30/04/2026: Excellent pollack with crayfish sauce. Refined cuisine. Very warm welcome and service. Small, friendly restaurant. Expect to pay 25 to 30 euros for a main course.
25/04/2026: This was the best meal of my trip to France. The restaurant is small and non descript from the outside, but the food is top tier. I had a five course menu with two glasses of wine, and spent less than $70! There are at least two choices with each course, and different levels of menu. I believe it is Michelin Bib Gourmand rated. It is in the Part Dieu area, not the Lyon hot spot, but worth a trip no matter where you're staying!

16/05/2026: A traditional Lyonnais bistro just as we imagined it! 🤩🍽️ It was our first time in a bouchon, and Chez Huguon was exactly what we were hoping for: a warm atmosphere, period decor, a lovely welcome, and delicious, unpretentious food. 👨🍳 A truly wonderful, authentic, and generous experience. ❤️😊
07/05/2026: Limited selection, but everything looks homemade, so it's very good. The portions are generous, and the quenelles are excellent! (Photo for 3 people). Reservations are recommended as it's a small establishment. The service and welcome seem rather cold at first, but they become more pleasant as the meal progresses.
A good place to eat!

The restaurant's intimate decor and wonderful setting amidst the vineyards.
I wholeheartedly recommend this timeless culinary experience.

22/03/2026: We had a wonderful lunch at La Robe Rouge restaurant at the beginning of spring. The dishes were delicate and refined, the service impeccable, and the setting very pretty. We highly recommend this Beaujolais restaurant 😊

08/05/2026: Excellent burgers and fries, all completely homemade, with a wide selection that's sure to please everyone!
07/05/2026: We had a reservation and, upon arrival, were seated to a terrace that was still half empty. After waiting 45 minutes without the waiter returning, and while the terrace had by then become completely full, we had to flag him down. He then informed us that he could only take drink orders, as the kitchen was no longer taking orders because it was full. A very disappointing experience; I do not recommend it.

The food was very solid throughout the meal. However, two things prevented this from being a 5-star experience.
One of our guests had an allergy and the replacement dishes were honestly disappointing, especially compared to the regular menu. At one point, the substitute was simply a pea soup without much flavor or creativity.
We had also mentioned in advance that one of our guests was celebrating a birthday, which was completely forgotten.

06/04/2026: You should be curious and take a look upstairs at this traditional Lyonnais restaurant (bouchon), where you'll be pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food, the service, and the atmosphere. As a family with two young children, we were pampered. Thank you for delighting our taste buds.
The setting is perfect. We will definitely be back. Kudos to the team for their warm welcome and responsiveness during our meal.

14/05/2026: Delicious! A superb meal and a great wine list. I'll be back on my next trip to Lyon.
10/05/2026: The waiters were very welcoming. The restaurant was full, but they offered us a table on the terrace with our stroller.
The food is delicious. We especially loved the macaroni gratin and the crème brûlée!
The quenelle was also very good, except for the accompanying rice, which slightly spoiled the experience.
The non-alcoholic cocktails are also very good.
I recommend this bouchon for a true immersion in Lyonnaise cuisine.

24/04/2026: Honestly, a fantastic experience at Ludovic B. We received a super warm welcome, and the service was top-notch without being overbearing.
The dishes were truly excellent, beautifully presented, and above all, bursting with flavor. You can tell the ingredients are high-quality and everything is prepared with care.
The atmosphere is pleasant, neither too fancy nor too casual, just right for a great time.
I highly recommend it, and I'll gladly return 👍
