09/09/2024: The restaurant offers a warm, quiet atmosphere (appropriate sound/music volume) as well as beautiful decoration. Also, the tables are not glued together, which is nice! The quality of the food is not up for debate, everything was delicious. The service is rigorous, attentive - very attentive - and takes the time to answer questions. I had a great evening! I highly recommend this place.

19/08/2024: Coming from Malta, I came to discover the beautiful French landscapes, so I stopped in Lyon, to eat in this small restaurant, rather good value for money, I had the joy of being served by Cantain, a funny waiter , pleasant and responsive, I can only recommend!

07/08/2024: Anything you'd order would be perfect! Steak tartare has been stolen by my 7 years old and I had her ravioli and we've shared our plates and everything was great! Desserts I'd recommend to try too as a perfect example!

21/09/2024: Io e mia moglie abbiamo fatto una breve vacanza Lione. Siamo arrivati giovedì 29 agosto di sera. L’indomani mattina, desiderando vivere l’esperienza culinaria da Paul Bocuse, riusciamo a prenotare per le 13,15 dello stesso giorno. Per un disguido con il mezzo di trasporto e pensando di non poter arrivare in orario (Il ristorante dista circa 8 km dal centro) per correttezza disdiciamo la prenotazione. Nello stesso tempo telefoniamo. Alle 13,09 dopo vari tentativi (fatto dimostrabile) riusciamo a prendere la linea. A chi ci risponde diciamo che abbiamo già disdetto la prenotazione e che comunque ci stavamo recando al ristorante nella speranza di arrivare al più presto possibile. Arriviamo alle ore 13.38, 23 minuti dopo la prenotazione (fatto dimostrabile). Alla ricezione troviamo una persona molto cortese alla quale spieghiamo i fatti, io nel mio francese scolastico di decenni addietro e mia moglie nel suo inglese stentato. Questa si allontana. Nell’attesa, al di là di una vetrata, vediamo la cucina dove si davano da fare con operosità non meno di 10 cuochi. Ritorna la persona che ci aveva ricevuto e subito dopo anche un cuoco. Ambedue ci fanno capire che non c’è più, vista l’ora (saranno state le 13.45), alcuna possibilità di potere pranzare. Rinnoviamo la richiesta ma nulla da fare. Irremovibilità assoluta. Ce ne andiamo.

15/09/2024: Exceptionnelle cuisine classique et plats signature de M. Paul parfaitement exécutés. Accueil et service parfait tout en restant décontracté. Portions bourgeoises. Salle confortable , décoration classique chic. Service voiturier efficace Assurément, l’un des temples de la cuisine française de tradition Enthousiasmés, nous avons pris un nouveau rdv pour la carte d’hiver .

15/09/2024: We had an excellent evening: the meal was delicious and elaborate (even the vegetarian menu! fresh, seasonal produce), the impeccable and friendly service and the magnificent setting. We will come back with pleasure.

22/09/2024: Excellent table, limited menu of perfectly executed dishes, careful presentation. A very good mastery from starter to dessert, the recipes are spiced up with aromatics in just the right quantity, very tasty, very fresh. A cuisine with an obvious personality, which is a pleasure to taste. The 3-course menu is superb in its quality/price ratio. Very nice wine list, selective and a bit too expensive for some bottles, but we were well advised and the Burgundy was really delicious. The setting is cozy, warm, elegantly decorated. Friendly and impeccable service. A restaurant often recommended, and it is completely deserved.

10/09/2024: A good Lyon address, friendly and professional. The downside for us was the desserts. They were certainly well prepared but one was much too sweet and the other lacked flavor. On the other hand, the tataki starter and the rabbit were excellent.

06/09/2024: Very good time! The atmosphere is cozy, the service is discreet, fast and efficient. The dishes are tasty. Special mention for the soufflé for dessert which is incredible.

28/09/2024: An excellent dinner in a very good atmosphere where you are not afraid to chat with your table neighbors to find out what they have chosen. The portions are generous like the chef's cuisine. I can't wait to come back and try other dishes on the menu.

Very well received by the teacher with a little humor! The dishes are really good and well presented. A menu that makes your mouth water and of course the professional and friendly service.
