22/03/2026: We had a wonderful lunch at La Robe Rouge restaurant at the beginning of spring. The dishes were delicate and refined, the service impeccable, and the setting very pretty. We highly recommend this Beaujolais restaurant 😊

Everything really down to earth and just very nice and welcoming. Of all the „Michelin Bib Gourmand’s“ we’ve been to this was the most fine dining (just without the overly fancy). Heavily recommend.

11/07/2026: In short: don't hesitate and GO FOR IT! 🤩 For more details: We stumbled upon this restaurant while searching online at the last minute and left delighted! The servers made us feel right at home; they put us at ease: it's very friendly and welcoming! A short but effective menu! A limited selection of dishes, but all excellent! Set menu (starter + main course + dessert) €35, or you can choose just a starter, main course, or dessert (from the menu)! We had to order the dessert at the same time as the main course (but it's possible to cancel after the main course)! Bonus: you can take the bottle of wine home with you if you haven't finished it! That's becoming rare, and it's a real plus! Another BIG THANK YOU to Nico for the wine. Indeed, I didn't enjoy my wine (even though I would have drunk it so as not to waste it). He brought me another wine of his own accord (which I enjoyed much more) and didn't charge me extra. He was genuinely concerned about customer satisfaction, which is very pleasant and rare indeed! Thank you to the chefs for the excellent dishes, the pastry chefs for your wonderful desserts, and the servers for your service, kindness, and attentiveness! Go without hesitation! 🙏🏼 You won't be disappointed! I will definitely be back and I highly recommend this restaurant!

08/07/2026: We had a great evening here. We went for the small plates, and everything we tried was really tasty. The owner was lovely and really helpful, giving us recommendations for the wine, as well as suggesting some other wine shops to check out. The place itself has a really cool atmosphere and feels like somewhere you’d happily spend a few hours. A great experience overall and somewhere we’d definitely return to.

06/07/2026: A great place for drinks with friends & sharing snacks. Service was excellent, so was the atmosphere. The slightly raw look exuded a more authentic local rather than touristy commercial feel. A few snacks stand out, including the chorizo buns & Buns a l’ail. Poulet roti & echine de porc good too, but salad Thai was a little disappointing. So was Eton Mess, it was nothing like the real thing but we it was a nice reinvention & we wolfed it down never-the-less.

17/07/2026: A truly wonderful discovery! Dinner was absolutely delicious. Each dish was perfectly executed, with refined flavors and excellent ingredients. The food was flawless; everything was superb. The service also deserves special mention: warm, attentive, and highly professional. The staff's suggestions were excellent, and the prices are entirely justified by the quality of the experience. A big thank you to the waiter who kindly brought us a fan. A very appreciated gesture, full of thoughtfulness and courtesy. The only slight drawback was the heat. As the restaurant is quite small with an open kitchen, the temperature inside was really high, which made the meal a little uncomfortable at times. Despite this minor issue, we had a wonderful evening and will gladly return. I highly recommend this restaurant!

15/07/2026: I've been in the restaurant business for several years myself, but tonight, during the France-Spain match, I was truly impressed. The bar was packed, yet the waiter was incredible. He was running around everywhere without ever seeming overwhelmed, always with a smile and boundless energy. What struck me most was his interpersonal skills. I saw him adapt to each table: with some, he cracked jokes and laughed with them; with others, he was more composed and refined. He knew exactly how to behave depending on the people he was talking to. I even heard customers say they weren't going to order another drink, then he'd come over, chat with them for a couple of minutes, and they'd end up ordering again. Honestly, you can't make that up. In all my years in the restaurant business, I've rarely seen a waiter with such adaptability, such efficiency, and such a cheerful disposition during such a busy shift. He's exactly the kind of person who makes you want to come back. Well done to him, and well done to the whole team!

15/07/2026: We were looking for a good bar for game night, and even though it was packed, we were still welcomed with open arms. The cocktails? Honestly, hats off to the bartender who truly took us on a journey with his unique cocktails (always a smile on his face, so pleasant). During a business meeting with a friend over lunch, it didn't take long for our taste buds to revel in a sumptuous tartare and a steak au beurre that I still secretly dream about every night. Being food lovers, we followed with a delicious pike quenelle each, as well as a beef carpaccio accompanied by double-cooked fries, to our utter delight. I can't quite remember if we still had room for dessert, but the selection of Chartreuse is definitely worth the trip! A truly wonderful place. Exquisite cuisine!
