The service is impeccable: friendly, professional, and attentive. I loved the burger of the day and the homemade tart. The atmosphere is pleasant, simple yet refined, perfect for a relaxed and enjoyable meal. Excellent value for money; I'll gladly return.

Unfortunately, it's back to school and apparently the manager's alarm hasn't gone off: 10:20 a.m. still no one, and I'm here waiting with the delivery guy who is obviously even more annoyed than me. For my wine, I'll go elsewhere.

Managed by a non-profit organization, the establishment not only trains students for excellence; it also allows them to discover the restaurant industry, regain confidence, and flourish.

The welcome, service, and quality of the meal are perfect. The rooms are a real bonus, allowing you to take your time exploring this magnificent region. Book without hesitation!

The risotto was a bit runny and tasteless, the seafood stew was a beautiful dish but bland and flavorless.
The sea bream tartare and Caesar salad were decent.
The fig tart was just okay.
