27/05/2026: Fast service, homemade good food. Large parking lot for us in our truck

18/05/2026: I arrived around 2:30 PM, and even though service had ended, I was served with a smile. It was delicious! Thank you.

03/05/2026: So, I was very disappointed with my first time trying to eat a traditional Lyonnais snack (machon). The prices were outrageous, ridiculously expensive for dishes presented in a very casual, unpretentious way. We didn't even have dessert. The starter, a lentil salad with snouts, had absolutely no flavor, as the vinaigrette dressing completely overpowered everything. And the carafe of wine was even worse... the main course was incredibly dry ham hock served without any sauce. In short, a final bill of €50 per person for barely any food.

02/05/2026: Anyone who doesn't eat a mâchon isn't from Lyon! The food is good, but there's nothing truly Lyonnais about this mâchon. It's more of a menu for "hipsters or tourists." Don't go there for the waitress's smile either. Very pleasant atmosphere.

29/05/2026: What a fabulous time we had! We ate very well and sang! We were lucky enough to have the accordionist, Nathalie, who added even more atmosphere to the already lively setting, and we thoroughly enjoyed it! If you're looking to travel and discover the authentic charm of Lyon, you've found your restaurant! Remember to book!

22/05/2026: Great food. Super friendly waitstaff. It’s a social restaurant where you are seated together with other people and make new friends by the end of the meal. Loved it.

23/05/2026: The Lyonnaise salad was very expensive, and the service was deplorable. We had to ask for our order after sitting for 20 minutes; one of the waitresses was clearing tables next to us instead of taking our order. We had to ask for bread. And the desserts arrived before our table had been cleared. In short, the service really needs improvement. The food is typical of a typical Parisian restaurant.

21/05/2026: A restaurant with delicious food, especially the chocolate dessert, which was truly delicious. The service was also exceptionally friendly and the decor was atmospheric. Definitely a place worth returning to.

16/05/2026: What a delightful discovery! We had a wonderful evening, thoroughly enjoying both the meal (and that incredible pineapple for dessert 😍) and the atmosphere, with truly top-notch service. The couple who run the place are incredibly friendly, and we know exactly where to go next time we're in the area ☺️

10/05/2026: We received a very warm welcome at this small, peaceful hotel, which offers unbeatable value for money! We arrived by motorcycle and were able to park it in the hotel courtyard. A great place for motorcyclists! The restaurant is truly excellent. In short, it's a hidden gem!

24/05/2026: This is my first time eating at a Bocuse brasserie. It's well located. A very warm welcome, a smiling, polite, and helpful team who took the time to answer our questions. The dishes are very good, perhaps the vegetables could use a little more seasoning. Good value for money. I recommend it.

02/05/2026: The neighborhood's landmark! Great atmosphere at all hours, good drinks at unbeatable prices. Don't hesitate to stop by at lunchtime too for simple but excellent dishes at low prices.

02/05/2026: Constant noise at night. Rude staff when informed that their terrace, located on the notorious Place Mazagran, is occupied by men who are constantly shouting. When will this bar finally be shut down by the authorities?

30/03/2026: I came for lunch and it was very good!! The main course was excellent (beef + salad and fries) and the dessert was delicious! The service was very good and the atmosphere was pleasant. ☺️

20/04/2026: I had a wonderful time. The setting is picturesque in a small Beaujolais village, with a little bridge. I was comfortably seated on the terrace in the shade of the trees, listening to the birds sing. Stéphane and his wife gave me a very warm welcome. Thank you both. I will be back.

23/05/2026: We came simply to have a drink as a family. So I had the apparently unforgivable audacity to very politely ask the waitress if it would be possible to sit down and have a drink. The immediate, curt, and almost shocked response was: "NO, it's not possible during service." It's true, allowing customers to have a drink in a restaurant, what an absurd idea... You can sense a real desire to efficiently and professionally turn customers away. As for the welcome, it was so icy that we could almost have done without the air conditioning. In short, if your goal is to have a pleasant time with your family and be greeted with a modicum of courtesy, look elsewhere. Here, the concept of service seems to have taken an extended vacation.

16/12/2025: Tasty and creative dishes, a wide selection of both the à la carte and daily menus; a good selection of wines. I particularly appreciated the care taken in preparing the vegan dish with grilled vegetables and bean puree.

13/02/2026: At this little restaurant I went to today, run by three ladies, each more charming than the last, I enjoyed an excellent couscous with two different meats. The welcome was very warm, the food truly delicious, in an informal and friendly atmosphere, perfect for a different and enjoyable lunch.

09/05/2026: This place is truly lovely, with amazing food and a unique atmosphere — definitely a must-visit if you’re looking for great gastronomy. The portions were generous, and the service was excellent and fast. Plus, the restaurant is perfectly located in the heart of Lyon.

08/05/2026: There's warm goat cheese salad and...the Enfants Terribles warm goat cheese salad! A delight...with honey too! Same goes for the burger with its shredded beef and caramelized onions...we'll be back for another treat!
