13/09/2026: The little dunes are delicious. You can eat them even when you're not hungry. Be aware that it's best to go and get them fairly early in the day because sometimes they're all sold out by the afternoon. And if you want pistachio dunes, then you have to go in the morning because only one batch is made for the day.

13/09/2026: The pastries here were wonderful—they were perfectly balanced and not overly sweet. We tried the original and chocolate and would highly recommend this to anyone visiting Bordeaux.

The mixed fish was fresh and well-prepared, and the tiramisu was very well done (it's not the most complicated dessert, but it's too often poorly executed). The service was efficient and very friendly, and the price was very reasonable. They have some great cocktails. I would gladly return.

04/09/2026: We felt welcome from the very first moment. Since we were too early for dinner, we passed the time with a delicious cocktail. We were also lucky enough to find it was happy hour. Then it was time for dinner, and it was incredibly delicious and sophisticated. I had octopus with yogurt, mint, apple, celery, and potatoes. I've rarely eaten such an exceptional dish. The presentation of the food was also excellent. I would especially like to commend the incredibly friendly and attentive service. The server was extremely helpful, and communication worked well despite our limited language skills. All in all, it was a thoroughly enjoyable evening. We will definitely come back and highly recommend this restaurant.

04/07/2026: I had lunch with my daughter yesterday. Everything was delicious, the decor and atmosphere were excellent. If you're looking for a family meal on the terrace, this is the perfect place and the hosts are lovely. I'll definitely be back.

Through her generous, homemade, family-style cuisine, she is driven by the sole desire to delight our taste buds and pamper us. You can taste all the love she puts into her cooking, right down to the smallest detail on your plate. You will never be disappointed, and the value for money is unbeatable. A place that deserves to be known, as does its owner. And if you simply want to enjoy an aperitif, you're also in the right place with its planchas and other small snacks, where you'll meet wonderful people. The only risk is that you'll come back regularly!

21/08/2026: The welcome was pleasant. The home-style cooking was nice, but there's a major problem with the prices versus the portion sizes! Two starters (small portions, advertised as "to share"), one drink, one coffee, and one dessert for two people cost €60. Simply exorbitant! It's a shame because the food was good, but the prices aren't justified. Half the price would have been a fair comparison.

14/08/2026: I had lunch here today after a visit to the fort. It was fantastic in every respect, with very friendly service that told me why Johan Cruyff named his son Jordi, much to Franco's chagrin. The mussels were exquisite, not even in a herb butter soup this time, but with a delicious sauce. Meatballs as the main course and a Catalan crème brûlée. Highly recommended for every visitor to Salses.
