A big thank you to the owner, who handled a minor cooking issue with great professionalism. Her excellent service and responsiveness truly made all the difference. It's lovely to see a team so attentive to customer satisfaction. We will definitely be back!

05/07/2026: My wife and I went for lunch this past Sunday, July 5th, to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary. The dishes were delicious, cooked to perfection, and seasoned just right. The service was, as always, pleasant and friendly. A sure bet in the area. The prices reflect the quality of the food. I highly recommend it!

23/07/2026: Disappointed. First time for us and overall disappointed. For my part, the dish met my expectations. My friend ordered a Vosges salad: 500g of salad for 6 small potatoes, mixed vinaigrette and cream, no garnishes. For dessert, my husband ordered a "Strawberry Charlotte" which was a charlotte in name only. A real charlotte was made with strawberry mousse, not vanilla cream. When the bill arrived, the waitress asked how the meal was. After we explained what was wrong, her response was: "Thank you, follow me." No apology, no gesture of goodwill, no attempt to find out more, because, yes, she should surely expect positive feedback. Yes, customer feedback should be accepted, whether positive or negative. First and last time.

24/03/2026: The lunch menu was very good. The meat was cooked perfectly. The beef was excellent. It came with fries and a nice salad (with cucumber on top) 👌 The dessert was also very good. Excellent value for money, especially considering the generous portions. The menu was less than €20. Nice atmosphere and decor, fairly quick service, no complaints. Go for it! 😁

02/07/2026: We had a wonderful evening! The gourmet menus were delicious, with flavorful and perfectly prepared dishes. The service was impeccable: welcoming, friendly, and attentive from beginning to end. Special mention goes to the new terrace, which is truly magnificent and offers a very pleasant setting. We will definitely be back!

17/05/2026: The presentation of the dishes was very original and appealing, BUT very disappointing in terms of taste (especially considering the €90 menu): - The savory panna cottas were tasteless, and even though the sauces added some flavor, it didn't compensate for the lack of flavor in the main ingredients; the morel mushrooms were bland, and the chicken and frog leg combination was tasteless... - Repetition in the tastings (several dishes were based on panna cotta or shallots), - Lack of complexity (in many other restaurants, different flavors appear in a single dish; we didn't experience this here). Several wines in the wine pairing were disappointing. There was no sommelier. The glasses were slightly cloudy... Finally, the portions were generally smaller than in our other experiences. There was often barely a single bite (and therefore no time to fully appreciate the flavors with a second bite). From a service perspective, we didn't like the non-alcoholic cocktail (a surprise cocktail; we didn't know what was in it) and asked for a replacement, but we were told there were no other non-alcoholic options. For a restaurant of this caliber, it's very disappointing to have no non-alcoholic choices (although they did not charge for the cocktail). We finished the bottle of sparkling water, and no one thought to refill it. We finished the bread, and we had to ask for more. As for the ambiance: not enough light to see what was on our plates. And the building is completely unremarkable from the outside, located on a busy street.

19/07/2026: We came to celebrate our civil partnership at this restaurant after hearing many positive reviews, and unfortunately, the evening was disappointing. The vegetarian menu my mother ordered, which was specified at the time of booking for €50, started with a simple pasta dish, then turned out to be just ravioli, which was far from commensurate with the price. As for me, the only dish I was interested in (the octopus) was no longer available. I was offered a starter instead of a main course, but it arrived incomplete (melon without ham) due to an ordering error. We waited 1 hour and 45 minutes for our main courses on a Thursday evening, with several service errors. My father had to ask for his beer three times before receiving it, a continuous beeping from a refrigerator was very unpleasant throughout the meal, and the drink selection seemed quite limited. We did appreciate the gesture of goodwill (complimentary drinks), but it didn't make up for the lack of organization and numerous mistakes. For a €50 menu, we expected a much better experience. We arrived at 7 pm and left at 10 pm, very disappointed.

14/06/2026: Don't let the street put you off. It's a very nice restaurant with reasonable prices. The food, wines, and service are excellent. We'll gladly return when we're in Metz.

22/05/2026: The food was excellent, with great value for money. The atmosphere was very welcoming. However, there was a slight downside regarding the service: we waited over an hour between our main course and dessert orders, with the impression that some regulars were being served first. Despite this, the waitress was very kind and smiling. It's a shame about the wait, which slightly marred the experience.
