21/09/2026: No more unlimited roasted potatoes, what a shame! Instead, a tiny portion of sautéed potatoes or a potato pancake. Disappointing. Otherwise, the two people were very friendly and the steak tartare was very good.

05/09/2026: An excellent place! The quality of the food and the cuisine are incredible, and our server Océane was absolutely lovely! Even if she went a little overboard with the whipped cream! 😜 (But honestly... with whipped cream, anything goes!)

20/06/2026: Excellent restaurant near Metz city center! We've had the pleasure of eating there several times and have never been disappointed. The menu, which changes seasonally, always features fresh, homemade ingredients. Furthermore, they were perfectly able to adapt the menu to my pregnancy restrictions.

17/08/2026: Fantastic! We both had the dinner for €36. For starters, we had the foie gras pâté (an extra €5) and the truly delicious tomato caramelized tomato. For our main courses, we had the guinea fowl breast with cider sauce and the boneless pork knuckle. For dessert, we had a cheese platter and a duet of mirabelle plums. Everything was delicious; we'll be regulars!

19/08/2026: Cuisine: Dishes made with simple ingredients, but elevated by the chef to create an incredible experience, especially the signature dish, which is simply breathtaking. Some dishes weren't to our taste, but they were still delicious and sophisticated. Service: Top-notch. The server shared the restaurant's theme and took the time to fully engage each guest. We requested a non-alcoholic wine pairing, which was respected and perfectly complemented the entire menu for an even more enjoyable experience. Atmosphere: The place is truly delightful! The concept of surprise dishes was a wonderful discovery for us, and we quickly embraced it. The story behind each dish also helped pass the time between courses, which arrived at a perfect pace. In short, thank you to the chef and the team for an evening that will remain a memorable and delightful surprise.

02/07/2026: We had a wonderful evening! The gourmet menus were delicious, with flavorful and perfectly prepared dishes. The service was impeccable: welcoming, friendly, and attentive from beginning to end. Special mention goes to the new terrace, which is truly magnificent and offers a very pleasant setting. We will definitely be back!

20/08/2026: I'm surprised by so many positive reviews, because this restaurant is a complete disaster! Even making a reservation is complicated. No one answers the phone at this establishment, and we finally left a message to request a reservation. What a joke, because we only got a reply 24 hours later. But when we finally arrived at the restaurant, there was hardly anyone there. It all makes sense now! It took 20 minutes for a woman of a certain age to finally ask if we wanted an aperitif. Then, another 20 minutes for her to bring us the menu. Next, an hour for the foie gras starter, and another hour and 20 minutes for the main course. Speaking of the meal: Edible, nothing more, and the bread basket was pathetic, with three tiny slices—so tiny, I've never seen anything like it. And the red wine—we ordered a bottle between the two of us, and it was warm. And FYI, there were only 10 people in that restaurant all evening. Please, never again... Seriously, avoid it!

25/08/2026: A family meal with my son, and as is often the case, a good experience. The service was quick and pleasant, with a special mention for our waitress, whose name I unfortunately don't know. Smiling, attentive, and truly dedicated, she greatly contributed to making our meal enjoyable. The food was good, with a fairly reasonable price for the quality. A place we always return to with pleasure.

04/08/2026: Warm welcome, pleasant atmosphere. There's something for everyone. The Sarasin Fajitas were delicious, nicely spiced and especially generously filled. Adding a crêpe Suzette to the menu would be a great addition.

08/08/2026: An excellent rest stop for a night en route. Fabulous restaurant with s great wine list. Good EV charging available. The hotel is a little dated, but make up for it with friendly service, excellent meals, clean rooms and charm. Recommended for tired travellers.

02/05/2026: Passing through the region for personal reasons, I spent two nights at a hotel. The rooms are very quiet and pleasant. The meals and breakfasts are excellent. A special mention goes to the staff, who are very attentive and caring. I highly recommend it.

06/08/2026: Fantastic bakery! Bread, sandwiches, pastries, and other baked goods—everything is delicious. They also have house specialties and different types of bread.
