12/06/2026: It's always a pleasure to arrive at this hotel, which exceeds Novotel standards. The rooms are quiet and comfortable. Well located for my needs (close to the A7/M7 motorway). But the main draw is its staff, who are always available, professional, and friendly. This week, a special mention goes to Quila and Vaïté, but the entire team (both Reception and Restaurant) deserves praise. I highly recommend this establishment.

10/07/2026: What a disappointment! I used to love Café Bul when it was warm and welcoming. Yesterday, I went back with a friend. The waiter who served us, a tall man with glasses, was incredibly rude: no smile, no eye contact, no consideration whatsoever. We clearly felt like we were bothering him. I should mention that another waiter was there, and this comment has absolutely nothing to do with him. A café can be lovely and well-located, but without a minimum of politeness and hospitality, the experience becomes quite disappointing. I'm sadly no longer recognizable as the Café Bul of the hospitality I once appreciated. A smile costs nothing, especially when you work in the hospitality industry. Perhaps it's time to reconsider your career choice, sir. Sincerely, Naïm

01/06/2026: We chose this hotel because we are loyal to Logis hotels when they are located near our stay. We were very happy with this hotel; it's charming, clean, quiet, and has very comfortable beds. We were delighted with the very helpful staff (Fabien, Sara, Jade, and all the others whose names we don't know). And the owner, Laurence, is also very friendly, truly! Everything went superbly, from booking to departure. In addition, the food is very good (on the large and beautiful terrace). But the indoor dining room is also very pleasant. We'll be back next time. The private parking, although not gated, is secure and reassuring.

13/05/2026: Delicious restaurant with wonderful specialties on the menu: andouillettes, frogs' legs, chicken fricassee, praline French toast, Pic Saint Loup cheese… something to please everyone, in a beautiful room blending modern and medieval styles, all served with a smile and professionalism… highly recommended and definitely worth a visit again.

18/07/2026: Excellent Spot for Authentic Lyonnais Cuisine! ​If you are looking for a traditional dining experience in Lyon, this restaurant is a fantastic choice. Even if you don't have a reservation and are traveling solo like me, you can easily walk in and join one of the communal tables for a wonderful meal. ​The menu is quite extensive, and if you are a fan of offal, it’s a great place to try local, authentic versions of these dishes. The atmosphere and ambiance are lovely, and the location is highly accessible and easy to find. Highly recommended!
