02/10/2025: We were looking for a restaurant after going to the Angles animal park and came across this restaurant in the heart of the village. A very pleasant surprise, a very warm welcome and we ate very well. The dishes are homemade and that's the best and their daily menu is really top quality-price ratio. We recommend it.

21/12/2025: We had the pleasure of discovering L’Almandin through its Market Menu and Vegetarian Menu, and the experience was simply remarkable. On the palate, each dish is a demonstration of precision and sensitivity. The cooking is impeccable, the combinations clear and bold, allowing the ingredients to express themselves without ever masking them. The Market Menu elevates local produce with extreme finesse, where each flavor naturally finds its place. The revelation was the vegetarian menu. Rarely have vegetables been treated with such nobility. A menu conceived, constructed, and executed as a work of art in its own right, not as an alternative. The service, for its part, mirrors the cuisine: precise, elegant, with constant attention without ever being intrusive, offering sound advice and perfect timing. One feels accompanied, listened to, and respected throughout the meal. An unmissable address, which one leaves with the definite desire to return, and a special mention for the excellence and boldness of its vegetarian cuisine.

There were seven of us, occupying three-quarters of the rooms, and she refused to serve us an aperitif on the terrace, claiming the restaurant was opening and she was alone... As for a digestif, there wasn't one! I really wouldn't recommend it. After a quick and tense response from the disgruntled owner, I would like to point out, madam, that half-board is €85 and therefore, given this "status," there is no objection to serving alcohol as an aperitif...

16/01/2026: In reality, it's more of an all-you-can-eat cafeteria than a proper restaurant. The food is very simple, but decent, and above all, very affordable. Drinks are also reasonably priced. The main drawback is that you have to take a plate and serve yourself, with no table service, which reinforces the cafeteria concept more than the restaurant concept.
