matteo, who was completely won over from start to finish! Thanks to the entire team, we were able to fully enjoy our day in complete peace of mind. We highly recommend them!

24/08/2026: Top-notch restaurant every year during the harvest season. I'm always happy to eat there, never disappointed. The staff are very kind, even if I bother them by not ordering much, they're always very nice.

23/07/2026: Absolutely wonderful! We sat outside and enjoyed the weather. I am still dreaming of the food here. We were recommended a beautiful bottle of champagne and did the 4 course Summer Menu. Staff were friendly and the service was perfect.

27/07/2026: A very nice place, beautiful terrace, welcoming owner, excellent lunch menu (family-style, generous, authentic and homemade cuisine), a short stop in Sainte-Croix in the canton of Vaud that I recommend without hesitation!

11/07/2026: We came this evening (Saturday, July 11, 2026). Everything was perfect in terms of the welcome and service. However, Mrs. Vatel's son-in-law (her daughter Cathia's husband) was disrespectful to the customers! We were outside still eating when he went out to see his colleagues and let out a fart without even apologizing. It's shameful, and no gesture of remorse was made at the register, nor was there any apology. I am very disappointed.

10/06/2026: We ate lunch, the food is really good, only attitude a little bit lack of understanding. Server told us to speak French only, tourist could not learn languages of every country. They are in hospitality business and would be nice if they know at least basics of English like water and etc.

05/06/2026: The welcome is always top-notch, with smiles and good cheer, and the food is simply exceptional. After many years of enjoying your dishes, I can confidently say: you make the best tripe in France :) We live in the Paris region and gladly make the trip to come and enjoy them. Some people travel hundreds of kilometers to admire a monument; for me, it's for a plate of tripe à la provençale... Everything is homemade, prepared with passion, and at prices that remain more than reasonable. That's becoming rare enough to be worth mentioning. Thank you for your hard work, your kindness, and all the wonderful moments spent at your establishment. Don't change a thing!

18/08/2026: Very good restaurant, excellent service, however, the only slight drawback is that they don't accept holiday vouchers, which is a shame.
